Equipment and component bom ?

Question

Hi all,
A. Pump (Equipment) BOM
1. Rotating Assembly
2. Pump Housing
3. Mechanical Seal....etc
B. Many companies keep complete rotating assemblies
   which includes the following readily available to handle breakdowns:-
1. Shaft
2. Shaft Sleeve
3. Bearings
4. Impeller
5. Coupling
6. Keys (installed on key-ways)
C. So we create Rotating Assembly as a material,pump housing and
mechanical seal as separate materials.
Now parts under Rotating Assembly are also made as materials.
D. We create Material BOM, which is made for rotating assembly and
which will in turn have the above mentioned materials with required
quantities.
Now we create Equipment BOM, which is made  for the pump and which
in turn with have the 3 materials.
and if that pump and motor is like
A. Feed bittern pump-P1-A (equipment) BOM
1. Pump.---------------Material code(123456)
2. Motor----------------Material code(345621)
Now material bom
Pump--
1. BALL BEARING 3314---------------Material code
2. OIL SEAL 85 X 62 X 10-------------Material code
3. SLEEVE FOR pump and etc-----Material code
Motor--
1. TERMINAL PLATE FOR 132KW MOTOR-------------------Material code
2. COOLING FAN COVER FOR 132KW MOTOR------------Material code
Now 20 pump (Equipment) Feed bittern pump-P1-A have same t-code------(123456)
Now 20 motor (equipment) Feed bittern motor-P1-A  have same t-code---(345621)
Now in our case  Feed bittern pump-P1-A (mechanical) have same like above (in section A) Feed bittern pump-P1-A
but we have create two material for that  we are using now only mechanical equipment.

------------motor component
i know you understand my scenario. OK
Now i want to ask when pump component is going for repair and we replace it by new one mean when our component
is going to replace and repair first of all create order and  in component tab (123456) this code is going to replace by 262
and post. That  Feed bittern pump-P1-A has only one component now from this process i can't understand because when i create
a order and did same and pump cost has 10000 appear but when i add / reserve new component the cost tab is going to ZERO.
nil amount will appear, that repairable pump will repair and goes to store after repair is their any cost difference or we have to change my configration

Note *----In mechanical equipment both Motor and pump component are attached.
so that's why i am confused how can solve. (in mechanical equipment Electric
and mech component are joined there is nothing electric equipment).
In first case Pump or motor is is going to maintenance then we saw motor is finish or over then we create a scrap of this material and sell it into scrap.
In 2nd case our pump Or motor 200213/200256 for repair and we know our
plant is in running and we assembled new pump Or motor 200213/200256.
now our pump Or motor 200213/200256 are repaired now that repair one
go to store now the big question is this when change or replace of component but code
above all component of equip. same how can we change or replace (in first case so simple just create a scrap, In 2nd step i am confused).
because same component code is same and also the price. soo tell me sir how can.
