Error Compiling VSM Sample Application

Im trying to run the VSM app but it seems there4s a coding error in the AccessControlFilter.java (134,45) and (153,47).
The getParameterMap() doesnt exist in the javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest interface.
Has anyone faced this one?

this method is implemented only with servlets2.3 spec. You have to include latest oc4j.jar (under <oc4j_home>/j2ee/home) in the classpath.

We have installed Tuxedo 8.0 on Sun 8.0 and using gcc 3.1 for compilation.
While compiling Tuxedo sample application, we are receiving an error gcc: language
arch=v9 not recognized
Are we supposed to do something more to be able to use gcc for compiling Tuxedo
sample application.

try turning off the language specification using -x none option.
see gcc documentation for this option.

Error in running sample application for tuxedo

Hi
I received the following error when i try to run the sample application "simpapp"
for tuxedo. I have set the ubbconfig file.
i could get tuxconfig file by using tmloadcf commmand.
for running the buildclient and buildserver it gives following error.do i have
to install any c compiler? if so pls. suggest me some good c compiler.

merely invoke the system compiler.

Getting error while running sample application of playbook

Hello,
I am new to blackberry playbook development.
I had downloaded NDK 2.0 and done setup. I am successfully able to install and run playbook simulator.
As shown in the steps how to import and then run the sample application , I had done that,
But I am not able to build that project.
Its giving me error.
i.e
make: *** No rule to make target `recurse.mk'. Stop.
I had also tried creating new project and then build it. But still I am getting error.
Its again different error.
D://target/qnx6/x86/lib/crt1.o: No such file: No such file or directory
I dont know why its trying to search at thi location..
this file exist in d://playbook2.0.0/target/qnx6/x86/lib/crt1.o
Please Help me.

I solved the Error. Its like I have to set the path of environment variable.
QNX_TARGET. - Set it to your folder path where you had installed the SDK.

Web Services Error When running Sample Application

When I was testing "Create a New Customer" from the Sample application in Oracle's provided free new HTML DB 2.0 environment (just out last night), I got the following error message.
ORA-20001: The webservice was unreachable because either the URL you supplied was invalid, or your environment requires a valid proxy server address for HTTP requests.
I was using my laptop through SBC Yahoo DSL service (dynamic IP address) to test this HTML DB Sample application.
Any suggestion for this Web Services Error?

Oracle's IT team has disabled the ability to call web services from htmldb.oracle.com. We are working with them to resolve this, but I don't have an ETA.

Error while building sample application "Developing an Order Application"

For the same , by using TCdoe SDOE_WB i created a new SWCV named ORDER_TAKER,

I am getting an error "Physical table TBC.sales does not exist" similar error for all other tables. Any one got similar error while creating sample application in AIS.

The reason might be probably because of not properly configuring the Catalogue to the database during the installation.
During the installation of EIS, you will be asked to give specific database details where the AIS can store the metadata of sample applications of the model and metaoutline. If the database login credentials fail or, now while opening the model, if u are referring to other database/ with other credentials who essentially donot have access to those tables, you might get this error.
So, please check with configuring the AIS associated Database and Catalogue that you are referring to.

PL/SQL SSO SDK Sample Application doesn't work!

In the latest document on the SSO SDK (http://download-east.oracle.com/docs/cd/A97329_01/manage.902/a96114.pdf), there is a major programming error in the sample application on page 4-5. There is an invalid EXCEPTION block followed by an invalid ELSE block.
There is absolutely no help from Oracle Support or Metalink on this issue. I am calling upon all Portal Developers frustrated with this very obvious syntax error to pressure Oracle to rewrite this document ASAP. From what I have read, this seems to be a problem since mid-2000. Let's flood Oracle Support with e-mail demanding this issue to be resolved at the highest priority!
I can't believe Oracle would allow this document to be released without being thoroughly proofread!

I am trying to deploy the LoanDemoOWSM sample application.I am getting the following error while trying to reference oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd from my local oc4j server.

I tried adding the oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd file to the same location as my bpel process and referenced it as a local file in my BPEL process.
Now the error I get is as follows

In both cases , I think the BPEL process is not able to access the type definitions in oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd file.
Please help me fix this error.

Like i have mentioned in the question.. i am using NWDS 7.0.
To be precise NWDS: 7.0.12
WAS 7.0 SP 13
Project BuUild is succesful but deployment aborts with the error mentioned in the question.

Do you have your CLASSPATH setup correctly? Your CLASSPATH must include the iFS libraries if you want to compile anything. Read the devkit documentation for more info.
