Entourage not showing 'sent items' from the past week.

Hi all,
I've been using Google Apps Mail to host my domains' email accounts, and Entourage on my Mac to access them in the office, for a year or two with no problems.
(other than trialling the disastrous MobileMe, but that's another story)
My sent emails stopped appearing in my Sent Items folder a week ago - but I didn't change anything. Using the web client I can see emails in there that I've sent today, but in Entourage, the most recent is seven days ago.
Just to reiterate: the emails ARE stored in the Sent Items folder, but Entourage is not picking any new ones up.
Any ideas?

It sounds like your manager has delegated you right to only his inbox folder.  If you need full access, there is a setting on his mailbox to provide full access to his mailbox which would allow you to see the full folder structure.
This is essentially Exchange 2013 running in office 365 so I will do my best to explain what to do without having access to O365.
Navigate to the Exchange Admin Center, find Recipients and your manager's name. Click Edit (pencil icon) on your manager's name and click the "mailbox delegation" menu on the left side of the window. Scroll down to the very bottom where it says Full Access
and add your name there.
Within 15 minutes, and probably closing and re-opening Outlook client, your manager's mailbox should appear as a second mailbox in your outlook profile automatically.

    I too recently bought the Extreme to replace an old Linksys G and discoverd that the range of the new Extreme was surprising less than the Linksys.
    Nothing had changed otherwise; both routers were installed in the same place (on floor, under a cabinet in the middle of my house).
    I returned the Airport Extreme to Amazon and bought another (the latest version), and the same problem exists, i.e., I can't get a signal at the corners of my small home with the Airport, where I once could with the Linksys.
    I'm puzzled, but think that difference must be that the Linksys has 2 large external antennas and the Extreme's antennas are mounted internally.
    I've also noticed that Apple sells a wall mount for the Airport Extreme and am assuming this is to get the Airport up and out into the open in order to improve its 'send and receive' characteristics, no?
    If your Extreme is hidden in a cabinet or under some piece of furniture, I suggest you move it into the open and see if this helps extend its range.

    You can download your iTune purchases by going to the iTunes Store > Purchased.
    You have to be signed in with the Aple ID the purchased were made with and the computer needs to be authorized for that account.

  • ICloud not showing sent mail from my iMac

    Hi all, if I go to iCloud mail and send an email the recipient receives it. However it doesn't show up in my iCloud sent mail. There is sent mail present but that looks to be just emails sent from my BB or iPad. While researching this issue I found this : https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3390316 So I went to Mail and yes that "store sent mail on server" was not checked. I then checked it as implied in the above link, but the sent emails still do not show up. Could anyone advise please? TIA, Terry.

    I am currently running Mail.app on ML.
    My Mail.app and iCloud webmail settings were already congruent with those recommended regarding saving a copy of the Sent emails [Store sent mail upon the iCloud server].
    Despite this being the case, I have found that Sent messages were not been getting saved reliably in Mail.app or upon the iCloud webmail interface.
    Some did get saved though - rather odd.
    I don't want to call my reported email problem as fixed but it seems hardly coincidental to me that once I had chosen to unflag Store deleted messages [Trash section] upon the iCloud mail server that such messages as were sent form my two iCloud addresses messages began to be saved reliably.
    Surely this is indicative of some underlying misconfiguration with the iCloud server itself as Trash messages clearly aren't Sent messages and yet messages only began to be reliably saved once I had chosen to unflag Store deleted messages. As previously stated, I already had my mailbox behaviours set to Store Sent messages upon the iCloud server, but this proved to be of no avail until I chose to unflag Store deleted messages.

  • Incomplete Data on report (report does not show all records from the table)

    Hello,
    I have problem with CR XI, I'm running the same report on the same data with simple select all records from the table (no sorting, no grouping, no filters)
    Sometimes report shows me all records sometimes not. Mostly not all records on the report. When report incomplete sometimes it shows different number of records.
    I'm using CR XI runtime on Windows Server 2003

    Sorry Alexander. I missed the last line where you clearly say it is runtime.
    A few more questions:
    - Which CR SDK are you using? The Report Designer Component or the CR assemblies for .NET?
    - What is the exact version of CR you are using (from help | about)
    - What CR Service Pack are you on?
    And a troubleshooting suggestion:
    Since this works on some machines, it will be a good idea to compare all the runtime (both CR and non CR) being loaded on a working and non working machines.

    Were these pictures from the camera roll or from photo stream.
    When you restore from back up, the process will restore the OS and some initial data, it will then restart and allow you to use your device while the remaining data is downloaded and restored in the background. have you allowed enough time for this to complete.
    Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
    The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.

  • Mail enabled list not picking up items from the drop folder.

    I'm sorry if this has already been addressed but my searches didn't turn up anything that helped.
    Our site has some mail enabled lists, that used to work and now do not.  Here is a list of things I've verified and done.
    1.  Verified that email reaches the drop folder.
    2.  Verified that the list accepts messages from any sender.
    3.  Verified that the incoming email address is the same as the sender.
    4.  In Central Admin verified the settings mode is set to advanced, that the SMTP mail server for incoming mail is correct, and that the e-mail drop folder is correct.
    5.  Restarted the Sharepoint 2010 Timer Service.
    6.  Restarted the IIS server that hosts the virtual SMTP Server, and restarted the IIS server hosts sharepoint.
    7.  Verified that the service account has permission to the drop folder. 
    8.  Looked through event log and found nothing.
    9.  Verified Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Incoming E-Mail is running.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
    Update: Looking through Event Viewer an error along this line appears.

  • Why is Spotlight not showing me results from the entire disk?

    Spotligt in Tiger showed every single file that contained the name searched for. In Leopard I cannot comprehend what and where it searches.
    I had to find certain Compressor files because the app crashed all the time. It was almost impossible to find them because Spotlight didn't just show them to me, and I had to search for them manually with the paths given to me in at troubleshooting document from Apple.
    Is it a bug or has Spotlight in Leopard changed the way it searches, and I just don't get it?

    I had the same problem on my iMac.
    What I did was download MacPilot, use the option to reset Spotlight.
    At first it seemed not to work, but MacOS is a bit slow picking up the change.
    Then de machine was indexing for about 3 hours (it indexed for 10mins or so after my upgrade!) and now it seems fine.

    Since upgrading to Yosemite 10.10.1, sent messages do not appear in my sent box. In order to have a record of my sent messages I have been blind-copying them to myself; very cumbersome. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried selecting the Sent mailbox and rebuilding it via the Mailbox ➙ Rebuild menu option?

  • Mail does not show all mails from the same sender

    Hello,
    I have a problem with Mail - maybe an undiscovered bug? I play lotto on the free online platform www.freelotto.com. Each day freelotto sends me 6 mail receipts for any individual lotto game I took part of. The sender is always the same in each of these mails.
    When I receive these mails on my iphone I got all the six mails I expected. The same on my ipad. But in Mail on my Mac (same settings) I got just four. Two mails are always missing!!! I have no idea why. The are not in the SPAM or any other folder (also not in the recycle bin). They are just missing at all. I also checked my mail provider but those two mails are not longer on the mail server. So Mail must have received them - but does not list them.
    What can I do?

  • I've got 2 email addresses but sent items from the 2nd one arrive at the recipient from the 1st address.

    Both SMTP servers are loaded but both seem to use default when sending mail.

  • Sent Items not in Sent Items box

    Sometimes when I send mail, the mail doesn't appear in the sent items box. So when I check a few days later for details of a mail, it's not there.
    However, sometimes when I launch mail, the sent items from the last few days all appear in the box at once!
    Could this be related to the fact that my HDD is pretty full??

    I have created two custom lists in top level site, For accomplishing my task, I have used DataView to show all items from the two lists order by modify. Of course, this DataView webpart showing data but which is not in proper way.
