Error building ReportClass object in Windows 7

Hello.
We have an ASP.NET application with crystal report.
I have installed in my computer Crystal report 2008, version:12.3.2.753, product type :Full. All of the SP are installed too.
The design of the reports has been done with Visual Studio 2008, adding the references to CR 2008 dlls.
The application works in the other systems like Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008. But it fails in Windows 7.
During the construction of the object the thread is fully blocked and at the end a time out happens.

Thank you for your response but we cannot star over with all our reports.
This is our code
We have an asp.net page with the cristalreport viewer. In the page Load event we use the RepotSource property of the cristalreport viewer
crv.ReportSource = New MyReportCT()
where MyReportCT inherits from MyReport class that is the class behind the MyReport.rpt
And in MyReportCT we have a constructor like this
Sub New()
        MyBase.New()
    End Sub
This code is working OK in Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 in 64 and 32 bits but fails in Windows 7.
