Erro no SCAN

Boa noite a todos,
Estou efetuando testes do SCAN em nosso ambiente e temos o seguinte cenário de erro: tiramos a url da Sefaz do ar e ativamos o SCAN, faturamos o documento e, no monitor J1BNFE o documento fica no status de aguardando o retorno da SEFAZ, traz o formulário NF55 e consequentemente a sequencia de numeração é da NF55. Verifiquei na tabela J_1bnfe_active, que o tipo de emissão gravada nos documentos é, indevidamente, '1' - normal. Estamos trabalhando na versão 4.7C, com mensageria GRC, e com decouple; as customizações para formulário, intervalo de numeração, ativação de SCAN automáticos e SCAN na categoria da DANFE, estão ok. Alguem já passou por essa situação??? É caso de aplicação de alguma Nota???

Problema resolvido!!! Com o Debug feito no ECC foi verificado que, ao aplicar a nota 1484983, na função J_1B_NFE_CHECK_ACTIVE_SERVER, faltou o código:
ls_regio-regio = ls_branch_info-regio.                   "1484983
Convert XML version to GRC format                        "1484983
IF ls_cust3-version >= 2.                                "1484983
   ls_regio-version = '006'.                               "1484983
ENDIF.                                                   "1484983
APPEND ls_regio TO lt_regio.
Após esse ajuste o processo funcionou corretamente.

Bom dia,
Desde 14/08/2011 às 08:05:56 o nosso tipo de emissão SCAN não está retornando STATUS de ativo, e também não é realizada a consulta do status do mesmo.
Dei uma olhada no GRC/PI/Java/ECC... e aparentemente está tudo ok
Quando o SCAN parou pela primeira vez, deu o seguinte erro:
PARSE_APPLICATION_DATA Error during XML => ABAP conversion: Response Message; CX_ST_MATCH_ELEMENT in /1SAI/TXS2731B33DE5F5A8813C20 Line 268 Elem.'nfeStatusServicoNFResponse2' esperado
Pesquisando sobre o erro, achamos 2 trheads:

Elas sugerem a aplicação das notas abaixo:
1501345 - Xi runtime: Manifest

Inclusive um dos usuários comenta que após aplicada a 1522630 o problema foi resolvido... (Mas não sei se isso irá funcionar)
Outro check que realizei foi do erro retornado no status do serviço do SCAN agora, e o GRC retorna o seguinte erro:
MAPPING.JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE "COMMUNICATION FAILURE" during JCo call. Error when opening an RFC connection
Pesquisando sobre o erro, encontrei algumas sugestões:
1) Alguns sugerem a exclusão da conexão RFC AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER para TCP/IP (SM59) no GRC e criar novamente... mas não sei se isso iria funcionar...
2) Em outras pesquisas, alguns falam que a Conexão entre ABAP e JAVA foi quebrada... isso é a razão para o erro JCO_COMMUNICATION... e a sugestão é reiniciar o Java...
3) Em outra pesquisa: Quando há muitas mensagens a serem processadas simultaneamente. O número padrão de processos paralelos em VisualAdmin -> JCO Provider RFC -> AI_RUNTIME_) e ver se isso ajuda.
Obs.: À alguns dias, tivemos um problema que ocorreu com a SEFAZ-GO, a mesma colocou nossa faixa de IP's em uma Blacklist (ainda não sabemos porque) e daí ela nos retornava que estava "fora do ar". Será que poderia ser isso? Como posso checar isso?
O nosso S.P. é o:
SLL-NFE 100 0018 SAPK-10018INSLLNFE xNFE 1.0
Alguém poderia nos auxiliar? Pois isso não gera impacto em nossos processos desde que a SEFAZ (GO/PR/SP/MT) não fique inativa, pois caso isso ocorra o nosso processo de emissão de NF-e em SCAN não irá funcionar e a emissão de NF-e irá parar.
Qualquer dúvida estou à disposição.

NFe com erro de assinatura - caracteres especiais

Bom dia,
Algumas notas estão paradas com erro de assinatura por caracteres especiais nas descrições dos materiais.
Fizemos a correção dos mesmos porém o GRC não recebe a atualização feita.
A função J_1B_NFE_MS_REQUESTS_DATA também foi executada e mesmo assim não houve atualização.
Há alguma outra função que pode ser executada para que o GRC receba a atualização do SAP?

Os ambientes estão nas versões:
- SAP ECC 6.00
- SAP PI 7.0 SP22
- SLL-NFe SP16
A NFe não foi emitida pelo SCAN, ou seja, tpEmis=1.
Depois que restarta, ele reenvia a NFe para assinatura novamente, como tem que fazer, mas retorna com erro de assinatura novamente, sem as alterações efetuadas nas descrições dos materiais, removendo os caracteres especiais.

Erro no envio de Lote com NF-e em Contingência (FS) para o Paraná

Experts, bom dia.
Devido à entrada em contingência em modo SCAN na data de ontem pelo Estado do Paraná, emitimos algumas NF-e's em Contingência, porém optamos por não emitir em SCAN, mas sim em Formulário de Segurança (FS).
Com isso, as notas que foram emitidas no momento da "queda" do SEFAZ PR ficaram "travadas" com engrenagem na J1BNFE. Comutamos estas Notas para poder emitir novas notas em Contingência. Assim que o SEFAZ PR voltou, resolvemos tirar a Contingência no ECC e enviar as NF-e's emitidas em FS.
Estas Notas (FS) foram enviadas corretamente ao GRC, que montou um Lote e tentou enviar ao SEFAZ PR pelo cenário BATCH. Porém ocorreu erro neste Lote (36-Erro de Sistema PI). Verifiquei na MONI e somente ocorre erro no Acknowledgement do BATCH:

Já tentei reenviar este Lote de FS diversas vezes e volta a ocorrer erro de ACK. As Notas emitidas em modo NORMAL para o PR estão sendo aprovadas normalmente.
Alguém já passou por esta situação? Ou tem idéia do que pode estar ocorrendo?

Servidores SEFAZ e SCAN ativos simultaneamente

Na thread Contingencia SCAN automatizado? o Henrique mencionou que:
1) Pra cada nota que ele vai numerar, o ERP "pergunta" ao GRC qual sistema está ativo no momento, e baseado nesta informação ele escolhe qual form utilizar para numerar.
2) Se ambos estao fora, a nota nao é numerada, fica parada no monitor, e daí vc pode optar por ativar a contingencia em formulario de seguranca ("central contingency", aquelas views que tem no menu da J1BNFE), e fazer o switch dessa pra contingencia.

Eu entendí que no casos dos dois servidores estarem inativos, podemos optar pela contingência no formulário, mas reparei que o ECC também valida os casos em que os servidores SCAN e SEFAZ estão ativos simultaneamente, não numerando a Notas nestes casos também.
Caso isso ocorra, que ação o usuário deveria tomar? Ou trata-se de algum erro de configuração?

no codigo atual da RFC /XNFE/RFC_SRVSTA_READ, é impossível vc ter uma resposta ativa pros 2, devido ao seguinte trecho:
* If SCAN and SEFAZ is active SEFAZ has priotity so only
* sefazactive = X is sent to ERP. Scanactive is set to blank.

I am getting erro Server error 403 on the photosmart 5520. I tried a couple of fixed I saw on previous forum but didn't work. I tried to reset Print scan app on the printer but it's not there

What version of OS X? How is the printer connected? If via network, what router? Have you restarted the router by pulling its power plug momentarily?

The author of the page uses the h2n tool to generate the DNS configuration files. The examples listed are not examples of the actual DNS configuration files like named.conf, etc., but samples of the configuration files to use with the h2n tool. Perhaps the instructions will work if followed more precisely.

Caracteres n erros na coversão para word

bom dia. alguém poderia me ajudar. converto o arquivo em word e ele salva mas contém vários caracteres não adiantando muito a conversão. quando assinei o produto a primeira conversão foi perfeita. Agora vem cheio de erros e caracteres. O que fazer?

It sounds like you may be experiencing some font substitution with that particular file. Do you know how that PDF was created?
You can determine whether the issue is font-related by disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community. (Note, however, if the PDF was created from a scanned document, and doesn't contain selectable text, the test in the converted file won't be selectable either. OCR is the process that converts image text to selectable text).

Teste SCAN

Olá, bom dia a todos!
Andei pesquisando e vi alguns posts referente o teste do SCAN, cheguei a fazer o que foi comentado como forçar o erro do endereço do SEFAZ, mas mesmo assim minhas NFe continuaram a ir para o SEFAZ normal e também a serem aprovadas.
Alguém sabe o que fazer? Onde deve ser ajustado no SAP para ativar o SCAN após estar configurado, deve-se fazer algum ajuste no monitor?

Danilo,
tecnicamente, se empresa/local de negócio está marcado como AUTOSERVER = X na J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V, quando ele vai numerar a nota é que ele verifica se o SCAN está ativo ou não, através de uma RFC (/XNFE/RFC_SRVSTA_READ).
Se executando a função acima no GRC ela retorna scanactive=X, o ECC deveria envia-la com serie diferente e com o TPEMIS = 3, saindo pelo SCAN.
Se você efetuar os testes dessa função no GRC e ela retornar o SCANACTIVE = X, emita uma nova nota no ECC e veja se ela sairá pelo SCAN.

HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP M575 - Can't scan from Windows

We recently purchased and installed an HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP M575 to be used as a networked all-in-one solution for a number of offices. I have been able to get it set up on our network and have installed the appropriate drivers on the requested Windows 7 x64 machines, and network printing works perfectly. However, it seems that despite the fancy scanning features available from the all-in-one itself (scan to email, scan to a network folder, etc.), I can't find any way to do an old-fashioned scan from Windows.
I have installed the full software solution available on the driver download page for the device, and while Windows lists the device as a "Multi Function Printer; Scanner" it does not recognize it as an actual scanner. The built-in Windows Fax and Scan simply reports that no scanners are installed. The software installation did not include the HP Solution Center (which I am used to seeing from my experience with various other HP all-in-one devices) or any equivalent for direct scanning. The driver download page for the device does not include any separate scanning drivers, so I can't be certain if they were included with the full installation or exist at all.Some of our staff also use Adobe Acrobat to scan, and even that fails to recognize the MFP as a scanner.
We'll eventually be setting up the device to scan directly to a network folder, but we need a fallback while IT takes their time getting it set up; I can't imagine that the simplest option is not available at all. I must be missing something here, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: To add, I also ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Interestingly, it reports the device as a printer and only offers to "Fix Printing" without any sort of resolution for my scanning problem.

There is no change to this problem after 6 months since the last post. Put simply, and as stated in the previous posts, there is no way to scan a document and receive the image on your PC. If you are working with graphics for any length of time or want to create an image for inclusion as an image in a document or web page using this piece of equipment will not allow you to do so.
Great shame as every other function works well - it cannot be beyond the wit of HP to include a Windows application that enables you to scan an image, receive it in the software you are using at the time (e.g. Outlook, Word, Photoshop...) and use it in your work.
HP Printers several years older than this £1000+ Enterprise printer were able to do this simple job and have done so for a great many years. Just being able to use Microsoft's Fax and Scan would be start.

Erro de conversão taxa de câmbio em BRL

Olá Grupo, bom dia.
Estou em projeto de migração 4.7 para 6.0, prem estou com erro na pricing do calculo do custo do frete (VI01), onde tenho uma condição que está apresentando a seguinte mensagem:
Condição ZTOG (erro de conversão taxa de câmbio em BRL)
Nº mensagem V1208
Diagnóstico
Na conversão da moeda ocorreu um erro.
As seguintes causas são possíveis:
não existe nenhuma conversão de moeda válida
a operação aritmética está errada
Procedimento
Verificar no customizing na etapa 'Definir fatores de conversão para a conversão da moeda' se existe uma taxa de câmbio válida de ZTOG para e complementá-la eventualmente.
Caso o usuário não possa efetuar esta atividade devido à autorização, deve informar a administração do sistema.
Esse erro impede que o calculo do item seja realizado completamente e isso está interferindo na transferencia para contabilidade do valor do custo do frete.
Alguem já passou por esse erro antes?

Consegui identificar o erro.
Na condição ZTOG a mesma estava definida como regra de calculo G - Formula, modifiquei para B - Montante Fixo pois já tem uma formula atribuida a pricing na condição que executa o calculo dos valores.
Efetuamos os teste dos processo e funcionaou corretamente.
Como está sendo migrado da versão 4.7 para 6.0 as configurações foram copiadas, mas após aplicação do pacote SAPKH60506 começou a apresentar o erro que informei.
Quero agradeçer pela resposta sobre minha duvida.

Erro de SYSFAIL e Queda do Ambiente JAVA (PI)

Bom Dia
Estou num projeto de NFe e atualmente esta acontecendo o seguinte cenário de Erros:
    Na SMQ2 , quando apresenta um aumento nas filas de Mensagens , aparece SYSFAIL em determinadas Filas , todas as outras travam , aumenta o numero de Filas.
   Com essa mensagem de SYSFAIL nas filas , o serve0 (Parte JAVA do PI) cai e após isso estou tendo que efetuar manualmente um STOP/START em todos os canais de comunnicação para que os R/3 voltem a emitir NFe.
    Isso esta ocorrendo com mais frequência após inserir uma nova empresa para emissão de NFe.
    Alguem poderia me ajudar a entender por que ocorre o SYSFAIL as mensagens travam e derruba o ambiente JAVA ?

Cannot send email from scanned pages

I am having trouble with the updated HP remote app on Ipad, since the update I can scan the pages in, but then cannot send them via email. This is qute important because i work remotley from the office and rely on getting my design drawings in on a nightly basis

I was looking at youtube.com, which always tells me my browser is not supported and recommends I download Firefox, but that is what I was using, so I went to Firefox to check for updates. (I think I also had freecycle.org open.) Then this message popped up in a new page: Mozilla security found (something like "too much", forget exact word) activity on your computer so it will do a fast scan of system file. There was an OK button. The page address was: http://update17.stegner.ce.ms/index.php?Q7Lhl9ShbRxGJXpkM1VLSi4ZE8H4pTedoVPySgeppM3VpC+thEspcFG7qxHgn1pdsC2h5ygPGWI3t5hXqMzL9EQaZZ3J1e3CKXgCb0Qp. I did not click OK but copied the link and closed the window which closed the internet. I have never seen this before and would like to know if it is really Mozilla or possibly something malicious. Good catch. That almost certainly is an invitation to download malware.
There are a lot of infected web sites pushing "fake antivirus" software. If you have any doubts about whether your system might have become infected, you can supplement your regular security software with these two highly regarded scanners:

Scanned items go to wrong folder

I was scanning old photos and all at once they were sent to a temp folder not in my Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Does anyone know what got changed?

Check your preference settings.
In the Organizer click Edit à Preferences à Scanner
