Check via manager user whether it is enabled or not. If enabled means issue is based on Professional user rights or limited logistics user rights or any authorization missing...

HOW TO MAKE RADIO BUTTON READONLY

HI ALL,
I am having 2 radio button for ITEM CATEGORY
one for RAW
second for FINISHED
when customer clicked paritcular ITEM the ITEM CATEGORY shows with checked one .
I want to make these radio button readonly so that customer dosent not chenge the ITEM CATEGORY
How can i make the radio button readonly is there any ways for it?

Well there is no direct way
But you can use disabled option.
<input type="radio" name="reportid" value="abc" disabled >testEven you can use checked option along with it.
I guess this will solve your problem.

PAGE RADIO BUTTONS and APPLICATION ITEM VALUE

I have several pages that use same radio button group that permits filtering the report query (of course on each page, it is a page level radio button item).
I created an application item value to hold the last used value of a radio button item.
On login, I would like the application item value set to a default value.
For a given page using the recurring radio button group item,
I would like the radio button item value set to the application item value on entry into a page.
I would like the report to use the application item value on entry to a page.
I would like the application item value be updated anytime the page level radio button item value is changed, so that when you move to another page,
the next radio button group and report can use the last selected radio group button value.
I am trying to use a variety of solutions in COMPUTATION and CONDITIONAL COMPUTATION... to include use of set_session_state procedure, and I am not getting desired result, partial success, but not complete.
Can you have a computation item that is only for initialization of the report and radio button group on page entry?
And a separate computation item that senses user selection of another radio button, updating the report, and updating the application level item?

Created an HTML region in COLUMN 2 and SEQUENCE 10.
Selected under region CONDITION:
Current Page is contained within Expression 1 as comma delimited list of pages
in the EXPRESSION 1 provided the requested comma delimited list of pages that I wished the HTML region to appear.
Created the radio button group item P0_RADIO and assigned to Page0 HTML region.
Selected under item CONDITION:
Current Page is contained within Expression 1 as comma delimited list of pages
in the EXPRESSION 1 provided the requested comma delimited list of pages that I wished theradio button group to appear.
In SHARED COMPONENTS I created an APPLICATION COMPUTATION
In the computation I created a PL/SQL function to initialize the radio group

I have a radio button page item which is showing two values like

I need to show these two radio buttons according to the employee number that is firing on the field Employee Number.
Suppose, for an example i need to show 4 Stars if he is an ordinary employee. If he is an CEO means then it has to show both 4 Stars and 5 Stars button.
How i can achieve it friends..
For that i tried by using DA, but it failed. I have the query to restrict the radio buttons according to the employee number which is working fine in sql developer at the back end. But im going wrong in implementing it in APEX via DA, as it is not working over there.. This is the query

Are you using a Select List or other LOV item for employee selection?
If you are you can use cascading lov under the radio button
- you add <emplyee select list item> to Cascading LOV Parent Item(s) and to Page Items to Submit
- and then on the List Value Definition you use something like:

Get radio button list order

I am making an online exam project and I am currently able to show choices for each question in random order. I want to control all currently open exam sessions so that each student gets a different order of choices during the time of the exam -- to avoid cheating.
I am thinking the best way is to retrieve choices radio button list items in order and insert them into a table by session and compare order for each new session asking for the same question.
Is this the best practice?
How do I get each item from the list and its order to be able to insert it into a table?

Ok so you would have at least one permutation table per number of radio buttons.
You would need to randomize the order in the table like assign dbms_random.random() to
a column say TMPSEQ and then order by TMPSEQ and assign rownum to some field (to get a nice simple key for the records) So then you need a package in plsql that retains
what was the last key (permuation) that was used. When it hits the max it would reset to 1.
I think you might actually have to create a different table for each question even if two questions
had the same number of choices because it would be possible
under unfortunate circumstances for the counter to be reset precisely at the beginning of another person's
test. which would totally wreck the effect you were going for :-) Now, I have tried this function:

As I have choices from 1 to 4 I got 24 rows. Is there a way to separate those values? I want to bind each choice with a number from 1 to 4 and change their order based on the permutation I selected from the table. I think I need a function that returns character at certain position e.g. chatAt(str,i) so it would be like:

That would be my first choice in any permutation.
Is it best to create one SEQ for each question so each session just gets the next value of that question? How do I create SEQ's from PL SQL?
I also need to lock my SEQ to avoid access from multiple sessions at the same time if I wanted to save that SEQ for future use of displaying choices that were available like they were originally shown. Finally I need to return the list of choices in order to my radio LOV which I still don't know how to do! Probably a join between question table and my ordered choices on equal chid?

for free of charge item
Sales document type - XYZ (your sales doc type)

Matrix of Radio buttons on Datagrid please help!

    Anyone help me walk through this, I have a Datagrid object which uses radio button as item renderer.
To be more specific this is a matrix of radio buttons on datagrid. The datagid columns are dynamically generated depending on the number of items i have in my database record, (e.g could be 10, 20, and so on...). The rendering of items goes well. Now my question would be how am I able to group the radio button in my datagrid "per column or per row"? since it appears to me that groupName is not working if applied on the item renderer. I also set the a radio button group on the item renderer parent document but it sets all the button to only one group.
Any hints, and ideas how am I able to accomplish this? Please help this novice trying to wrap himself in flex.

Use the when-radio-changed trigger. There is a RADIO BUTTON VALUE property per radio item. You can place in the trigger...

Enable/disable/defaulting the radio button in tabular Form

I have one radio button column in my tabular form with 3 values for it.

<li>EC
I need to enable/disable the radio buttons according to the position of the user.
If the position of the user is CEO means,
then FC radio button has to be checked defaultly and also for him he needs to have BC and EC radio buttons to be enabled.
If the position of the user is between(1-4) grades means,
then FC radio button has to be disabled, but BC radio button has to be checked defaultly and also for him he needs to have EC radio buttons to be enabled.
If the position of the user is between(4-6) grades means,
then FC, BC radio button has to be disabled, but EC radio button has to be checked defaultly.
How i can achieve this radio button enabling/disabling and defaulting it dynamically according to the user.
Where i need to specify this kind of restriction inorder to work for me in my application.

How to disable a lead selected item in a radio button group ?

I have a radio button group and there are entries to create radio buttons dynamically. means there is only one radio button group in the UI design and in runtime I will be having two radio buttons (For ex: Yes and No ) . Now If I want to disable either Yes or No radio button, I am unable to do so. because If I disable the radio button group it disables both. So, I can have lead selected item for ex: Yes which I want to disable. I want to know specifically how this Yes button to be disabled by taking lead selected index item.

I have noticed the following:
when I change column C011 (price) the following values are set in the dynamic action:
P110_ID = f11_1
P110_VALUE = whatever I change the price to.
when I change the column C024 (hms_flag), the following values are set:
P110_ID = f03_0001
P110_VALUE = whatever I change hms_flag to.
the region is refreshed in my dynamic action, and the change for hms_flag does not hold. I have tested the SQL query that generates the value for v_SEQ in the dynamic action.   In both a change to price and HMS_FLAG it appears valid

solved. sort of.
field c024 references f03.
the Dynamic ACtion, step 4 calculates v_member by taking a substring of P110_ID...and in all other fields, the column and the field (fxx) are the same value....except for c024.
I am not certain exactly how to resolve, but see the problem.
