EMail or Fax Out put

Hi Gurus,
My requirement is i should give in the customer master data both Email ID and Fax number and for some customers i need to give only Fax numbers.
And at the time of output gets triggered when we save a sles order.The out put should be Email if Email adress exits and Fax if the Email adress doesnt exist in Customer master data..It should be either of one.
Can any one throw some light on this..

If i assign both Email & Fax then both out put types gets triggered.I dont want to trigger both the output types.I want to trigger either one.
If Email ID exits then it should trigger Email and if Email Id is not there it should trigger to Fax.

As you have maintained many key combinations in your access sequence and as you are telling you have checked exclusion indicator.
My suggestion is maintain the key combination Sales Organization/Billing Type or billing type and assign this in the last step and don't check the exclusive indicator. As system picks the last key combination only.
Now maintain condition record VV31 for any of the these key combination of the above two and check system will give the output.
if you have copied the standard RD00 output into ZD00 output change in the output procedure the output type to ZD00 from RD00. and assign it to the billing document type

DEBUG Smartform:
1) One way to debug smartform is to debug the Function Module of that smartforms.
If you want to debug particular smartform node that the solution would be,
insert a "Program Line" just above the node you want to debug and this program line write a normal abap breakpoint.
So whenever you call the smartforms, it will stop at this breakpoint and you can debug onwards.
2) SFTRACE can be used for debugging SMARTFORMS.

1). Use Tools - Word Processing - Layout Set (SE71). Enter name of layout set and then Utilities - Activate Debugger.
It is of no consequence which layoutset you enter when selecting the SAPscript debugger. (Menu path: Tools-Wordprocessing - Forms, Utilities - Activate Debugger) The next layoutset called will invoke the debugger.
2). Another way to set the SAPScript debugger is to run program RSTXDBUG.
When you debug Print program it is same as you debug any other ABAP program. While when you debug SAPScript, you actually debug the code ( scripting) you have written SAPScript Form.
As per ur question there is nothing new with script debugging,
it is same as normal report debugging...

For smartforms debugging you can do this.
1. Execute the smartform (execute button in SMARTFORMS transaction)
2. Take the generated function module and display it in SE80.
3.Find the smartforms Elements (text elements, windows, code lines, loops) in this and set Soft break points.
Correct name is SMARTFORM_TRACE. You have lots of options for adequate analysis

1. Debugging the print program : This is the normal debugging we do for our report programs.

a .In SE71->Menu->Utilities->Activate Debugger, then debugger will be get activated and when your print program is executing Script Debugger will be in active and you can proceed with your debugging.
b. Goto se38-> RSTXDBUG ->Execute this same as going thru in se71-> Menu, now debugger will be activated.

Problem with email out put

Hi SD gurus,
I have enabeld emailing fucnitnality for an out put.
Maintained record for the same.
When I am creating order it is pulling the out put in to the order.BUt when i am saving the order the out put didnt get succes and it is red color.
I checked proceeing log and the error is " Maintain an output device in your user master record "
I even maintined out put device as per above error message in SU01.
But sill getting same error in the out put.
Can somebody help resolve this.

Goto VV12 T.Code.
Select your output type.
Execute.
Click on Communication.
Here maintain the output device as LP01/LOCL or as the entry required for you from F4 help.
Tick print immediately.
Save.

Maintain Condition Table
Maintain Output Type-and assign the FAX related output program to that out put type.
Maintain Access Sequences
Assign Output Types To Partner Functions
Maintain Output Determination Procedure
Assign Output Determination Procedures
Maintain the condition record for that output type in VV11 transaction with *transmission medium 2-Fax.*
Make sure that Fax machine to SAP system hardware settings completed by the BASIS people.

dear all,
i want to know the detail configuration and settings in sd for out put.
such as i need to take the print of sales order or invoices so what type of settings i have to do
how one can take a print out after creation of a sales order,quotation ,invoice and scheduling agreements with the necessary fields i need in it.
if possible how it can be emailed to the concern person.

Output can be configured in following way.
1.In SPRO Create output type.
2.Create access sequenece.
3.Assign output program to the output type.
4.Add the output type in output determination procedure.
5.Assign the output procedure to document type i.e.Sales order,Delivery docuement,Billing docuement.
6.maintain the output condition record.
7.You can also enter the output manualy in all the documents.
For mails to be sent,maintain processing medium as Mail the output type configuration.Maintain mail Id in customer master.Maintain proper access sequence.

HT3964 the headphone jack on my 13inch pro(2011model) isnt out putting any sound..

Hi All,
I have a requirement...
I need to send the output of a concurrent program to particular mail id. The Concurrent program output is in pdf format which is generated from BI Publisher.
I have written a procedure to execute the desired concurrent program. But I don know how to capture the out put and send as attachment.How can I send the pdf out put as attachment.

I don't know how BI publisher creates the PDF, whether it's created as a file on the server or whatever...
but if you search google or these forums for "oracle pl sql send email attachment" you should get plenty of ideas how to do this using packages such as UTL_MAIL...

Sharepoint online multiline list colomn not rendering HTML out put

I have list with multi line column with having multimedia options. my problem is i have created view and edited XSL to format it. also i have added "escape out put =yes" for the column but no luck still column is rendering as HTML Tags witch
is not rendering HTML formats in UI

Hello there,
I am totally green in web development.
my goal is to, for the user will input a date range from and
to and will out put the records in the intranet when they press a
button.
However, the good news is: I have experience in programming.
I have written applications for desktop in VB>NET and I
understand RDBMS /sql concepts .
But CF and WEB development is new to me.
My current projects involves in connecting to DB and testing
it. (it works fine)
And outputting reports by to a intranet page. (records)
i need help on how to start this asap. I will even do some
practice at home.
Tools I have at work
• Development server(test)
• Home site.
• Toad for db connection.
• Html reference guide
• Cf dummies book.
How can start my projects.
(ex. Create cf, outputpage?)
