Entourage content ERASED ! -HELP

Hi
this morning upon turning on my computer I realized that the content in my Entourage was erased- instead prompting my to go through the 'welcome to entourage' screens-- UGH
My address book ( 270 people ) and all of my messages
help- is there any way to fix this ?
The only thing that was started was File Maker Pro - any chance this screwed things up

First, check in User/Document/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities, and ensure that your database is there. If it is not, then you have somehow moved or deleted it. Do a search and see if you can locate it, and put it back where it belongs.

I recently had a serious computer crash, and needed to get all contents erased. The support provider didn't have my product key, so could not reinstall Acrobat Pro for me. Since then, I have gotten the product key sent to me from my former employer, [ REMOVED ] So I need help in re-downloading, installing and activating the Acrobat Pro software on this computer.

Please remove the S/N immediately (I can't or would). Never post them online. As for download you can go to http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html on the right panel to get 9 pro. I am not sure there is a MAC version there, but that is the first place to go. If it is the proper version, then please back it up to CD and/or portable HD, not the system HD.

Try doing a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

I am pretty new to RoboHelp my company wants content
sensitive help in their website and they have a version of RoboHelp

I need to transfer content from my ipod touch to a NEW itunes account without deleting the content! help me please!!

A friend and I shared an itunes account, as we both had ipod touches. I no longer have access to that account. I have created an account of my own but I need help tranferring the content that is on my ipod touch to my new itunes. I am scared to update my ipod or syncing it because it might delete my content. I have spent A LOT of money on apps and music from itunes, and i need help! PLEASE!!

The photos are on the ipod. Photo sync will erase them. I need a way to extract them from the ipod, or to.extract them from the ipod backup that is who knows where on my PC.
I've been searching for an app to do that with no luck. They all seem to want a newer OS than is on my ipod yet I have the most recent update installed.

Songs still listed, but content erased?

I had about 500 songs on my 4GB nano. I just downloaded 3 lectures(4.5 hours). Now nothing will play except the lectures and the last 2 CD's I downloaded previously. All the songs are still listed, but won't play. Could the content have been erased without warning to make room for the lectures?(I was a little surprised they all downloaded.) It says I have 3.5GB still available. Please help!

The best thing to do now would be to restore your iPod using the iPod Updater....
Restore your iPod
If that didn't work, then try formatting your iPod through "My Computer":
Connect your iPod.
Open "My Computer".
Right-click ony our iPod, and click on "format".
Start the formatting process in "FAT32", and don't let "quick format" be check-marked.
After this formatting is finally complete, make sure to perform a restore again, since it is necessary to complete this task. Restoring won't take so long; only up to 5 minutes.

IPod not recognized after content erase

I had iOS 3.13 (I say had because now I don't have one) on a 2ndGen iTouch and wanted to update so I tried to sync with my computer beforehand. Problem was that it was not being recognized. I tried many troubleshoot solutions but none had worked. I thought that the iPod was causing this so I went and used Erase All Content and Settings. After it was completed I tried to restore it hoping it would somehow be recognized this time. It still wasnt recognized by the computer (I'm running windows 7) and now I have a Spinning Wheel Of Death and all that occurs is an Apple start up logo and a frozen wheel. I tried going into DFU mode and seeing if that would help it become noticed but so far I am having no luck. Can anyone enlighten me by suggesting something else?

I have an 80GB Classic too, and it won't sync. It is recognized by iTunes - and it goes through the 'synching' process, But then it just stops and says "eject before disconnecting" but nothing has transferred.
I have an old 1st gen 2GB Nano which still syncs fine.
Also, I noticed iTunes crashed the first time I attached an iPod after the update. I reopened it, but have not been able to sync the 80GB Classic since then. Is this some kind of common occurrence? Can anything be done or do we have to wait for the next update?

Well Christian,
There is one thing, eithere you can use fieldSeparator or fieldFixedLengths you can not use both together. So in your case do not use fieldSeparator.
The complete FCC is almost same as given in the blog in my previous reply. See the final output in that blog and create your data type accordingly. e.g.

Download error (8003) can not download all purchased content - Please help?

I have tried everything short of deleting my apple tv and starting again (already done the soft resets).
My recently purchased products only downloaded in part... spent $300 on content much of which I can not watch = very annoying.
Laptop is nearly full, so downloading to that and syncing is not really an option... just want thew apple tv to do what is advertised.

try this, I could not find anything specific about that error code:
Solution
Deleting the cached video files of the download, and starting the download again from the beginning, often will resolve this issue.
To find the cached video downloads:
1. Navigate to the downloads folder on your system. This folder can be found in the following locations:
Mac:
~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Downloads
Note: The tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
Windows Vista:
\Users\username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Downloads\
Windows XP and 2000:
\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Downloads\
2. Locate the folder that contains the cached video file for this purchase.
In Windows Vista, the folder will be named for the purchased video, and the name will end with .tmp.
Example: The Dundies.tmp
In Windows XP and Windows 2000, the folder will be named for the purchased video, and the name will end with .m4v.tmp.
Example: The Dundies.m4v.tmp
3. Move the .tmp folder for the affected purchased video to the Trash or Recycle Bin.

UI: Popup content (input helps, ...) not shown

We're running the CRM 2007 web UI. We've got problems with the content of popups. The behaviour is different on several hosts calling the UI internally (intranet) and using the same browser (IE6).
Here's a description on how we're able to reproduce the problem:
1. Open CRM UI url
2. Open any search view that contains a field with input help (e.g. business partner ID)
3. Call the input help of this field

4. A server cookie is stored in table SSCOOKIE for the given session ID
5. In BSP application BSP_WD_BASE, page "popup_buffered_frame.htm", the server cookie is selected. For any reason, on some hosts the session ID that is given and used for the selection of the server-side cookie is not the same as the one used for storing the cookie. Thus, the cookie cannot be read and the popup remains empty.
Until yet we've found no differences in the configuration of the hosts / browser.
I searched for SAP notes dealing with such an issue, however, didn't find any hits. We tested with IE6.

How to save the web page content? help!

i'm doing 'saveAs' button in order to save all the web content. I'm using ole automation. Can help me to check how to modify my code in order to run 'saveAs' function'? Problem with changing flash content - Need help

I need help in changing the flash content. Here is my proble,
1) I bought a flash template (I will call this Original) from a website and paid some money to customize my menu,logo and background color.
2) After they finished it they sent me several files. Like 1) index.html, .swf, psd, .fla. In all the files .html,.swf (the video) and .psd I am seeing my customize changes (logo,menu and background color). But the .fla file they sent me is still shows everything from original template. It doesn't have my logo, menu or background color.
3) I asked their technical support and they walk me through. a) Open the .fla file in flash pro. b) Change the content c) Hit Ctrl+Enter and it will export the new .swf file to the flash folder. d) Make sure I delete the video from flash folder and replace the name with the one I created.
I did all these steps. But the problem is the .SWF that i generated is showing everything from the orignal template. It did change the content but I don't see any of my customize request. (Menu, logo or color)
4) Then I open the index.html and I DID NOT see any of the changes in the content.
My feeling is they did not provide me the correct .FLA file. I really need your help.
My confusion is a) Have they provide me the correct .FLA file or I am doing something wrong. b) When I generated the new .swf video and renamed it properly why it didn't reflect in the index.html file.
I am really going back and forth with them since last 15 days and its not going anywhere. I really appreciate any help.

Unfortunately, if you have not enough knowledge about using Flash, and do not want to pay to have this done for you, the folks who did this for you are likely going to be the only ones who can help you resolve it. They should be able to provide the edited fla and the new swf if they are in any way a credible/reliable business.... which at this point sounds like they are not.
