Somebody can guide me? I need to put my musical dvd´s on my iPad? by iTunes not working as with CDs, you only need to insert the CD in the computer and it work alone converting and adding to the music library the new album ... sorry for the ignorance but someone guides me in the way it does.

NachanIf after researching the info in the other comments you still find that there is music that you would loose on the iPhone, there are 3rd party apps that can manage iPhone content without erasing the iPhone. Just search for a Windows alternative to iTunes.

My problem is solved. It appears that my Mophie Iphone 5 case, usb cable will not support data transfer to my computer.
With my Iphone 4 and 4s it could support data transfer. All i needed wasto remove the bottom of the case a use a Iphone5 usb cable. Thank you for all the help. -

I can not login to Itunes Store from IPhone or Itunes?
At approximately 4:00pm EST my Itunes account asked for password. I submitted my password and it was not recognized by the store and I attempted multiple times to log in. I reset my password and still no success logging in to Itunes from my PC or IPhone. However, I can log in through the web page. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to resolve this problem?
I'm seeing a issue here that alot of people are having this exact issue. not sure whats is up yet.

I can click on the songs themselves, but when I do it nothing plays. It goes to the screen as if the song were playing, but nothing plays. When I click the 'play' icon it doesn't change. Just flashes and stays as the play icon. Not sure what to do!

Que tal Eric, Mira despues de una ardua busqueda se cual es el problema, lamentablemente es la MainBoard (La tarjeta principal del iPhone) pero te cuento que aun asi logre restaurarlo, tuve que dejarlo casi una semana en DFU MODE (Pantalla Negra) y se descargo por completo luego baje un programa llamado "redsn*w" la ultima version y en la parte de Extas> Even More> Restore pude restaurarlo. Cabe mencionar que la alegria solo me duro unos cuantos dias, porq de alli se me volvio a apagar asi que el mismo procedimiento, estuve buscando una tarjeta madre en tiendas online, pero basicamente es como comprar otro iphone!, Espero que te sirva de algo a mi me funciono, pero como sabras, algunos les funciona algunas cosas y a otros no, espero que si te funcione! Saludos

My dad got this iPhone for me a few months ago as a gift since I had a really awful phone before. The only thing is, I can't seem to upgrade it to the latest software without it telling me it's already updated to iOS 4 or something like that. (I would be able to give you the exact iOS version, but ever since connecting my iPhone to iTunes, my phone isn't responding so I can't check the settings or anything.) I can't download any apps (I get an error message saying the software on my phone is too old) and so I pretty much am extremely limited to what I can do on this phone. I'm very frustrated at this point and incredibly displeased with Apple's products.
If someone could please explain to me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it, I'd be extremely grateful.

If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.
