EMERGENCY:sqlcode in pl/sql?

hello,
i have a problem with a while-loop. i have declare a cursor and with a while loop i try to fetch all it's rows. what condition i have to put in order to succeed it? i implement it like:
while sqlstatus = 0 loop
if (proslipsi is null) then
s1 := s1 + nvl(y,0) * 360 + nvl(m,0) * 30 + nvl(d,0);
elsif apolysh <= ews then
s1 := s1 + nvl(y,0) * 360 + nvl(m,0) * 30 + nvl(d,0);
else
          s1 := s1 + (to_number(to_char(ews,'MM'))-1) * 30 + to_number(to_char(ews,'DD')) - (to_number((to_char(proslipsi,'MM')))-1) * 30 - to_number(to_char(proslipsi,'DD')) + 360 * (to_number(to_char(ews,'YYYY')) - to_number(to_char(proslipsi,'YYYY')));
          if ( to_number(to_char(ews,'DD')) <> 31 ) then
               s1 := s1 + 1;
          end if;     
fetch proyp into proslipsi, apolysh, y, m, d;
message(to_char(sqlcode));
end if;
end loop;
close proyp;
but it never ends!
please help because it's important!

Hello,
Also U can use the for loop.
if ur cursor name is proyp and it has fields f1,f2,f3 etc..
for rec in proyp
loop
if rec.f1 ----
end loop;
Here the advantage is
1. U don't wnat to declare rec
2. U don't want to open and close the cursor.
the loop automatically continues until it has record.
