Elements 10 emailing problem
I have tried to link my Elements 10 email sharing feature to my email address and keep getting error 530 telling me that Authentication is required. My address is "[email protected]". I have tried this email under SHARE- ADOBE EMAIL. I have signed up for WINDOWS LIVE MAIL 2011 and get to attach the photo to the blank email screen. HOWever, when I hit SEND, I get a message telling me it can't be sent and to try changing my email method...i.e. go back and use the ADOBE email. NIETHER works. Email me if you have any instructions as to what I might try. I am using WIN7.

Can you please check if your email client has been configured correctly or not, to check that simply open your default email client and then send the test email to yourself.
See if your able to send and receive the same email.

computer notice comes up saying "Display driver has stopped responding but has been recovered............then the editor viewing frame freezes but sound keeps going.............then entire program stops.............once whole software deleted! PAID to have it retrieved! Now it reloads but i lose the new work. Thanks for the reply and the information that your Premiere Elements 11 is running on Windows 8 (presumed 64 bit) computer.
Because you come with a display issue, the first line of troubleshooting is targeted at the video card/graphics card that the computer uses.
This information can be found in the computer under the Device Manager/Display Adapters. And then you tell us what is listed under Display Adapters...you may find one or two names listed. Please report what you find.
In Windows 8, one way to Display Adapters listing
a. From the Metro App Screen, type Control Panel in the Search that appears to the right of the screen, and then click on Control Panel in list below.
b. In Control Panel, click on the header "Hardware and Sound"
c. Under Device and Printers, click on the Device Manager choice
d. In the Device Manager, open the Display Adapters category to find your video card/graphics card information.
There may be a keyboard shortcut to Control Panel (I know it is there in 8.1 64 bit)...Windows Key + X and selecting Control Panel from pop up at right of the screen. You can be in the Desktop App or in the Metro Screen when you do the Windows Key + X.
Once we know that, we will ask you to go to the web site of the manufacturer of the card and determine if you have the latest version of the card's driver installed.
If all this is going to be too much for you to handle, then it might be a good idea to consult with the people who installed your Premiere Elements 11 for you.
We will try to walk you through whatever we can.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

Open project in premiere elements trial problem.
Unload the trial of photoshop and premiere elementens, the photoshop works correctly, but the premiere .. only the organizer works, when I try to open project or new project the program is closed automatic .....(window xp).gracias! (the proyect save correctly, buy not open after)

Can you tell us all about your computer, and especially your computer's graphics card/chip? What is its make/model? What is the version and date of the installed video driver? When PSE runs, but PrE does not, it is usually an issue with the video driver being obsolete. Good luck, Hunt

Help with Element EMAIL is undefined in FORM
I am having issues getting my form to work properly after
moving my files in my repository into a trunk directory. It may not

Here is the code I am working on...I tried adding what you said to the document. The email is
not given when the form opens in the browser but is passed via the
form after it is filled out and submited. The email value should be
whatever the person adds to the email textbox. Again this was
working yesterday but has since stopped after I migrated my files
into a trunk directory in SVN.

Email problems with BB synched via BES. No email notifications and can't send replies.
This isn't a question, but more of a public service announcement for those like myself that manage to screw up their email settings. I recently had problems with my email in that I would not get audible or visual notifications of new email and I couldn't send replies although I could forward and create new emails. The problem is that I am using Desktop Manager on two PCs and only one is configured to access my corporate email account, the one that is redirected to the BB. The default settings of my Desktop Manager installation was to synchronize the device date and time automatically when connected to the PC. Connecting my BB to my home machine would cause the email problems. I had to wipe and reactivate to fix my problems.
So, if you want to use the BB on two PCs and one is not configured for the email account going to the phone... disable the auto synchronization option BEFORE connecting the device to that machine and launching Desktop Manager. It would also be nice if the Desktop Manager installer had an option to install on a PC that is used for backup/recovery and application loading only. The installer had two options IIRC and your choice was that the BB is used with BES or with a personal email account.Internally, your invites are processed by the server.
If an outside sends a new invite to you, the server doesn't know about it until you add the event to your calendar app.
You'll find settings in Mail and Calendar apps (depending on client OS) to automatically add invites to the Calendar.
So to sum it up.
Internal users, processed in real-time directly by the server
External invites, must be processed by the client app, and depending on OS/Settings, could require manually adding or acknowleding. Also.. in 10.7/10.8 you will see an inbox tray in the Calendar app, your invites may show up there (and you'll need to click to ack)

this is all greek to me. WHAT IS STARTTLS? On the first page of Apple set up there is a TLS certificate and it is marked NONE- should I change it to the long APPLE CERT option? The next page under ADVANCED: THERE IS A BOX SSL MARKED. Then IMAP Path Prefix - I put stmp.gmail.com.. is that right? Port 993 can use this one? as 456 doesn't work and 587 said it wasn't safe. Under AUTHENTICATION I used PASSWORD. Should I have used external client cert TLS?

Is anyone else having email problems such as apps exiting in the middle of an email? It may be a wireless issue. I use First Class for work and yahoo email for personal. I will be in the middle of typing a long email and the app just quits, all data lost.
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off" -
Strange email problem; it started only loading unread emails, but from 3 months ago. It is now loading new emails too, but no emails in the past month, read or unread. It's gmail, set up through the phone, I've restarted restored and updated firmware, deleted the account, anything I could think of, but it's just not accurately downloading the most recent emails.
The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

Survey of intermittent email problems on edge
I have posted here before about my iphone having intermittent email problems. Usually when I am on the edge network it can sometimes take minutes before my phone downloads email. Sometimes it never downloads them at all. I have my account setup for imap and thought this may be do to the fact I have 100 email sub folders. However these are only for filing with no server side processing to file mail to individual folders. For the most part the issue is limited to edge network access but sometimes does happen when connected to wifi. Of the 8 or so people I have talked to who own iphones only 1 does not seem to have a problem like this. All 8 of us are on different mail servers also.
So I am curious how many others out there are regularly having issues pulling down email on your iphone? And if so is it limited to edge network access or when you are accessing your mail over wifi? Has anyone owned a blackberry and had issues like these?I don't have a problem since I fixed it. I have 4 email accounts: 2 POP3, One IMAP and one Exchange configured as IMAP. I never have a problem retrieving email via EDGE or WiFi. Your problem description is too general to recommend a single solution, however.
Blackberrys cannot handle rich text email, so all messages are short and download quickly. On the iPhone if you have a message that contains HTML, graphics or MIME attachments they can be quite large - up to several megabytes. Clearly these will take a long time to download. The same email received by a Blackberry will only get the text version of the message, which is a couple of K.
If you are accessing an Exchange server and get "message could not be downloaded" errors, delete the account and recreate it using IMAP rather than Exchange as the server type.
If you are accessing a POP3 account and you have a primary computer somewhere powered on that periodically retrieves email the message will be removed from the server before your iPhone downloads it sometimes. The solution is to either shut down the mail client when away from the computer or change its options to leave messages on the server.
For IMAP you shouldn't see any of these problems, except that if you open a folder it retrieves messages in that folder AFTER the folder is opened; it doesn't sync folders automatically. -
I am running Windows 7. When I tried to access Photoshop Elements12 it looked as though it was starting to open, the icon was going round but then nothing. The same happened with Premiere Elements 12where it opened as far as the opening page but again when Organiser was selected the loading 'bar' rotated and then nothing else happened. I tried Adobe support who tried a variety of solutions including loading Application Manager and logging in under a new user name but that failed also. However I did manage to get a couple of error reports as follows:

If you reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple Logo appears, you won't lose anything at all. It's nothing more than rebooting your iPad, like rebooting your computer.

Cisco E900 ports 1990/tcp and 5916/tcp open on the LAN. Cannot close them.
Hello, I just bought a Cisco Linksys E900 wireless router. Can someone explain to me why the router (192.168.1.1 on my case) has ports 1990/tcp and 5916/tcp open on the LAN?? I cannot find a way to close those ports. Just do a simple: telnet 192.168
