Error COM_PRODUCT812 when syncing products with Attribute Set Type

Good Morning,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with an error I am receiving when synchronizing products over with a set type for the MARC table.
I get the following error for some products when I load them initially.  I only get this error on the initial load of the product and if I comment out the code in IF_EX_PRODUCT_CUSTOMER2~MAP_R3_TO_CRM_MATERIAL to populate the set type it runs fine, so it does not seem to be data related since I can comment the code back in and resync the product and it comes over fine with the set type information included.
Any help would be appreciate.

Diagnosis
This message is issued in unanticipated situations.
For example, tables do not have corresponding data records. Missing information in the records in the one table is read from the other table, however the relevant data record does not exist.
Here is the code from IF_EX_PRODUCT_CUSTOMER2~MAP_R3_TO_CRM_MATERIAL that fills the set type informaiton.  The set type is made up of product ID and plant as the key fields and profit center as the zz00010 field
               WHEN 'ZMARC_SET'.

Hello Eric,
Without debugging, it is bit difficult to tell the actual reason for the above error.
If you are comfortable with debugging, then you can put the watch point in COM_PRODUCT812 and try to find the reason.
Please note that in order to debug, you have to de-register the queue R3AI_MATERIAL(for initial load) in CRM system.
Once you execute the load in txn:R3AS, you can see that in CRM txn:SMQ2, queue entry would be waiting for debugging.

    I recently ripped a few mp3 files to my library and started up iTunes to sync them with my iPhone. If I recall correctly, this prompted me to upgrade to 9.2 of iTunes.
    Everything synced perfectly - apps, photos, excpet for the new songs I had ripped - I got the unknown error (-50) syncing the new songs. This puzzled me as I followed the exact same process as I had when ripping all the other songs in the library.
    I then removed an existing song from my iPhone, and tried the sync again, and now THAT song also failed to sync. Thus - it sure does not look like a problem with my mp3 files, but some sort of problem with iTunes.
    I found this article which was very similar, but ended up being only specific songs:

    I followed all the steps there, but have yet to achieve success. I have also followed every iTunes upgrade since I started - I am currently at 9.2.1.5.
    I also have an iPod Touch, and it experiences the same symptoms, thus once again pointing to iTunes not the device. I even went through the process of restoring my Touch to factory settings, and that did not help. I even upgraded my Touch to 4.0, still no change. With this restore to factory settings, all the music on my Touch was wiped out, and unfortunately now NONE of my songs sync - which includes the almost 300 other songs that were synced perfectly fine before I did the restore.
    After the restore - photos, videos, etc. all synced fine - it is just music that has this problem. I do not suspect my USB connection as a result (some of my videos are very large) I have over 10GB free on my 1 GB Touch, and much more than that on my 32 GB iPhone.
    I am really stuck here - everything else is working but I can not get any new songs, and I am afraid of doing too much more in case I lose the songs I already have.

  • Error message when syncing Itunes with Ipod

    I bought a new laptop and it has Vista. I have downloaded Itunes 8 and updated QT.
    When I try and update my Ipod it wants to delete all files and replace as it used to be synced with my old PC.
    I get part way through and get an error message -1303 and then the sync terminates. It did this with only 300 tracks from the 2600 available to download.
    Any ideas what the error number may relate to? I have searched all over apple site but no easy reference to this.

    Try Googling "sync without iTunes".
    There are free alternatives and there are not so free alternatives.
    Btw, to check if AVG is causing the problem, you should uninstall AVG and not just "turn it off".
    Also, can you describe how you go about uninstalling a program? For example, how did you "delete" iTunes?

  • Error trying to sync audio with midi

    I get this "Error trying to sync audio with midi" using my motu 828mk2 firewire sound card.
    I have updated my osx to 10.5.2 and now i cant use my motu ... osx 10.5.2 has a firewire issue with the motu 828mk2 if any one else has the same problem with any make of audio devices please let me know, i cant seem to find a solution unless i go back to my old osx or buy another sound module, but i should not have to result in doing something like that when i have spent a **** lot of cash buying this in the first place, isnt motu and apple both big players in pro audio? why is it so un compatable, is it just me with this issue or is their a major blunder with apple or motu, it only seems to happen with osx 10.5.2 and nothing else with the same machine with diffrent installls, so apple get on to it and fix it as im sure its the new osx firewire kexts or something, its not motu as it works fine with everything else and the same machine with all os systems.....except osx 10.5.2.

    Well, I thought this was fixed by changing the buffer size but it isn't. Still get the "Error trying to sync Audio with MIDI" error. Logic is detecting 44.1 kHz, I have Logic set for 96 kHz. The FireWire is set for 96 kHz, internal sync. Logic preferences are set for sync -> internal. Audio sync is set for "external or free" (I am not using a MTC source). I have downloaded and installed v1.8.4 from M-audio. I changed the IO buffer from 256 to 512.
    I can't figure out what the magic is here. When I boot Logic, it syncs fine until I click on the "help" menu, the loses sync. Occasionally it comes back for no apparent reason. The system has no problem recognizing the 410 or bringing up the management interface.
    Any sage words of advice?

    OS X 10.5.4 iTunes 7.7 Getting error -50 when syncing photos to my 60G iPod Photo, music is synced but not alll checked photos. I have AppleTV and 2 iPhones that are synced with this computer and all 3 of those are synced properly. But this iPod is giving me fits. I have restored the iPod and re-synced to no avail. Are there any plists that are hidden that I can trash. I have read about keywords on photos causing it, but I have 19,0000 tagged photos and I can't look at each one for a corrupt keyword. I have turned on albums one at a time with no help. Seems like a sync is a sync iPhone, iPod, AppleTV. Why different results? I am trying to get the same photos as on iPhones (16G), and the Apple TV has all of my songs and Photos, so the keyword thing may be bogus info.

    PLEASE stop posting about the 3rd party or Firewall getting in the way.  Does not apply.
    I've turned off the firewall and have no 3rd party anything.
    The issue is itunes will not sync with 11.1.4 and iphone (5).

    My girlfriend's mom's iPod Nano ran out of charge while jogging so she decided to charge it on her daughter's iHome. The next day she went to use her iPod but it was totally empty of all music and files. When she tried to sync it to iTunes, she received an eror message stating, "An unknown error has occurred (-48)" from iTunes and a Windows message stating that some iPod folder/file was corrupted.
    If anyone receives such a message, I was able to correct it by:
    -Plugging in your iPod to your PC
    -Ignore the error messages
    -Go to My Computer
    -Find your iPod's drive letter (ie. G:)
    -Right-click on it and select Properties
    -Go to Tools Tab >Error-checking and select Check Now
    You should be able to sync your iPod as before. I do not claim to be an expert so be warned that it may not work for you. Good luck!
