Error -Container element 'ZBUS2081' is not used

Hi All,
I have transported a workflow from one SAP installation to another.
In the new System when i checked the transported workflow it's giving an error "Container 'ZBUS2081' is not in used.
How to solve this problem . If I diagnose the problem its taking me to the screen of workflow template.
Please suggest how can i resolve this issue.

Hi All,
The workflow is in active state , but i dont see any such message display in source system.
I used SWU7 tcode to check for my workflow template it shows error :
Workflow definition does not exists.
At the bottom of the screen it displays : "Container element 'ZBUS2081' is not used".

Hi Gaurav,
These are the standard task container's for the send mail step type.
No need create these container's and already they are available in the Task container.
Have you used the standard task to send the mail? If so just double click the Task ID and you can find these container's under the Container Tab.
Just delete the send mail step and create a new one. It will solve the issue.

I think you need to check Note 1082707 - Error message 'Container element ... does not exist'
Symptom
You have created a container element manually in a case category and you are trying to define the dataflow but in the binding editor you are receiving error message SWF_EXP_001 035 'Container element ... does not exist'.

Reason and Prerequisites
The problem only occurs if you create an invalid container element that contains one or more spaces in the element name.
Solution
Choose a valid element name that starts with a letter and contains only characters, numbers, or underscores. The following correction does insure this.

BPM error:Container element in step transformation is not initialized

Hello Experts,
I am new to the concept of BPM.
I'm trying to create an integration process in which I'm taking an Idoc and processing it in many ways. The process contains many transformation steps. There two such transformation steps which have been placed in block step in a fork. And i get this error: Container element XXX in step transformation is not initialized
What could be the problem?

if u are getting the messaga with red sigh then it means it will craete the error while running the scenario.
but if it is in blue then i think it will not create any error.
the meaning of that statement is that the container u have defind is not used anywhere. it is just giving u a warning message.

Photoshop Elements 6: Could not use type tool because the file could not be found

Using Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 well for a while.
Tried to use the Type Tool to overlay text and obtained this error:
Could not use the type tool because the file could not be found
After research, I reset all tools, tried to repair (failed: insert disc one), and then removed/re-installed. Still have the same problem.
Are the system fonts corrupt or is an Adobe .ini file suspect?
Other reports have suggested using a 3rd-party font manager to inspect/disable fonts.
First wanted to post this error here for feedback/recommendations
Any suggestion on how to recover the Type Tool functionality?

Adobe Photoshop Elements Repair Workaround
When trying to repair the well-known: insert disc one, error occurred. Was able to successfully repair the installation by dragging the entire Adobe Photoshop Elements directory from the original CD-ROM onto a hard drive and executing locally. Seems it does not like repairing over the CD-ROM but it works correctly if the install source is on disc...

Yesterday, I decided to completely remove all Adobe products: PSE 6, Premiere 4, Reader, ActiveX plugins & legacy/old uninstalled product directories that Adobe has left turd-lets around including old Acrobat 3/6 directories. Used A/D Software to remove all adobe products and then followed your instructions AND the instructions on Adobe's support web site to manually remove these products.
It boiled down to manually removing the entire Adobe directory in Progam Files, "saving" the entire Adobe directory structure in each users (3) Document and Settings in the Application Data and Local Settings (as instructed by you and Adobe) and rebooting.
I also saved the local All Users "configuration" database/cache that contained the Tag and other information to make sure the system was clean
This included following the manual Regit instructions to remove legacy Adobe registry hives. I deleted all keys for all Adobe product trees that I could locate (following instructions from Adobe).
Reboot
Scheduled a CHCKDSK on all drives and rebooted
Dragged my complete image library to an archive location and deleted them on the C: drive
Did a complete system Defrag
Re-installed Adobe and alas still have the same problem with the Type Tool....
The only thing I did not do was selectively remove the "fonts" because various instructions seemed to indicate many are "required" by the windows or other applications and I was not really sure how to identify which ones were safe to remove w/o affecting the core system.. I'll have to re-read these instructions next.
Microsoft has a "Font Validator" tool, but that only checks 1 font at a time and you have to read the "results". May look for other tools.
Will be able to check the font structure this weekend since it will take some research before I'm comfortable just removing fonts in trial/error mode. I'll need to make a backup image of my computer before I start this (just in case).

Output of multiline container element in email not working

I'm trying to display a multiline container element in an e-mail from workflow. The element container contains 2 lines. I can see these have been populated in the log in SWIA. However, when using &ITAB##& to output these lines nothing is diplayed. I've also tried &ITAB[]& and &ITAB& all of which return no lines in the e-mail.
Does anyone know if this is something I'm doing wrong or is there an error in R/3. I'm on release 4.6c.

This is getting annoying. This was sednging e-mails and printing the table in the e-mail fine. Then I had to add more fields to the table ITAB. After this the table wasn't showing again in the e-mail. I recreated the workflow, tasks and even the BOM, but still nothing.
As before I can see the ITAB entries in the details of the e-mail task. But, they don't get written into the e-mail even though I'm selecting &ITAB##& from the Expressions section to put into the e-mail.
Is there anything I haven't tried. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is this a SAP problem that can be fixed with a note. I've had a look, but can't find anything about it.

Container element value does not display

Hi,
I am facing a strange issue.
There is one step in my custom workflow which sends sap mail. The subject of the e-mail has a container element &notif&. When I check the workflow log this container element gets set with a value just before this step and so I expect it to be displayed in the e-mail .
But the issue is i am getting the mail in my inbox which says ....&notif& ......
i.e Instead of displaying the value of this container it displays the text &notif&.
The same container element is used in the same e-mail message body where it displays correctly.
has anyone faced this kind of an issue before?

Yes it is set to Expression.
This mail step was not created from scratch.
I just changed a few texts in the subject of this Mail step in an already existing workflow without touching the container element in the subject. But after i did this change and tested teh workflow, the container element no longer displayed any value in the subject, but it does continue to show value in the message body.
Any suggestions to solve towards this issue will be extremely helpful.

OTL Error - Hrs - Element link does not exist for the duration of the entry

Hi,
We had a few new people start just before xmas however when the person entering their record did it, they didn't date-track the additional assignment time information record to the start of the week (they did however correctly date-track their employee and assignment record) so when the timecard was filled in errors were thrown up.
Since then I have gone back into the employees assignment time record, purged it and then re-created it effective from the week beginning.
However when we try to enter time for them now using delegated self service, the following error is shown for the two days which were originally excluded from the date-tracked record:
Hrs - Element link does not exist for the duration of the entry Cause: The link has been purged or date effectively deleted. Action: Check the effective start and end dates on the link definitions for this element. The original record should have been created from the 19th dec 2009 however was done from the 23rd by accident. I have since been in and replaced it with a record effective from the 19th.
I have re-run the security list generation (we are using static list).
The only thing I can find on metalink is 372086.1 which doesn't really describe the problem or help!!
The people don't appear in the timekeeper form though which is strange. I really can't see any reason why their record isn't valid - no data is missing. Do I need to run a job to update the information or something?
We are using 11.5.10.2

Well would you believe it!? After much late night meddling around, I noticed one employee worked! There was absolutely no difference in any settings between his record and a persons who did not work. So I went into another employees record, changed his name and saved (correcting). Tried again and he worked fine! So, just by changing the employee name it seems to have worked for self service! I still cannot see them in timekeeper which is worrying however at least we can get time in for them now!
If anyone knows why I may not be able to see them in timekeeper (even using an un-secured responsibility) then that would be a great help! :)

Answers shows error for table that is not used in query

Hi,
I have two fact tables, both share one common dimension and also have other dimensions. For simplicity let's assume there are only two dimensions for each fact: Dim1 and Dim2 have joins to Fact1 and Dim2 and Dim3 joins to Fact2. (Dim2 is joined to both).
When I query in answers aggregated data from Dim2, Fact1 and Fact2 everything is ok. When I query data from Dim2 and only Fact1 also everything looks fine, however when I query data from Dim1 and Fact1 I get error about Fact2

SQL Issued: SELECT "dim - Piegādātājs"."Hansa kods" saw_0, "fakti - Piegādātāju rēķinu rindas"."Summa ar PVN (LVL)" saw_1 FROM "Kreditori single source" ORDER BY saw_0
As you can see table "fakti - Grāmatojumu rindas" is even not shown in SQL Issued.
One more thing - if I first query data from Dim1, Dim2 and Fact1, look at results and afterwards delete Dim2 (leaving Dim1 and Fact1) then query returns data without error.
Must be that error is in Business Layer, but I have no idea what should I do to correct it.

I am not really sure what could have caused this. And, obviously, rebuilding the repository helped.
It seems you could get it to work if you queried dim1, dim2 and fact and then removed dim2 (like you said). So, that suggests something almost on the order of a glitch or, possibly, a bug. The fact that simply rebuilding the repository helped seems to support my glitch hunch, but I am not really sure.
I am relatively new to this product, and the only thing I can suggest as far as business model goes is to pay attention to any warnings when you do "Check Global Consistency". Sometimes, things work even with warnings, but you might encounter strange problems down the line.

1.Check the tax code settings with respect to that country and tax pocedure in the transaction FTXP.
2.Check the G/L account assignment is done to that tax code in the transaction FTXP.
3.Check the settings related to account key in the transaction OB40.

Subcontract PO error VU013 when creating delivery note using ME2o

FYI to the forum, I had a user getting error VU 013 "Document is incomplete: You cannot save the delivery" when attempting to create a delivery note to send components to a subcontract vendor using ME2o.
I spent quite a bit of time researching this on this site and did not find a solution to my problem. As it turns out, the issue was that this part had a serialization profile which required serial numbers to be assigned in the delivery note. Our workaround solution was to change the serialization profile to one which did not make it obligatory on the DN. We then issued the DN and manually assigned the serial number to it, then finally changed the material master back to the obligatory profile.
Ideally, we would have liked the error message to indicate exactly what made the document incomplete (i.e. missing serial number in this case). I am not sure how to do that. Also, I found information regarding activating enhancement for serial numbers in purchasing (in EhP4). Presumably, this would allow me to specify the serial number(s) of the components to be issued to the vendor in the purchase order, and therefore automatically copy this into the subsequent DN. I activated this functionality, but did not get it to work. (Serial number maintenance was not visible in my PO.)
If anyone has successfully dealt with either of these things (changing the error message, or activating the functionality) let me know. Otherwise, I will close the thread, as I just wanted to notify people of my findings regarding reasons for the error, and my workaround.

Error while using container element _WF_PARFOREACH_INDEX in workflow

Hi All,
I am using internal container element WFPARFOREACH_INDEX in internal table so that i can use it as index to read table row one by one..but in binding i am getting error "Container element '_WF_PARFOREACH_INDEX' does not exist" in form of an example.
Can someone tell me that how to get rid of this error in binding? I am using this element variable to achieve parallel branching in workflow.

Hi AA,
You would probably need to create more than one containers.
In workflows, we have following types of containers:
1. Workflow container
2. Task Container
3. Event Container
Now, since you need the element VBELN, try the following:
1. Create a WF container for VBELN. Make it as both input and output parameter.
2. Create a container for the Mail Step, again with VBELN field as an input parameter.
3. There would be a button for binding in the mailstep. Bind the Field VBELN from Work flow container to the Mail Step container.
Once binding is done, save it and Activate the Workflow.

Im getting error as container elements not intialized when did syntax check in bpm and also for receive step it says container element intialized but not used,,,
