Email dymanic action to inform payroll admin about the address change

Hi experts,
Here is my query. I wanted to create a dynamic action to send an email to payroll admin for an employee address change via an email.
Employee IT0001 has Payroll admin assigned. Employee IT105 maintained with email address, as well payroll admin user IT105 email id is also maintained.
In the dynamic actions, I wrote it like this.

And in feature it is already there as

Now my questions are.,
1) What is this big picture of maintaining distribution lists in SO04, how they are connected in here, and with payroll admin data? How do we connect them?
2) What data needs to be maintained for this payroll admin, does his user profile needs to be maintained with email? 
3) Can I substitute X with actual receiver?
4) My big concern is what is distrinution lists and how they are connected in here?
Can somebody enlighten me or forward me to the proper links to get more idea to configure this?

    Try the following..
    Compress the audio files before uploading them to Google.. using Apple's built in file compressor... (Right/Control click on an audio file and choose compress from the popup menu...
    Download from Google and then decompress audio files..
    Now test in Logic and see if you get the same issue....

    And without info - it's near to impossibly to help. Try my general troubleshooting note:
    Troubleshooting note
    When iMovie doesn't work as intended this can be due to a lot of reasons
    iMovie Pref files got corrupted - trash it/they and iMovie makes new and error free one's
    problem in iMovie Cache folder - trash Cache.mov and Cache.plist
    Creating a new User-Account and log into this
    This forces iMovie to create all pref. and cache files new and error free
    Event or Project got corrupted - try to make a copy and repair
    a Codec is used that doesn't work (even though iMovie and/or iDVD tries to / they fail in the end)
    version miss match of QuickTime Player / iMovie / iDVD
    preferences are wrong - Repair Preferences
    other hard disk problem - Repair Hard Disk (Disk Util tool - but start Mac from ext HD or DVD)
    External hard disks - MUST BE - Mac OS Extended (hfs) formatted to work with Video
    ( UNIX/DOS/FAT32/Mac OS Exchange - works for most other things - but not for Video )
    USB-flash-memories - usually do not work
    Net-work connected hard disks - usually do not work (most often not fast enough and WRONGLY FORMATTES as DOS etc)
    iPhoto Library got problems - let iPhoto select another one or repair it. Re-build this first then try to re-start iMovie. When iMovie starts-up it first look trough this iPhoto library and if faulty it all Halt’s.
    This You do by
    First -  close iPhoto
    Secondly - on start up of iPhoto - Keep {cmd and alt-keys down}
    Thirdly - now select all five options presented
    THEN - WAIT a long long time (>20 hours are not strange)
    free space on Start-Up (Mac OS) hard disk to low (<1Gb) - I never go under 25Gb free space for SD-Video (4-5 times more for HD)
    external devices interferes - turn off Mac - disconnect all of them and - Start up again and re-try
    GarageBand fix - start GB - play a few notes - Close it again and now try iMovie
    Screen must be set to million-colors
    Third-party plug-ins doesn't work OK
    Run "Cache Out X", clear out all caches and restarts the Mac
    Let Your Mac be turned on during one night. At about midnight there is a set of maintenance programs that runs and tidying up. This might help
    Turn off Your Mac - and disconnect Mains - for about 20-30 minutes - at least this resets the FireWire port.
    In QuickTime - DivX, 3ivx codec, Flip4Mac, Perian etc - might be problematic - temporarily move them out and re-try
    (I deleted the file "3ivxVideoCodec.component" located in Mac HD/Library/Quicktime and this resolved my issue.)

    Open the iCloud preference pane and uncheck the Contacts box. Do the alerts stop?

              To fix this, open System Preferences > Security & Privacy, select Contacts in the left sidebar, then check BusyCal.app.
    On my system, only Skype, Parallels, and Contacts Cleaner are enabled to access contacts.
    FYI, LinkedIn doesn't list any apps as having asked for, or been given access.
              If that doesn't work, here is a bigger hammer:
    OK
              1) Launch Terminal in /Applications/Utilities.
              2) Paste the following text and hit return:
                   tccutil reset AddressBook     
    First, I want to see what that does so I ran man tccutil
         NAME
              tccutil -- manage the privacy database
         SYNOPSIS
              tccutil command service
         DESCRIPTION
              The tccutil command manages the privacy database, which stores decisions the
              user has made about whether apps may access personal data.
              One command is current supported:
              reset    Reset all decisions for the specified service, causing apps to prompt
                       again the next time they access the service.
         EXAMPLES
              To reset all decisions about whether apps may access the address book:
                    tccutil reset AddressBook
              3) Quit Terminal.
              4) Launch BusyCal, and click OK when asked whether to allow access to your contacts.
    Now I see under System Preferences->Security&Privacy->Privacy->Contacts that all apps were removed from the list.
    I haven't had BusyCal in years so I just launched Calendar and Contacts.
    Unfortunately, as soon as I launch Contacts, I get the pop-up again about the LinkedIn

    If you don't see the "shadow man" icon, right click the toolbar and select customize..  drag the icon up to the bar.

    I've exported all my address book data into vcard for backup. One day my address book reset again and erase all my data, luckily i've the vcard backup, so i import back to address book; however, all the notes in each data has gone, could anyone tell me why this happen?

    Welcome to the discussions, joanne.
    Vcards don't have a field for storing notes, so the information doesn't get preserved. For backup you should either use the File/Backup menu option in Addess Book, or simply make a copy of folder ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/

  • About the feature "Change Track Ord

    Hi all,
    I explain you my problem, I used my old jukebox, the Nomad Jukebox 3, to play songs as a DJ, and I'm fond of the feature allowing to change the order of the tracks during the playing of the music.
    But since two days I let my jukebox fallen to the ground after 4 years of loyal services and now the power button is broken. The player works very well but no way to start it or to shut it down, I called the support and they told me that there is no piece today to repair it because it is no more produced.
    I hesitate to bring it to an electronics engineer or to buy an other product.
    so here is my question, is there today an mp3 player that has this feature of moving the order of the tracks during the playing ? Does the Zen vision do it ?

    I am using a jlist to show note types and a jtable to show all the notes of the current types,and I can edit the notes in the jtable.Before I change the selection of the item of the types,I need to determine if the notes have changed ,if the data changes a confirm dialog to prompt you to save will be shown,if I select cancel the selection of the item of the types should keep original for the app querys db and displays related data when types selection changing.I want to know how to show the saving confirm dialog before the item selection change and if I select cancel,the selection won't be changed,it will be changed only if I select yes or no ,cause if the item change another query will be done.I am looking for such a listener in javadoc but failed.

    Hi All,
    We are having a peculiar issue of 'Error while reading the PO in the Backend system. Inform system admin'.
    The P.O is in ordered status in SRM but the same is not getting transferred to backend ECC system.
    No error messages or logs in RZ20, SLG1 any where.
    All programmes like BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP are running fine.
    Tried pushing the P.Os manually using function module (BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2) to backend ECC.
    It was working fine till a week ago and suddenly this problem is coming.
    We had implemented few OSS notes suggested by SAP for the issue of 'shopping carts appearing in sourcing cockpit even after P.O creation' in both development and test system.
    Now this issue is coming up in test system where as development system is working fine.
    Please let us know where to look and how to resolve this issue.
    A quick response would be highly appreciated.

    I am facing the same issue with one PO in the Production system.
    SRM 5.0 , R/3 4.6C Extended classic scenario.
    I checked the status of other PO's created today. I see them in R/3. There is one PO which was created a week back which shows up as "ordered" in SRM but the PO is missing in R/3. When clicked on the details on the web, system throws the error
    Error while reading the PO in the Backend system. Inform system admin.
    Message no. BBP_CF010
    I checked RZ20, SLG1 no errors were found. I checked RFC connection, it was working fine too.
    I tried pushing the PO using the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, it did not solve the problem.
    In SRM WEBGUI Process PO - Item data -->follow on documents --> PO status is shown as Archived.
    Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Please throw some light on this issue.

    Note
    The following error text was processed in the system SRP : Attribute for user contains errors. Inform system admin.
    The error occurred on the application server srm-pro_SRP_00 and in the work process 2 .
    The termination type was: TH_RES_FREE
    The ABAP call stack was:
    Form: OUTPUT_EXPRESS_MESSAGES of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
    Form: EXTERNAL_SCREEN_DETERMINE of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
    Module: EXTERNAL_SCREEN_DETERMINE of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
    We've cheked SAP NOTE 312058-BBPPU99: Error: Attribute for ... is missing. Inform ...
    But it seems that none of the information applies to us, since this issue is only present for Shopping carts that were created by this deleted user.
    So we tried to re-assing one of this sc, chaning PARTNER_NO,ADDR_NR    
    ADDR NP data in table CRMD_PARTNER according to a new given user, but it didn't work. So we need to know how to re-assing this sc or perhaps how to find what specific attribute is missing.
    Any advice is welcome.

    The manager role should be enough to change user attribute. The transaction is BBPATTRMAINT. Employee role should have BBPUM02 or BBPAT05 to change their own attribute.
    <u>Please check whether the User ID you are using to Log into BBP_PD (and seems to be assigned in the org structure also)is consistent and has no errors in tcode USERS_GEN.  You should check the user, it's not set up properly in USERS_GEN Transaction, Else repair the user.
    To maintain the user attributes you must have the Administrator role.. Your user should have role SAP_BBP-STAL_ADMINISTRATOR and be integrated in the org structure. your user must be integrated in SRM organizational structure. To see which attributes are missing, you can click on the user in PPOMA_BBP to see details, and go to last tab "Check". This will list all required attributes depending on used scenarios (so you may not require all of them). You can also use transaction BBP_ATTR_CHECK to check user's attributes for a particular scenario.</u>
