Emails show up blank sent from web access 2012

When a user sends email to another Groupwise user, it shows up blank in the Groupwise 2012 client. You have to click view, and change the default from html to plain text.
We are on sp1.
Is there a fix for this?

Where are they showing blank? To other GW users? External?
Are you sending html or text messages?
Are the recipients checking both html and text views?
What platform is WebAccess running on?

    There is a an issue going on with the mail service and/or mail store (OS X Server 10.6.6) Users have old emails appear blank and from unkown sender in mail.app. This is the same when using squirrelmail for web access so the issue is definetly with the server. Does any body have any ideas?

    First off this forum is staffed by volunteers and they answer questions as they have time. Posting the same more than once does not make it faster.
    It sounds like a spammer is using your email address to send their junk. There is nothing that you can do to stop it. They will get. Ores with you soon and move on. DO NOT open tthemselveshe attachments.

    As Ernie said, you need to create an SMTP server for each gmail account with the correct username and password. Be sure the correct server for each account is listed in the SMTP box and check the box to use only that server for that account.
    Gmail's default behavior when sending from one account through another account's outgoing server is to change the address to the server which is used. Same goes if I send a message from my ATT/Yahoo account and use gmail's server to send through. It will change the ATT address to the gmail address.
    There is an option in gmail's settings under the Account's tab under Send Mail As. You can add different gmail or other accounts such as Yahoo to this and choose how the gmail server handles it. You can set it to send as the sending account and not change the address. I've used this many times for my ATT account for sending through gmail when ATT accounts were having problems.
    You can add the different accounts to each gmail account you have.

    I am using the FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send my mail.And the contents are just appened to an internal table as text elements.
    Can we change the font in the email that is being sent from SAP  to Arial 10points?

    E-mails generated with that function module are created in plain text format.  The font that would appear when reading the e-mail would be dependt on the user's setting for the e-mail application (e.g. Outlook).
    To my knowledge, the font cannot be affected during it's creation.

  • TS3276 my emails are not being sent from my desktop, but are capable of being sent by my apple phone.  as well, I cannnot pull up any emails that I sent.  They just disappear.

    R1: Seems you didn't configure you email account in your Outlook client properly. please refer to the following KB article and try to create a new mail profile to configure your email account again:

    R2: Do you want create subfolders under Inbox to category your emails? If so, we can just right click on Inbox > select New Folder... After that, we need to create rules to move or copy your emails to each subfoler. See:

  • I sent some emails from one of my email accounts and now it shows that these emails have been simultaneously sent from two of my email accounts

    I sent a few emails from one of my accounts that are set up in my Thunderbird. Now I see that they have been sent from two of my accounts, simultaneously. It shows them in both Sent folders and with the respective email address as sender.
    Those email accounts have been set up in my Thunderbird for a long time now and have been working correctly until now.
    How can I prevent this from happening again? I don't want to send people messages from two different emails at the same time.
    I'd appreciate any help on this.

    In my case, TB is sending a copy of all my sent mail to the account that is associated with the smtp server. I have four accounts that I check via TB and the sent mail is being kept in the original folder and also in the sent folder of the account to which the smtp server is connected. If I change the smtp server from one gmail account to another, the sent mail follows. I then have two copies of the sent email, one in the original folder and one in the smtp server account's sent folder. I only want the one in the original folder. How do I stop the sent email from also being saved in the smtp account sent folder?

  • Unable to export data from Web Access Data Sheet in Sharepoint to local excel or access file

    Greetings and good morning.
    I'm going to start off in broad terms with this question because I'm not 100 percent sure what information to provide.
    Long story short, we've got a Web Access Data Sheet list hosted in a Sharepoint 2010 environment. It is accessed and used by multiple people throughout the day. It contains several thousand line item entries. I'd call it a large data sheet.
    I think the size of the data sheet is casuign some instability in the list. I'd like to be able to export a defined range of data from the list into a local excel or access file. After that, I'd delete the stuff on the Access list to improve performance.
    But...when I attempt to use the Sharepoint Action bar to export - Excel locks up/crashes. If I try to export to Access, I get a similar issue.
    Any ideas? Could anyone begin by telling me what other information is required?

    If you would like to export data from Access Web Database in SharePoint 2010, you could go to Design With Access page in Settings. The url in my environment is http://sp/tt/_layouts/accsrv/ModifyApplication.aspx . Then choose the Table and export it to Excel
    or Modify it in Access.

  • Subject in Email is always "Report sent from Report Builder"

    We run Forms 6.08 in C/S - architecture.
    Forms calls reports:
    ADD_PARAMETER(pl_id, 'SUBJECT',TEXT_PARAMETER, 'Please read appending pdf' );
    add_Parameter(pl_id,'DESTYPE',TEXT_PARAMETER, 'Mail');
    Run_Product(reports, 'MY_Report', SYNCHRONOUS, BATCH, Filesystem, pl_id);
    This works: Lotus pops up and a Email is initialized with a pdf appended.
    But the subject isn't filled in properly. There is always a constant text: "Report sent from Report Builder"
    How can I control the subject?
    Is it possible to fill in some text into the Email-body?

    Ans. Your problem here is not clear...Is this a Work Item or  mail ?..  Is your subject missing with Work Item in DE ?...

  • Outgoing emails are not being sent from my email address all of a sudden. It started happening when I changed my gmail password

    After I changed my gmail password my outgoing emails are no longer being sent from my gmail account, but are being sent from my spouse's account so that replies go into her inbox, not mine.

    You may have a corrupt preference, in order to correct this open Mail - Preferences - Accounts and re-input all the preferences for the account. While they may look ok one or more may be corrupt.

  • Cannot receive emails unless outlook client or Outlook web access is open

    My Iphone is not receiving any emails unless I have my outlook client open or i browse the Outlook web access with a browser. I am not sure what is the link. if i have outlook client open on my computer i receive emails to my iphone, no issues there but if close my outlook then i cannot receive any emails. We have Exchange 2003 sp2 and ISA 2006 as the front end server. NEED HELP

    This happens if you have Symantec Virus Scanner scanning your Exchange. We have to change the following registry setting to make it work
    HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\VirusScan

    I have only had my Mac for 2 weeks and when I received emails with photos the photos automatically showed up in the body of the email, now I have to physically open it with Quick Look to look at them. How did this change? Its really frustrating, I cannot find anything by googling this problem.
    My preferences are set as rich text is there anything else I need to do?

  • Attachments to emails become corrupted when sent from Q10

    I can receive an email from work with an attachment and open it fine, but if I forward it, although the email goes fine, when the attachment is opened it is blank, and there is a message stating that the pdf is corrupt. I have updated to the latest versions of Blackberry software and Adobe Reader software.
    This was not a problem on any of my previous Blackberry phones which were Curves and Bolds.

    If you download and save the attachment onto your BlackBerry Q10 and then forward the email with that saved attachment, does it still show up as corrupt?
    Also what type of email account is added (POP3, IMAP, Exchange?)
