Email Client configuration

Hello This is ma frst post here ;-) So hello to All of U
iam totally fresh in BB phones but got fundametials information about Cell, Operator, Internet conn etc. 
Ive got BB Curve 9300 this is my brand new phone buyed from amazon with Virgin TM brand soft. 
And so what?
Ive got some problems with email configuration. The conf from "DEMO" on BB pages is slighly different from what i got in my cell phone. So On wizzard tab i usually goes to the email conf, where BB system 6 ask me for an Email login and the Activation Password wich is not my email password, Ive figured out that is some system password and my phone operator (P4 Play in Poland) told that. email certificated service with all that RIM cert is payable service. So ive already buyed it and they haven't send my a password or somethin.
I dont have any idea how to set my google email in this phone.
Every short instruction and every PDF on the BB site has refer to emailsetting option wich is not visible to me.
And second question that i have
This cell have GPS module, so, in prefeneces/local/gps my actual position is 0,0,0 (in my opinion that an error) and the BB maps are not avabile for my sys so, if i have such interface (gps) why cant i use it, or please tell my how, what soft to download.  

1- To set up email accounts on your phone, try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser but keep in mind that without BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) from your cell carrier, nothing will be pushed to your phone; you'll have to login to your email account on the web. BIS is required for any pushed data (emails, facebook updates, BBM, etc.).
2- Your BlackBerry phone has GPS capabilities but you require an app to access GPS. I don't know if there are any free ones in BlackBerry World but it would be worth doing a search. As for BlackBerry Maps, it's not available worldwide; some countries/areas do not have access to that so check with your carrier to see if you can access Maps.

  • No Email Client Associated Error When Opening a PDF

    I get an Adobe Reader XI error dialogue when I open any PDF; it says "Email: There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."
    What does Adobe have to do with my email client?
    How can this annoying error dialogue be fixed?
    I am using a Windows 7 Professional OS
    This did not happen with Adobe Reader X

    Doing some additional research on this I found that the message can occur from different programs: Word, Excel, ..., but all point to an Outlook configuration problem.

  • Why can't I use default email client?

    PSE 12, Windows 8.1. It would be awesome to be able to just have a SEND TO Email client from within the program, but forcing us to use Microsoft's horrible email program is not satisfactory.  I'm sure I'll just have to end up doing it the hard way, saving the file, open a new email client message, attach the photo and SEND, but it shouldn't be necessary.  I always use Thunderbird for all my email and don't wish to change.  I never could get Microsofts Email to work with all my email programs.
    Why wouldn't Adobe configure such an important and often used option for the user to use?

    Just discovered that Photoshop Elements 12 will not work with my Facebook either... says there is no internet connection, which there is.  Disabled Anti-Virus, no firewall, everything else working fine.  I guess I'll stick to what I know PSE can do.

    Forms I have developed using the Forms button in Acrobat 9 Pro that have an email button properly launch the default mail client in Windows,even if Microsoft Outlook is installed but is not the default mail client. Forms I have developed in LiveCycle, however, try to send the form with Microsoft Outlook if it is installed, even if another mail client such as Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail is the default client. Where the user has not configured Outlook as a mail client, the user cannot send the form. Is there a way to force LiveCycle to use the default email client instead of Outlook? Or am I missing a configuration someplace in setting up the form?

    How to write JNI code to call native default email client on MAC OSX and add attachment in that email client. Thanks plz help in this regard.

    Which suggests that you want to open the actual email client, rather than using java itself to send the email.
    However it doesn't answer why.
    At any rate that requires the following.
    1. A platform specific way to run the email client. If you can't figure out how to do this from the command line (nothing to do with java) then you can't do it in java.
    2. A way to manipulate an application that is running. The Robot package is intended for that. It might or might not do it. If not then you would need to find or create something else to do this.
    3. Custom scripts for each possible email client which is fed into part 2 to make it do something.
    Obviously a lot of work especially the last as that part might vary not only by vendor by also by version and user configuration.

  • Email client issue Symbian Belle

    Hello everyone.
    I just installed Symbian Belle in my nokia N8, and configured the email client with my Gmail account.  I'm getting a strange error when I try to read any message of my inbox.  Every time that I try to read a message, all that I can see is a white screen.
    Do you guys know what is the solution of that? or another email client to use?

  • Messages sent with Thunderbird do not get to recipient, but I can use other email clients that do. Settings are correct and I can check webmail and see in sent.

    When I send an email it says that it is sent, but it never gets to the recipient. I am using multiple email addresses to check this and have looked in spam and all folders and the message is just not actually going through. I can log in to web-mail and the message appears in the sent folder and I can resend from web-mail and instantly the mail is received. I also installed another email client program and it is able to send mails and they go through instantly. Only Thunderbird is having issues with this. I have tried uninstalling and rebooting and then re-installing and after setup I still can not get emails to go through. If this is something simple with a setting for Thunderbird I would love a fix as we have been using Thunderbird for 6+ years. Otherwise I will just have to use the other program as it works with no mess

  • Having a problem selecting the Email Client

    I recently installed Elements 12 and I want to send some pictures I have in my organizer as email attachments. I followed the directions from the tutorial video but when I get to where I select the Email Client the only choice I am given is Adobe Email Service. My computer runs Windows Vista and the tutorial shows Windows Mail as one of several choices that should pop up when I click on the arrow in the Email Client box. How do I get the Email Client box to display the options as indicated in the video so I can make the selection I want to use?

    If you want to use Windows Mail as your eMail client then the first thing you need to do is to configure windows mail so that it can send and receive eMail from your eMail account.  If you are using Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or the new Outlook.com (to replace Hotmail for new accounts) then the configuration would be easy because we can give you instructions here;  If you are using eMail from your ISP then you need to search for these instructions.  The instructions you need are for:
    SMTP and POP servers and port numbers to be used and where SSL or no SSL
    Hotmail/Outlook will configure automatically if you use Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail or Microsoft Outlook;  GMAIL and Yahoo details can be found online.
    After doing this, you need to send a test message to yourself ideally to your other e-mail account or to somebody in your family who has an e-mail account.  The test is to ensure that everything is working as it should.
    After this, PSE will be able to recognize this when you go back to sharing in PSE configurations.

  • Cannot select outlook in sharing - email settings - email client

    I am trying to use PE11 with Outlook 2013 on Win 7. When I go into preferences under sharing -> email settings -> email client, I only see the default Adobe email service, I have no option for Outlook 2013 which is my default. I've looked around within Windows default program associatings and for sure Outlook 2013 is my default, is associated with all email types (.eml, etc).
    I have searched all the forums and the net and am not seeing a solution. How can I force PE11 to see Outlook 2013? I'm guessing it must be a registry hack. I've seen a .reg to add Windows Live, so does anyone have a hack to add Outlook 2013 ?

    For anyone still struggling with this, here's a decent workaround:

    Install Windows Live Mail and configure a single POP account as you have configured in Outlook. PSE's "preferences->sharing" will find Live Mail as an option for email accounts (you don't even need the registry hack the article above recommends, nor does Live Mail need to be your default email client).
    I just email the files to a single contact I've created in adobe for myself, avoiding the hassle of adding contacts in Adobe's contact manager or Live Mail, I get the email in Outlook and then resend the files out using my Outlook addressbook. A kludge, but at least I can email pix now from the PSE photo manager.
    I'm thinking that re-installing MS Office might be a solution but don't want to deal with that hassle.

  • Getting my email client to work with my new service

    I have been using an email client, called "TheBat" for almost a decade with my dialup service and am in the process of configuring it with Verizon-yahoo.
    I have entered the new POP and SMTP settings: incoming.yahoo.verizon.net and outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net, but am still unable to get the client to retrieve any of my email.
    Can someone assist me or point me to a thorough link that explains how to set up a POP-based email client.

  • Print Mail PDF Email client

    I just recently installed the new Office MAC 2008 (my problems seems to happen with any application) and decided to use the new Entourage as my default email client. When I'm in any application and go to Print>mail PDF a file my non-default (originally)email client keeps activating. How do I change my default email client to work when I Print>Mail PDF from within an application. Thanks Chris

    The other way to configure this is to select the "Edit Menu..." item in the print dialog's PDF button/menu. A utility window will appear. You can add new items by hitting the plus button in the lower left of that window. His the plus button and then pick Entourage. This will add the alias to the PDF Services folder for you.

  • Cannot complete email client form, keep getting error message "Invalid credentials check email and password"

    I have Elements and Premier Photoshop 8 on my windows 7, 64 bit, computer.  I just downloaded the upgrade to #13 for both.  The Elements downloaded ok and transferred pictures from #8.  My problem is that on 13 I cannot configure an email client so I can email my photos to other people.  When I fill out the configure email client form I get an error message that says "Invalid credentials Please check your email address and password and try again"  I did that and continued to receive the same error message. I entered the email address and password I use to get into my adobe account.  How can I solve this problem?

    In the organizer, in the Preferences -> Email, the email address and password is not your Adobe Id, it should be your mail service provider - it could be a Microsoft Account or a Gmail.
    When you normally use emails, you must have an email account with a password - use that.
    If you have to use the "other" type of service provider, it needs to be configured for the SMTP service.

  • HTML Email Client for Blackberry

      Forgive me if my question seems elementary, but I am new to the forum and to use of the Blackberry.  I currently have an 8830 World Edition phone and have configure on POP email address on the device.  I can access my emails successfully.  However, if I receive an email that contains any sort of Internet type code (HTML, Java, Javascript, etc), the code does not translate and I only recieve the actual code in the email.  It is unformatted.  I tried to download a couple of so-called HTML email clients from Handango, however they seem to be limited.  I am thinking that there should be a client or a configuration for the Blackberry that would allow me to see Internet related emails formatted as intended.  Anyone run into this issue or have any suggestions?  I am deperately looking for a solution.  Thanks in advance for your input.

    As you mentioned you can't view HTML formatting in your email you might be running on BIS 2.4. RIM recently introduced BIS 2.5 which supports HTML email view for its BIS customers. But this yet to be implemented for all the carriers as its been done phase by phase. For getting HTML view you also need to have device OS 4.5 (4.3 for 8110). So you're not far away from your wish!!! But can also have 3rd party software which can do the same trick for you but again these are not free.

  • WRT5GL: email client works, browsers do not

    I have managed to configure my wireless router so that I can read and write email via Groupwise email client, but I cannot get a web browser to work. I had the same issue when I set up the DSL, and it was not resolved until I changed the settings of the preferred and alternate DNS server addresses under DCP/IP.
    I have a WRT5GL hooked up to a Zyxel P600 series modem, with Earthlink DSL service. As far as I can tell, the modem uses PPPoE, so the router should not (when I initially tried PPPoE, I was not able to connect when using a hardwired desktop). I'm using DHCP with a local IP address set to 192.168.2.1 so that it doesn't conflict with the modem, and once again I am able to browse with a desktop connected to the router connected to the modem. I also cloned the MAC address.
    I'd appreciate suggestions for what to try next. Thanks!

    The cloning of a MAC address will not help you here .
    what i suggest you do is first verify if you are able to ping any website eg :- ping www.yahoo.com, do you get replies ? if yes and if you are using windows Xp sp2 ,run the following command in the command prompt
    netsh winsock reset catalog .\
    let me know if this work, or else post a few more details.
