Hi
There is no missing value in the property of the MasterColumn element. My context is like this:
Cardinality:0...n, Selection 0...1 for all nodes
HeaderData
   |-HeaderID
   |-HeaderText
SubnodeData
   |-HeaderID
   |-SubnodeText
SubNode
   |-Children (recursive Node - SubNode)
   |-SubnodeText
Expanded (boolean)
Im still getting the error. Im on NW2004s, SP06, using NWDS 7.0.06.
Could there be a problem with the java runtime? if so, what should I do?
Thanks

  • Problem when expanding Tree - Tree with nested table column

    Hi, i have created the tree using the Tree with nested table column.
    I have created a node called TREE_ROOT in the context.
    This node has few attributes which includes children_loaded, is_leaf, is_expanded.
    I have created the recursive node TREE_SUB for the above node TREE_ROOT.
    In the view, i have created the table with the master column. The above attributes have been mapped accordingly. I have created the action handler for load_children.
    In this action handler method, i receive the context_element correctly. In this method, i determine the children of the selected element and the resulting children are attached to this context_element.
    But the problem is: when i add elements to context_elements in the method load_children, these
    elements get added to the node TREE_ROOT as well.
    Please help.
    thanks and best regards,

    I just use some types defined in this user... Well, I hope you know what is the type definition of d_period_sec,
    don't you ? I didn't ask to provide all types existed now, only types you are

  • How to write lead selection method for a  tree by nesting table column

    Hi,
    I have implemented a table with TreeByNestingTableColumn(To show the tree structure in the table).I am not able to get the selected row element in lead selection method.(I am able to get parent element.) .
    could anyone please tell me about this code?
    BR,
    Ashish

    Hi,
    Follow the below steps to the solution for your problem
    1. Create Action "LeadSelection" in View with parameter (name : 'seletedItem'
    and type : I<your node>Element
    2. Bind this action to Table property "onLeadSelec"
    3. In wdModify()
         IWDTable table = (IWDTable) view.getElement("Your table id");
         table.mappingOfOnLeadSelect().addSourceMapping("nodeElement", "selectedEle");
    4. In onActionLeadSelection()
         wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportSuccess("Selected Item : "+selectedEle.get<Your Node Attribute>());
    Let me know if you need more clarification

  • Problem in truncate/drop partitions in a table having nested table columns.

    Hi,
    I have a table that has 2 columns of type nested table. Now in the purge process, when I try to truncate or drop a partition from this table, I get error that I can't do this (because table has nested tables). Can anybody help me telling how I will be able to truncate/drop partition from this table? IF I change column types from nested table to varray type, will it help?
    Also, is there any short method of moving existing data from a nested table column to a varray column (having same fields as nested table)?
    Thanks in advance.

    >
    Unfortunately you can't do those operations when a table has a nested table column. No truncate, no drop, no exchange partition at the partition level.
    A nested table column is stored as a separate table and acts like a 'child' table with foreign keys to the 'parent' table. It is these 'foreign keys' that prevent the truncation (just like normal foreign keys prevent truncating partions and must be disabled first) but there is no mechanism to 'disable' them.
    Just one excellent example (there are many others) of why you should NOT use object columns at all.
    >

    >
    Yes but I STRONGLY suggest you take this opportunity to change your data model to a standard relational one and put the 'child' (nested table) data into its own table with a foreign key to the parent. You can create a view on the two tables that can make data appear as if you have a nested table type if you want.
    Assuming that you are going to ignore the above advice just create a new VARRAY type and a table with that type as a column. Remember VARRAYs are defined with a maximum size. So the number of nested table records needs to be within the capacity of the VARRAY type for the data to fit.
    >

    >
    Sure - just CAST the nested table to the VARRAY type. Here is code for a VARRAY type and a new table that shows how to do it.
    -- new array type
    CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE ARRAY_T AS VARRAY(10) OF VARCHAR2(64)
    -- new table using new array type - NOTE there is no nested table storage clause - arrays stored inline
    CREATE TABLE partitioned_table_array
         ( ID_ INT,
          arra_col  ARRAY_T )
         PARTITION BY RANGE (ID_)
         ( PARTITION p1 VALUES LESS THAN (40)
         , PARTITION p2 VALUES LESS THAN(80)
         , PARTITION p3 VALUES LESS THAN(100)
    -- insert the data from the original table converting the nested table data to the varray type
    INSERT INTO PARTITIONED_TABLE_ARRAY
    SELECT ID_, CAST(NESTED_COL AS ARRAY_T) FROM PARTITIONED_TABLENaturally since there is no more nested table storage you can truncate or drop partitions in the above table
    alter table partitioned_table_array truncate partition p1
    alter table partitioned_table_array drop partition p1

  • Trigger how to get new and old value for nested table column?

    Hi,
    I have created a nested table based on the following details:
    CREATE TYPE typ_item AS OBJECT --create object
    (prodid NUMBER(5),
    price NUMBER(7,2) )
    CREATE TYPE typ_item_nst -- define nested table type
    AS TABLE OF typ_item
    CREATE TABLE pOrder ( -- create database table
    ordid NUMBER(5),
    supplier NUMBER(5),
    requester NUMBER(4),
    ordered DATE,
    items typ_item_nst)
    NESTED TABLE items STORE AS item_stor_tab
    INSERT INTO pOrder
    VALUES (800, 80, 8000, sysdate,
    typ_item_nst (typ_item (88, 888)));
    Now I would like to create a trigger on table pOrder for after insert or update or delete
    and I would like to track the new and old value for the columns inside nested table.
    Can anybody direct me how to do it?
    I would like to know the sytax for it like:
    declare
    x number;
    begin
    x := :new.nestedtablecolumn;--how to get the new and old value from nested table columns
    end;
    Hope my question is clear.
    Thanks,
    Lavan

    Hi,
    Try like this:
    CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER PORDER_I
    BEFORE INSERT
    ON PORDER
    REFERENCING OLD AS old NEW AS new
    FOR EACH ROW
    DECLARE
      items_new typ_item_nst;
      ordid_NEW NUMBER;
    BEGIN
    FOR i IN :new.items.FIRST .. :new.items.LAST LOOP -- For first to last element
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(':new.items(' || I || ').prodid: ' || :new.items(I).prodid );
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(':new.items(' || I || ').price:  ' || :new.items(I).price );
    END LOOP;
    END;Regards,

  • Nested Table columns and ADF BC 11.1.2

    I'm thinking ahead to a new application design, including a new database design. In this application, there are users who may not change the production tables directly, but their changes must be approved (and possibly modified) before they are applied to the production tables. The production tables are part of an existing system, and are fairly well normalized, with a master table and several detail tables.
    So for the new design, I want to have a staging table, mirroring the master table, where user changes are stored until they are approved and applied to the production tables. The staging table contains a few extra columns for "add, change or delete", user who submitted the change, date the change was requested. After applying the change, the staging record is to be copied to a change history table, and deleted from staging. That way, the staging table never has a lot of data in it.
    Here's the question:
    I need to deal with the detail tables. I could have staging versions of each detail table, but I was thinking that it might be easier to handle if the detail tables were included as nested table columns of the master staging table. Most of the detail tables only contain a few rows per master row. But can ADF BC 11.1.2 handle nested table columns? Is it easy to use in an application?

    Thanks for the quick response. I was thinking I might get a response from someone who had tried it, so I didn't waste time trying it myself. I consider your response is pretty authoritative, and I'll take that as a sign that I should forget the nested tables design.
    No, polymorphic views probably won't do the job. I think I'll just go ahead and create staging versions of each detail table with foreign keys back to the master staging table. Then I'll let the wizard create the needed association objects and view links in ADF BC. It will complicate the procedure for applying changes, particularly adding a row to the change history table. But that's the price we'll need to pay.
    OTOH - I just had a thought - since the change history table is mostly for auditing, it appears in some reports, but has no CRUD in the application, other than the insert when the changes are applied. If I did that insert with a trigger or some other PL/SQL, then the change history could still be a single table with nested table columns for the details.

  • Retrieving nested table columns through a REF CURSOR in php

    Hello.
    I have been able to execute REF CURSORS returned by pl/sql functions succesfully with php. I have also been able to bind collections to the input/output of pl/sql functions/procedures.
    However, what I am unable to do, is to execute a cursor returned by a pl/sql function that has one of the columns a named datatype (a simple one-dimensional nested table):
    create type stab is table of varchar2(255);
    create table lp_landing (
    token varchar2(255),
    text varchar2(512),
    country varchar2(255),
    creator varchar2(255),
    is_active char(1),
    css_file char(1),
    autofollowing stab default stab(),
    constraint lp_landing_pk primary key (token)) organization index
    nested table autofollowing store as lp_landings_af_nt
    (constraint autofollowing_pk primary key (nested_table_id,column_value)) organization index compress
    function landings_usercountry (in_uname in lp_users.uname%type, in_country in lp_country.cname%type) return Landing_curType
    is
    ret Landing_curType;
    begin
    open ret for
    select * --token,text,country,creator,is_active,css_file,tab2str(autofollowing) as autofollowing
    from lp_landing
    where country = (select country
    from lp_permissions
    where country = in_country and uname = in_uname);
    return ret;
    end landings_usercountry;
    here is the php:
    $sql = 'BEGIN :res := LP_PKG.landings_usercountry(:user, :country); END;';
    $stmt = oci_parse($c, $sql);
    $cursor = oci_new_cursor($c);
    oci_bind_by_name($stmt,':user',$name, 32);
    oci_bind_by_name($stmt,':country',$country, 32);
    oci_bind_by_name($stmt,':res', $cursor, -1, OCI_B_CURSOR);
    $name = "root";
    $country = "Spain";
    try {
       @oci_execute($stmt);
       $m = oci_error($stmt);
       if($m){
           throw new Exception($m['message'], $m['code']);
       }else{
           @oci_execute($cursor);
           $m = oci_error($cursor);
           if($m){
               throw new Exception($m['message'], $m['code']);
           }else{
               while ( $entry = oci_fetch_object($cursor) ) {
                    var_dump($entry);
    } catch (Exception $e) {
       print_r($e);
    With "select *" in the function, the autofollowing column (of datatype stab) fails to bind, giving an ORA-932 error. The workaround for the moment is to convert the nested table to a comma delimited string (via the tab2str function).
    However, I would like to be able to tell php to accept a collection within the cursor, but I cannot figure out how to do this.
    Any ideas?
    thx in advance

    yes, it is an ORA-932:

    Create table person
    (addresslist address_table,
    phonelist phone_table
    I would like to create a table called person with columns addresslist and phonelist. Each defined as object type table of address and table of phones.
    Can anybody please tell me how can I do this.
    I have seen that there can only be one nested table per table. If so, how do we do this.
    Thanks so much

    Good one!
    Also, it's by far the more dynamic method.
    If you want to get pedantic, it's also far less efficient in terms of execution time: each iteration of the loop forks a new process, whereas using a single mkdir command forks only once.  The "best" way is the curly-braces method demonstrated above by chimeric.

  • Error while mapping two times nested table

    Hi,
    I have a Product table which has nested ProductSubcategory in it.
    ProductSubcategory nested table also has nested table ProductCategory inside it.
    So there is a nested table inside nested table.
    I designed a dimension on warehoue builder and while mapping, i got "ORA-22913: must specify table name for nested table column or attribute" error.
    I mapped nested tables before with using varray iterator and expand object, but they were nested once. Is there any solution for mapping two or more time nested tables?
    Now i exracted tables and i continuou working but, i wondered is there any way.
    Creation codes are below. Thanx :)
    CREATE TABLE PRODUCT
    (     PRODUCTID NUMBER NOT NULL ,
         ProductSubcategory ProductSubcategory,
         MODIFIEDDATE DATE NOT NULL)
    NESTED TABLE ProductSubcategory STORE AS ProductSubcategory_TABLE
    ( NESTED TABLE ProductCategoryId STORE AS ProductCategory_TABLE);
    CREATE TYPE TYPE_ProductSubcategory AS OBJECT (
         ProductSubcategoryID number ,
         ProductCategoryId ProductCategory ,
         Name Varchar(50) ,
         rowguid varchar2(100) ,
         ModifiedDate date );
    CREATE TYPE TYPE_ProductCategory AS OBJECT (
         ProductCategoryID number ,
         Name Varchar(50) ,
         rowguid varchar2(100) ,
         ModifiedDate date );

    Hi,
    I agree with u...I am not sure of the environment the user has so i put forth all the 3 option that crossed my mind that time....thats why i said he has to choose what best suits him/her...
    Also if the database is huge and we create physical temp tables (option 2 and ur idea) its like having redundant data in the database which is also a problem....So ist upto the user to actually evaluate the situation and come up with what best suits him/her...
    Regards
    BharathHi,
    I understand your opinion. But I am not sure that the user have enough experience to choose the best option by his one. And about the redundant data: because of this I wrote that he should truncate the tables after the last mapping which loads all data into the real target table.

  • Data pump import error with nested tables

    So the problem is somewhat long :)
    Actually the problems are two - why and how oracle are treating OO concept and why data pump doesn't work?
    So scenario for the 1st one:
    1) there is object type h1 and table of h1
    2) there is unrelated object type row_text and table of row_text
    3) there is object type h2 under h1 with attribute as table of row_text
    4) there is table tab1 with column b with data type as table of h1. Of course column b is stored as nested table.
    So how do you think - how many nested tables Oracle will create? The correct answer is 2. One explicitly defined and one hidden with system
    generated name for the type h2 which is under type h1. So the question is WHY? Why if I create an instance of supertype Oracle tries to adapt
    it for the subtype as well? Even more if I create another subtype h3 under h1 another hidden nested table appears.
    This was the first part.
    The second part is - if I do schema export and try to import it in another schema I got error saying that oracle failed to create storage table for
    nested table column b. So the second question is - if Oracle has created such a mess with hidden nested tables how to import/export to another
    schema?
    Ok and here is test case to demonstrate problems above:
    -- creating type h1 and table of it
    SQL> create or replace type h1 as object (a number)
      2  not final;
      3  /

    SQL> create or replace type tbl_row_text as table of row_text;

    -- creating type h2 as subtype of h1
    SQL> create or replace type h2 under h1 (some_texts tbl_row_text);

    SQL> create table tab1 (a number, b tbl_h1)

    Tom Kyte has said it repeatedly ... I will repeat it here for you.
    The fact that Oracle allows you to build object tables is not an indication that you should.
    Store your data relationally and build object_views on top of them.

    If you model properly, and store properly, you don' have any issues.

  • Urgent Help Please, Error with Nested Table

    Hi
    i was using AWM since 9i just because it creates OLAP metadata with a new API called CWM2, and Oracle Enterprise Manager was using a propietary API .
    With AWM 10.1.0.4 building your OLAP metadata is very simple, you can define your Dimensions, cubes, measures and even you can load your data from your source system.
    You can refer to the Oracle® OLAP Application Developer's Guide where you can find more information on this tool.
    And relative to your error i will recommend that you build on a dimension-by-dimension basis and try to validate your OLAP Metadata.

  • Severe Pro*C / nested table error

    I am experiencing a nasty error which involves Pro*C accessing nested table columns. I am running Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 on Solaris 2.8 and using the GNU gcc compiler.
    In my examples, I will use the sample data which comes with Pro*C ($ORACLE_HOME/precomp/demo/sql/coldemo1.sql).
    This defines the following types and table (and also populates the table with sample data):
    CREATE TYPE city_t AS OBJECT (name CHAR(30), population NUMBER);
    CREATE TYPE citytbl_t AS TABLE OF city_t;
    CREATE TABLE county_tbl (name CHAR(30), cities citytbl_t)
    NESTED TABLE cities STORE AS citytbl_t_tbl;
    I have no problems running the sample program ($ORACLE_HOME/precomp/demo/proc/coldemo1.pc). Note that you must follow the instructions included in the comments of coldemo1.pc (manually execute the Oracle Type Translator, precompile, compile and link).
    The sample, however, merely retrieves and displays existing data. I would like my program to be able to insert new rows into county_tbl, including the nested table.
    I have the following code (for simplicitys sake, everything is in the main procedure):
    #include <stdio.h>
    #include <string.h>
    #include <stdlib.h>
    #include <sqlca.h>                                /* SQL Communications Area */
    #include <coldemo1.h>        /* OTT-generated header with C typedefs for the */
                                          /* database types city_t and citytbl_t */
    #define CITY_NAME_LEN    30
    #define COUNTY_NAME_LEN  30
    #define MAXCITIES 5
    void PrintSQLError()
      EXEC SQL WHENEVER SQLERROR CONTINUE;
      printf("SQL error occurred...\n");
      printf("%.*s\n", (int)sqlca.sqlerrm.sqlerrml,
             (CONST char *)sqlca.sqlerrm.sqlerrmc);
      EXEC SQL ROLLBACK RELEASE;
      exit(-1);
    int main(int argc, char *argv[])
      char * uid = "scott/tiger";
      citytbl_t *cityTable;
      OCIInd cityTableInd;
      char county[COUNTY_NAME_LEN + 1];
      city_t *city[MAXCITIES];
      city_t_ind *cityInd[MAXCITIES];
      char cname[CITY_NAME_LEN + 1];
      int cpop;
      int numCities = MAXCITIES;
      int i, tableSize;
      EXEC SQL WHENEVER SQLERROR DO PrintSQLError();
      EXEC SQL CONNECT :uid;
      /* to null-terminate strings */
      EXEC ORACLE OPTION (char_map=string);
      /* Allocate the required descriptors */
      EXEC SQL ALLOCATE :cityTable;
      EXEC SQL ALLOCATE :city:cityInd;
      strcpy(county,"MYCOUNTY");
      /* Create an array of city objects */
      EXEC SQL FOR :numCities OBJECT CREATE :city:cityInd;
      for(i=0;i<numCities;i++)
        sprintf(cname,"city%d", i);
        cpop = (i * 100);
        EXEC SQL OBJECT SET NAME, POPULATION OF :city[i] TO :cname, :cpop;
        cityInd[i]->_atomic = cityInd[i]->NAME = cityInd[i]->POPULATION = OCI_IND_NOTNULL;
      cityTableInd = OCI_IND_NOTNULL;
      EXEC SQL COLLECTION APPEND :city:cityInd TO :cityTable:cityTableInd;
      EXEC SQL INSERT INTO county_tbl (NAME, CITIES) VALUES (:county, :cityTable:cityTableInd);
      EXEC SQL FREE :city;
      EXEC SQL FREE :cityTable;
      EXEC SQL COMMIT RELEASE;
      return(0);
    }This works as expected, inserting one row into COUNTY_TBL, with name=MYCOUNTY, cities being a nested table containing five city elements.
    My problem occurs when I create a trigger on COUNTY_TBL which attempts to modify elements of the nested table column. Heres the trigger (in this case, we are converting each NAME element of the cities table to upper case):
    create or replace trigger biur_county
    before insert or update on county_tbl
    for each row
    when (new.cities is not null)
    BEGIN
    IF(:NEW.cities.COUNT > 0) THEN
    FOR i IN :NEW.cities.FIRST..:NEW.cities.LAST LOOP
    :NEW.cities(i).NAME := UPPER( :NEW.cities(i).NAME );
    END LOOP;
    END IF;
    END biur_county;
    From SQL*Plus, this works as expected:
    SQL> insert into county_tbl values ('ANOTHERCOUNTY',CITYTBL_T(CITY_T('city1',1),CITY_T('city2',2)));
    1 row created.
    SQL> select * from county_tbl where name='ANOTHERCOUNTY';
    NAME
    CITIES(NAME, POPULATION)
    ANOTHERCOUNTY
    CITYTBL_T(CITY_T('CITY1 ', 1), CITY_T('CITY2 ', 2))
    1 row selected.
    Note that the city names have been converted to upper case.
    If, however, I attempt to run the Pro*C program again, with the trigger enabled, I get a severe error:
    ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
    This also creates entries in the alert log:

    If I subsequently disable the trigger (or alter the trigger so that the contents of the nested table are not modified), all is well again.
    Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? I am assuming that the problem has something to do with the objects in Pro*C being transient and held in the object cache on the client. Perhaps I am doing something wrong in my program. Does anyone have any thoughts?
    Certainly there are ways around this problem (remove the trigger, for example, or perform inserts through a view / instead of trigger, etc), but I would like to have an explanation as to why my method is not working.
    Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

    HELLO!!!
    This problem reveals ONLY in DEBUG configuration (in RELEASE - all ok, but DEBUG is very important feature ;)) and operator
    new in my case have not an influence on this situation.
    I found a problem in other place when calling boxes=box.ptr();
    The boxes oracle class have a nested table. In C++ :
    class CBoxes : public oracle::occi::PObject {
    private:
    OCCI_STD_NAMESPACE::string BOXNAME;
    oracle::occi::Number BOXNUM;
    OCCI_STD_NAMESPACE::vector<CWidget*> WIDGETS;
    ptr() function calling readSQL method of CBoxes class:
    BOXNAME = streamOCCI_.getString();
    BOXNUM = streamOCCI_.getNumber();
    oracle::occi::getVector(streamOCCI_, WIDGETS);
    and getVector is:

    void getVector(const AnyData &any, OCCI_STD_NAMESPACE::vector<T> &vect)
    {OCCI_STD_NAMESPACE::vector< PObject *> vec_pobj;
    getVectorOfPObjects( any,vec_pobj);//!!!!!!! :[  ]
    vect.clear();
    int size= vec_pobj.size();
    for( int i=0; i< size; i++)
    vect.push_back( (T)vec_pobj[i] );
    }//<- the destructor of vec_pobj is being called and if vec_pobj not an empty vector, the program crashes.
    I suppose that getVectorOfPObjects( any,vec_pobj) can't correctly allocate memory for vec_pobj elements in DEBUG mode.

  • Error while create trigger on for nested table

    I want to insert a record into a nested table.For this, I created a view for the table, which includes the nested table.It told me ORA-25015 cannot perform DML on this nested table view column.So I created a trigger for the nested table.However, it told me that ORA-25010 Invalid nested table column name in nested table clause.I think my nested table is valid, i don't konw why did it appear this kind of problem?
    My table is
    CREATE TABLE ENT
    ID NUMBER(7) NOT NULL,
    CREATE_DATE VARCHAR2(11 BYTE),
    UPDATE_DATE VARCHAR2(11 BYTE),
    DEPTS VARRAY_DEPT_SEQ
    CREATE OR REPLACE
    TYPE DEPT AS OBJECT
    ID NUMBER(8),
    ANCHOR VARCHAR2(20),
    CREATE OR REPLACE
    TYPE " VARRAY_DEPT_SEQ" as varray(930) of DEPT
    CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW ENT_NESTED_VIEW
    (ID, CREATE_DATE, UPDATE_DATE, DEPTS)
    AS
    select e.ID,cast(multiset(select r.id,r.anchor from ent z, table(z.depts) r where z.ID=e.ID )as varray_dept_seq)
    FROM ENT e
    Then when I created trigger;
    CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER EMP.ENT_NESTED_TRI
    INSTEAD OF INSERT
    ON NESTED TABLE DEPTS OF EMP.ENT_NESTED_VIEW
    REFERENCING NEW AS New OLD AS Old PARENT AS Parent
    FOR EACH ROW
    BEGIN
    END ;
    I met the problem: ORA-25010 Invalid nested table column name in nested table clause
    Could you please tell me the reason
    Thank you!
    My insert SQL is:
    insert into table(select depts from ent_nested_view where id=1856) values(varray_dept_seq(dept(255687,'AF58743')))

    Hi,TongucY
    Compared with the "Referencing Clause with Nested Tables" part of this reference -
    http://psoug.org/reference/instead_of_trigger.html, I found the answer of this
    quesion. That is "CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE " VARRAY_DEPT_SEQ" as[b] varray(930) of
    DEPT". It turns to be a varying array, not a nested table. It should be "CREATE OR
    REPLACE TYPE " VARRAY_DEPT_SEQ" as table of DEPT". That is OK. Thank you very
    much!
    While there is an another question, if I create a varying array like" CREATE OR
    REPLACE TYPE " VARRAY_DEPT_SEQ" as[b] varray(930) of DEPT " and I want to insert
    a record into the varying array, which the record has been existed.The method that
    create a view and a trigger seems not to be effective.
    For instance,
    There is a record in the table
    ID:1020
    CREATE_DATE:2005-10-20
    UPDATE_DATE:2007-2-11
    DETPS: ((10225,AMY))
    I want to ask this record to be
    ID:1020
    CREATE_DATE:2005-10-20
    UPDATE_DATE:2007-2-11
    DETPS: ((10225,AMY),(10558,TOM))
    How should I do?
    Could you please help me?
    Best regards.

  • Nested Tables and Predictable Attributes

    BOL states "The data in a nested table can be used for prediction or for input, or for both. For example, you might have two nested table columns in a model: one nested table column might contain a list of the products that a customer
    has purchased, while the other nested table column contains information about the customer's hobbies and interests, possibly obtained from a survey. In this scenario, you could use the customer's hobbies and interests as an input for analyzing purchasing behavior,
    and predicting likely purchases."
    However I cannot find where it states you cannot use a predictable attribute from a Nested Table within the Neural Network algorithm.
    Can you please tell me why I receive the error "Microsoft Neural Network does not support predictable nested tables" when attempting to process my model with one predictable column in a Nested Table, or am I missing something? The
    same structure works fine for Naive Bayes, Decision Trees etc but not for Neural Network of Logistic Regression.

    Hi Namak,
    Thank you for your question.
    I am trying to involve someone more familiar with this topic for a further look at this issue. Sometime delay might be expected from the job transferring. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you for your understanding and support.
