Editing Tree in FB50 Screen to Display Sample Documents

Is there configuration that allows you to display Sample Documents that you can use for Post with Reference directly from the tree structure in FB50 / FV50?

Step 1: Goto FB50 and create an entry that is balanced ad likeley to be used as reference in future
Step 2: Edit>>Save account assignment template. Name the template and save it.
Step 3: Come out of FB50 screen
Step 4: Goto FB50
Step 5: Click on Tree On
Step 6: Expand Account assignment templates for items
Step 7: Select your saved template by double clicking

Hi,
From Edit Menu you can select the sample document you want to use and to post it directly.
You can also create a display variant which can be set up as standard setting everytime you want to post with FB50.

Interactive report: third screen not displaying

Hi Experts,
I am doing a interactive report in ALV grid...and my requirement is
when the user clicks on SPMON which is displayed on the initial screen the first screen
should display and in first screen when the user clicks LIFNR second screen should display..

Two trees on 1 screen, 1 Event - 1 Method = Which tree ?

Hi,
as I am fairly new to the Abap-OO this may be a silly question, but:
I have two list_trees on one screen to drag&drop between them. Now I need one event (Link_Click) for both trees. My problem now is how to determine and use the tree that raised the event.
Do I really need to define two methods like Handle_link_click_left & Handle_link_click_right ?
I thought somehow within the method I use an object like
"clicked_at_tree" instead of tree_left / tree_right ?!?!
I hope I was able to describe my problem and someones able to help me out

Unable to edit default permission for Screen capturing of BB 8800 curve after downgrade OS to 4.3

i have downgrade my BB 8800 device OS to 4.3 , and its OS version is v4.3.1.27 (Platform 2.7.0.30) Cryptographic kernel v3.8.5.30 , So exact problem is like that now i am unable to edit the default permission for Screen Capturing properties of device, it shown the only option "Deny" and dont allow to me change it . For that i go to - Option->Security Options->Application Permissions->option button->Edit Default permissions->Interaction->Screen Capturing and it show only option "Deny" - So please suggest a solution

Editing Slides in Paint - Screen Distortion

I noticed when I edit a slide via paint my other slides are distorted (multiple screen captures displays on one slide). It appears that captivate is blending multiple screens captures when I preview the project. I realize that I can correct the problem by opening paint and saving the screen without making any changes but that is a lot of work if I have 20 plus slides per module. When I correct one slide the next slide is corrupted.
The screen displays correctly in captivate it only appears distorted when I preview the document for the final out put. I am experiencing this problem a lot.
Please help!!!!

I am using windows 7. Does make a difference? Attached is a screen capture of the image. It displayes fine in Captivate but the slides do not display correctly when I preview the slides.

Widget for displaying sample HTML

I am trying to build a widget that has an area that will display sample of ~20 line HTML code. This sample code must be selectable so the user will be able to copy + paste it into their own text editor.
Currently I am using an xtype displayfield and using the fieldDescription to put my HTML code inside. I realized though that this fieldDescription does not allow me to format my code. I also tried using an xtype textarea and setting the emptyText as my HTML code, but clicking in the textarea would remove the HTML code.
The reason for this is that I have a textarea where the user will be populating a textarea with HTML code. This HTML code must be structured in a certain way so the CSS will format their code correctly. I want to include an example of how this HTML code should be structured.
EDIT - It will be great if I can apply the font-face Courier to this for ease of readability.

From above what i would understood that you want to have a field in your dialog which will prepopulate a predefined html structure and same can be used while authoring the content in same attribute fields. If that is correct then i dont think you need to create a new widget because same can be achieved by setting up the property "defaultValue" with your defined HTML format as value on field attribute (let say textarea).
So it will be like as below
defaultValue String <html>what ever html format you want to place that can be used while authoring</html>
If you are using any richtext widget instead of textarea the same will apply but as RTE default includes tag you can control it using property "removeSingleParagraphContainer" or "singleParagraphContainerReplacement" for more details plz refer http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/widgets-api/index.html?class=CQ.form.RichText
Richtext will have more feature compare to textarea like applying css etc... for information on setting up richtext editor plz refer http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/configuring_rich_text_editor.html

Regarding Selection-Screen Field Display

Hi All,
I have issues with Selection-Screen field display.
The Actual issue is i had declared a selection screen field as: s_exgen FOR embk-exgen.
EMBK-EXGEN is actually 20 Char length field.
But in output display it is being shown as 18 Char field though i can type in all 20 characters.
But display restricted to 18 Characters only.
Can anybody give me the solution for the same!

You can decrease the visible length of the field but you can not increase more than database field length. check SAP help on this :

Unable to display tree view; Error when parsing an XML document (Premature end of file.)

I am using a cascaded mapping in my OM. I have a graphical mapping followed by the Java mapping. It is a flat file to IDOC mapping. Everything works fine in Dev but when I transport the same objects to QA, the Operation mapping though it doesn't fail in ESR testing tool, gives the following message and there is no output generated for the same payload which is successfully tested in DEV. Please advise on what could be the possible reasons.

Trying to install VM Server and not getting the CD found screen to display

Trying to install Oracle VM Server from a CDROM:
1.     Insert the Oracle VM Server CDROM into your CDROM drive.
2.     Boot the computer with the Oracle VM Server CDROM.
3.     The Oracle VM Server screen is displayed.
All that went fine but not getting the CD found screen to display. Instead it says the device wasn't found and shows a list of drivers, none of which seem to match the CD drive. Anyone have any ideas? There is an option to point it to a driver disk, not sure if I need to get the driver from somewhere and do that or not?

I have a suspicion you're working with a scanned document that has had OCR run to recognize the text. The recognized text may be stored on an invisible layer above the image of the text, and that is what you're toucing up. It's invisible, so you don't see it, but retains the changes, so exporting produces the new edits.
When you run OCR to recognize scanned text,, try using the ClearScan option, instead of Searchable Text. See this help page on Acrobat (this is for version X, but still applies):

Now, my requirement is i want to display invalid document numbers at selection screen level. For example there are 30 invalid document number i want to display them before start-of-selection.

i have a query......say i am using a selet-options s_ebeln for ekko-ebeln.
i want to display error messages for
1>lower limit cant be greater than upper limit?
2>for special cahracters given in the select-options fields.....etc...
now when i am writing the code......
if s_ebeln-low gt s_ebeln-high.
message e001.
it is showing SAP's message not mine.
but ....if my s_ebeln-high field is 0.
then my message is showing.
pls give me the codes for these?
