ERROR: Cannot create authcontext with null org-Naming query failed code:21

I use OpenSSO Enterprise 8.0 Update 1 Patch1 Build 6.1(2009-June-9 12:56)
I try to evaluate the Apache 2.2 web agent.
It's been installed without errors, and both the OpenSSO and Apache server restarted.
The agent profile's been created. Also, I use the default (OpenDS) configuration repository
for OpenSSO, but an external (DSEE) user data directory.
I think I did all the required steps with regards to both directories, since I don't see any error
in the LDAP logs, each entry seems to be found as expected, the BIND operations are all
successfull.
Also, I use a sub-realm rather than the default top realm, and thus, I've modified the agent configuration
(in the agent profile) so that the login URL is now ... /UI/Login?realm=myrealm
When I try to access the Apache homepage, I get an error 500. The most recent OpenSSO server log file
(...../opensso/debug/Authentication) contains the following message:
ERROR: Cannot create authcontext with null org
The most recent agent log file (....../apache22_agent/Agent_001/logs/debug/amAgent) has the following error:

Looks like you might have a spelling error in your spring config, or are trying to set a read-only property. BdasInterfaceManagerImpl has been configured as having a method called setBdasInterfaceJdbcDao() : does it?
By the way, we now know that you're writing code for JP Morgan - there's a slight risk that this could bite you in the @ss at some point (there are some malicious people around) you might want to take that into consideration next time!

Database Connection Error Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory

I have a newly installed and configured Ubuntu server running Tomcat5.5 and Mysql 5.0. This server was created in an attempt to migrate from a Red Hat server in a similar configuration, running the exact same webapp. Most of the configuration/classpath differences between the two platforms have been ironed out.
The Problem:
When our webapp trys to connect to the database on localhost, an exception 'java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission localhost resolve)' is generated.

Its clearly saying the connect permission is missing with the current available policy.
you add the following permisson entry to the <installed JRE>\lib\security\java.policy file.
(e.g) C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_08\lib\security\java.policy
permission java.security.AllPermission;

permission java.security.AllPermission;
If the application is running standalone then the code is allowed uncontrolled access but for webapplicatons running through browser, the security check is performed for the configured JRE.

So I created LOV "full_name" and Record group Query under Employee Name property palette with

IMovie error - cannot create file when I attempt to share

I am using MAC OS X 10.9.5, iMovie 10.0.5. I have successfully create many movies by using Share to file - of long and short sizes. This particular time I made couple of minor edits to my movie which had previous shared to file with no problem, and when I went to Share to File I get an error message. The Share fails with the error "cannot create file".
I have plenty of disk space.
All other applications are closed, just imovie running.
The destination is the mac internal hard drive.
I deleted imovie and re-installed it.
I deleted the Render Files.
No luck.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
Super frustrated.

to downgrade to a previous iTunes version, you could try this user tip that seemed to have worked for some:

+4) Open the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder and look for the backup of your old pre-9 library; it should be dated at about the time you first ran iTunes 9. Copy it back out to the ~/Music/iTunes folder, and rename it to "iTunes Library".+
+6) click here to download iTunes 8.2.1. The page says it's for G3, but the Read Me file says it'll run on G4, G5, and Intel too. Open the disk image and run the installer.+

Getting error "Cannot create a BACPAC from a file that does not contain exported data." from SqlManagementClient.Dac.ImportAsync

We're trying to import a dacpac to azure via the new SqlManagementClient DacOperations ImportAsync api I get an exception with the error: "Cannot create a BACPAC from a file that does not contain exported data."
This same dacpac imports fine using an alternate but less friendly API from sql server's tooling. We'd like to use the new management SDK instead for various reasons.

Could not upgrade from Azure .NET SDK 2.2 to 2.3 (VS 2013) on Windows 8.1 x64. The Storage Emulator 3.0 setup is failing, even if launched manually. Do you have any tips?

Error 'cannot cancel document with a down payment that was drawn to invoice. We need to void a check and are getting this message. We also get message when trying to cancel the outgoing payment. The AP Down payment is closed, and the AP invoice is also closed. Is there a way to 'undraw' the down payment on the AP invoice? How can this be voided? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Make sure the user connected to the database from the forms builder has the privilege of select from the table, or there's a synonym.

I am working through the eBook "Building Cloud Apps with Microsoft Azure" and when I run New-AzureWebsiteEnv.ps1 I get the following error
Error: Cannot get Azure subscription ID and thumbprint. Failed in New-FirewallRuleForWebsite in New-AzureSql.ps1
I have already tried adding -ExtendedDetails to Get-AzureSubscription in New-AzureSql.ps1 and New-AzureWebsiteEnv.ps1.
I am using Azure PowerShell 0.8.16 and Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

Not too sure if you have tried this:
In the code you will have a line:
$s = Get-AzureSubscription –Current
Change that line to:
$s = Get-AzureSubscription -Current –ExtendedDetails
The difference between the two lines is that the –ExtendedDetails will return the Thumbprint required by the code

According to the ActionScript docs, cacheAsBitmapMatrix is an AIR-only method.

If non-null, this Matrix object defines how a display object is rendered when cacheAsBitmap is set to true. The application uses this matrix as a transformation matrix that is applied when rendering the bitmap version of the display object.
AIR profile support: This feature is supported on mobile devices, but it is not supported on desktop operating systems. It also has limited support on AIR for TV devices. Specifically, on AIR for TV devices, supported transformations include scaling and translation, but not rotation and skewing. See AIR Profile Support for more information regarding API support across multiple profiles.
With cacheAsBitmapMatrix set, the application retains a cached bitmap image across various 2D transformations, including translation, rotation, and scaling. If the application uses hardware acceleration, the object will be stored in video memory as a texture. This allows the GPU to apply the supported transformations to the object. The GPU can perform these transformations faster than the CPU.
To use the hardware acceleration, set Rendering to GPU in the General tab of the iPhone Settings dialog box in Flash Professional CS5. Or set the renderModeproperty to gpu in the application descriptor file. Note that AIR for TV devices automatically use hardware acceleration if it is available.

I am getting the following error while creating the delivery with reference to STO
Document is incomplete: You cannot save the delivery
Diagnosis:
When the system checked whether saving delivery was
permitted, it determined that the requirements stored in
Define Incompletion Procedures for this document do not
allow this subsequent function.
I have checked the following already:
1. Maintained shipping data for both the supplying and receiving plants.
2. Shipping tab exists in the PO
3. Shipping point determination is checked.
4. Customer masters created for both supplying plants and receiving plant for the sales area created for STO
5. Material master is available in both receiving and supplying plants.
It is working fine in one client. and giving a problem only in the other.not able to figure out where the error is. appreciate your suggestions

First go to transaction "VUA4" and see what is the incompletion procedure asigned to your delivery type. Then go to
"OVA2" and see what are the fileds maintained in incompletion procedure of the delivery type and the status groups assigned to them. Now you go to "OVA0(ZERO) and see whether the status group allows to save the delivery. If it doesn't you can untick that check box. But if this is a live system , i doubt if you would be bale to do that. Any way one of the possible causes is storgae location missing. Kindly pelase let me know If you need any more infromation on this.

JDBC receiver error Cannot establish connection with the registered driver

I am constructing a proxy to JDBC scenario. And I am getting error saying "
Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when attempting to get processing resources: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection with the registered driver. oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver returns: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection. : SQLException: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection"
I can get into my Oracle database using TOAD with same IP address, user name and password. Could anybody tell me what should I do? Thanks a lot!

Check with your network team, network conenction between PI and Data base not working , Network team have to open Data base system ports inorder connect PI System.
check with Basis team about network connectivty,like they are bale to ping Data base server ip or not.
