Error CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE during DTP execution

Question

Hello,
I'm trying to load data from PSA into the infocube using DTP
All packages have loaded successfully except one with the error CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE
Error Message:
An exception occurred that was not caught.
The exception 'CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along the call hierarchy.
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLRRMS" - in "RRMS_X_MESSAGE".
The main program was "RSBATCH_EXECUTE_PROZESS ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 82
of the (Include) program "LRRMSU13".
We are on BI7.0 SP19.I have checked for any OSS note but couldnt find any.
Any help on this please?

IC_GM_210 is my infocube.
I tried deleting the request and loading data many times but it always shows this error for the first package all the other load without any error.
Please any help on this??
