Enhancement to QM02/QM11

Hi experts,
While displaying the 'Document flow' with Transaction QM02 by giving
'Notification no.', and menu path 'extras -> document notifications->document flow
->list', it displays only 2/3 documents. But my user wants me to display all the
documents that comes in the document flow like
- Purchase Order
- QM Notif.
- Stock transfer or Scrapping
- Return Purchase Order
- Delivery
- Goods issue
- Goods receipt
- Invoice
Where can write the code for it? What is the exit/ How to handle this ?
Please help me in solving this issue?

Hi All,
i have the requirement to enhance the transaction qm11( Report : RQMELL10) to add the custom fields on the report selection screen and in the report output.
i tried to add the fields on selection screen by copy the standard program RQMELL10 to custom one. and tried to add the fields above to the coding tab but i am not able to display the text for those fields of select-options. can any one help me is it the right way to copy the standard program to custom program and adding the custom fields and how to get the text element for the custom fields which we are going to add it. i tried to add the text element in program text elements but it is not appering on the report.
please requeting the help asap if it is possible.

User exit, badi or enhancement to validate data before saving for qm02

Hi,
Currently, I have a requirement to validate the data of a notification before saving data in Tcode qm02.
I have found an user exit to check data for tcode qm02. It works for task tab, I mean I can get the data under task tab of qm02 and do the validation. However, for the tab processing: I want to validate the partner name before saving but I can not get the list of partners which is in Processing tab.
Please let me know if you could show me the user exit, enhancement, or Badi so that I can validate the data under processing tab in qm02.

Enhancement for QM01 and Qm02

Hi experts,
I have req like validation on planned finish date ...when i press enter it should validate with Request end date..
is there any exit which will trigger when i press enter on Planned start date..

How to add a new field to an newly created tab in QM02?

HI ,
I had created a new tab in QM02 using spro. Now I want to add afield (Product hierarchy) to the tab. I have used screen area 090 for it.
And have also created a screen (777) in function module XQQM.
Can anybody pls elaborate how to add the field? Also how will the value be fetched (for the field) from the table MARA?

Screen exits/BADIs available for Tcode-QM02/QM03

Hi Everyone,
                   I have to modify a screen for Tcode-QM02( 'Checklist' tab) and add a drop down field to it.I have not worked on screen exits/BADIs prior to this please let me know how to proceed with this.
      Alsoplease tell me how can I manually go and check out whether a exit or BADI is available for this transaction?

Txn: QM02: ABAP Debugging: Found 'swc_set_element'

Hi all,
My Client has asked to enhance the Transaction QM02 by adding some Notification Information in the Action Box especially Editable window that comes after clicking Send Standard Email .
In this Editable Window, we are able to enter some details that are to be sent to the recipent.
But my requirement is to put some details about the Notification in this Screen Automatically!!! (ie when SAP brings this Editable Window, it should contain some information about the Notification.)
So When I looked in the DEBUGGing, I found a FM (QM06_FM_TASK_SEND_PAPER_ATTACH) that handles the Email manangement.
After having a deep look, I found some statements such as
 SWC_SET_ELEMENT
 SWC_SET_TABLE .....
I am really not sure about these statement.
Question:
1. Could anybody help me out in exploring the details about these statements ???
2. What should I do to bring some predefined information in this Editable Screen automatically ??

I am not able to check this Xn at the moment but my guess is that inside the FM , it will be using method Create of Business Object 'MESSAGE'.( Check the FM and also see the object type 'MESSAGE' using Xn SWO1 )
swc_set_element is to pass the single line parameters..like a variable ..to the method.
This stmt sets the parameter in container.
Like parameter - type of the message should be 'RAW'.
while the swc_set_table_....is used for setting multi-line parameters ( like itab - may be in this case the content of the message will be an ITAB).
you can copy the FM to a Z FM and then try this to call somehow ...may be within a user exit..
However, I am not sure if you would be able to display the text in mail-editor automatically.
But yes, you can probably set the whole /part of the message automatically ( without being able to show it to the user ).
You can check an example code on creating a message using MESSAGE.Create method in my weblog:

I am implementing the Enhancement for Quality notification using screen exit:QQMA0001 for the transaction code :QM01,QM02,QM03.
when i was creating the subscreen in function group:XQQM and after saving that subscreen(for example 100) , it is automatically stored in local object, that mean local package or development class. it is not transporable.
my requirement is , i want to transport that Project. how to do that.

yes of course , I have created already customer enhancement in CMOD.but my requirement is ,
when i save that subscreen after creation of subscreen, it is not ask Package or development class.but it is taking local object(local package) automatically . what is reason, i donot know .

I used this QQMA0024 exit but its not going inside the function module EXIT_SAPLIQS0_016

I have worked for this enhancement on QM01/QM02 for once of the screen exit. In this only specific includes gets triggered.
Some of the includes which i have worked are as follows:
The main SAP std pgm is SAPLXQQM.
a) ZXQQMI04 - Available under the Main include - ZXQQMZZZ
b) ZXQQMO07 - Available under the Main include - ZXQQMZZZ
c) ZXQQMU03 - Called inside the FM: EXIT_SAPMIWO0_004
d) ZXQQMU07 - Called inside the FM: EXIT_SAPMIWO0_008
e) ZXQQMU20 - Called inside the FM: EXIT_SAPMIWO0_020
f) ZXQQMU29 - Called inside the FM: EXIT_SAPLIQS0_010.
All these includes will get triggered whenever processing comes into QM01/QM02/QM03. You can also explore the other includes coming under this SAPLXQQM.

QM-Module .QM02 transaction

Hi,
In QM module for QM02 transaction i had to find a exit or badi
when i click on save button.
I got both Userexit and Badi but i have one issue.
For ex :
In QM02 transaction i enter a notification number which has no
deletion flag Set.User goes in QM02 menu and set the deletion flag at runtime .
How to find the change in status of notification in userexit and badi.

Hi,
First check out the deletion flag field in database table. It would be there in header table. Then check out all the enhancement where exactly you are getting that field. Based on that you can write your logic.

Error in BAPI used for QM02

Dear All ,
             I need to upload the Changes in QM02 , as per Sales Order Changes For that I am using Enhancement spot in VA02 and uploaded QM02 data using BAPI's :
1. BAPI_SERVNOT_ADD_DATA        - To add new line item
2. BAPI_SERVNOT_DEL_DATA         - To delete a Line item
3. BAPI_SERVNOT_MODIFY_DATA - To Modify the Data
But for all the three Bapi's I am getting One common Error Ie... ' Notification type Q1 not defined ' . Here I am modifying the Notification Numbers in QM02 that is of Type "Q1" Only . But even then I am getting this error. Can some one guide me to solve this Error . Or any other alternative solution for my Requirement .

Enhancement to a cube

I am working on BI 7 and as per a requirement i had to add 2 fields i.e calmonth(0CALMONTH) & a key figure namely document number (0CRM_NUMDOC) to a cube, now in tranformation calmonth is being mapped to a field in the DSO name of the field being, date field(0CRM_CRD_AT) and the key figure is being mapped with field of the same name in the DSO.After adding the fields to the cube and performing the full load i do not see the result for all records of the 2 fields that were loaded in the cube.kindly suggest..points will be hansomely awarded

As u said the fields to be added to the cude, in this case the DS is already having this fileds and not mapped at the intal satage of mapping....????
Can you check in RSA3 whether these fields that you have added does contain the Data for this perticluar Datasource.
If you have enhanced the data source then u have to chek at the source system level itself.
Since you are using BI.7 the DTP method then there is only 1 place that you map is in Tranformations.
In this place it is direct map and 0CALMONTH if you map to any data field it will take the conversion automatically.
Same way the Key field also if it is a direct field then it has to come.
