Error for customer specific Authorization check (User Exit)
Dear Experts,
I am facing a problem in PM.
I have created a maintenace plan for calibration via t code IP42 and mentioned the order type PM05. Scheduling is done for the order. I got the order number.
I have released the order and got the inspection lot number.
While entering the results recording through t code QE17, the reluts are out of the specified range, i have given the valuation Rejected, immediately system is giving an error message as below:
"Error for customer specific Authorization check (User Exit)"
Though there is no user exit activated in the system, this message is coming and not allowing the result recoring for rejection.
If I'm entering the result recording within the specified range, then valuation is Accepted and its allowing to save.
I have checked the following user exits:
QQMA0002: QM: Authorization Check for Entry into Notif. Transaction
QQMA0026: PM/SM: Auth. check when accessing notification transaction.
The above 2 User Exits are not active.
I have also checked a note 429066. But it says incase of any dump for that user exit only its applicable and more over the current version of the system is ECC 6.0 packae 15, where as that note is applicable upto 4.6C.
Please some one help me on this issue.

I have cheked with my technical team, There is no hotpacks updated recently. This is the implementaion project I'm in, so performing the cycle for the first time.
Any how I got it solved, in T code QE17, after entering the Inspection lot in next screen goto menu path Settings - User settings - Defects recording mention the reprt type and tick on Reprt type Changable.
At the time of result recording if the valuation is Rejected then it ask for defects recording close that window if not rwequired then save, the error message no longer apperaing now.

checking some automatic check like 0750 I see in SolMan there are some tabs like Green, Red, Recommendation (0705)
checking the Customer specific auth Checks I found out only some of them.... I would be interested to know if it is possible to configure "something" in order to have the tab Recommendation (9XXX) for Customer specific auth Checks .

I still test and no quit sure if I am doing the right process...what I have done:
use st13 to create my own alerts > 9000.
use st14 for creating the report on target system... I check on the target system and by viewing data of the generated report there is a list of users because security specification > 9000.
export report to SolMan ... successfully
on SolMan ... what are the steps that I have to do?..I am not quit sure ... I go to session workbench ...here there are already some info of the previous check that I did days before ...... I click on the option collect data (ST13, ST14)..I delete the old number and introduce the new GUI Number and click on collect button... the rest of the fields are filled in ... and no additional message appear..
one of the existing entries on the left side is Customer specific Auth check ...it is in red..
being on the collect data (ST13, ST14) entry I just click on save + next open check an the focus/cursor jump automatically to the last entry check session consistency I do not identify any change in the entry Customer specific Auth check which still red and not showing the expected list ( what I see in target system)

Document search error in webshop(Error in authorization check: user unknow)
Hi All
actually we have implemented the document search functionality in webshop to access all the documents in webshop who have created order in the webshop.
actually when i am logging into the portal with userid "skumar" after that there was role called "Document Search" when i click that document search role then the document search will be opened, based on the selections in the selection criteria then the documents will be displayed generally.
actually come to my error when i select in the selection criteria "order acknowledgement" and i select the one more column called "period" after that i click the search button then i am getting the error as follows.
<b>Error in authorization check: user unknown.</b>
Can you please help me where to check the authorizations in the system for accessing the documents.

for Future Periods,eventhough input is past date if the same problem occurs you should check for Su05 Internet USer authoriasations

The scope of the customer-specific authorization object
Dears,
Could someone please feedback about the scope of the customer-specific authorization object; e.g. if we are to create a customer-specific authorization object to replace authorization object P_ORGIN in the HR module, to be able to add an extra authorization field to the newly created authorization object, the scope of the newly create authorization object (which will have a new validation code generated by report RPUACG00) will be the whole ERP system ?
The worry is caused by the fact that P_ORGIN is already used in several authorization roles granted to users in the different ERP modules (i.e. FI, SD, MM, CS), so the replacement would affect these modules.

We are about to implement the HCM module (We are now in the testing
phase), on the same client as that of our SAP ERP implementation.
We need to authorize on the personnel number grouped by 'Payroll Area'
in transactions PA30, PA40
In authorization object P_ORGIN, the field VDSK1 is already used to
authorize on an attribute : cost center (organizational key) for each
organizational unit, so we can't configure it to authorize on other
fields from info type 0001 (e.g. Payroll Area).
We need to continue using the conventional / general authorization and
not the structural authorization, to stay in compliance with our
authorization schema already implemented in our FI, MM, SD & CS modules.
( Also, as per thread : Steps for creating structural authorization profile using trans. OOSP
the structural authorization cannot be used to authorize on Payroll Area.)
We need to go through the HR module implementation without any changes
in the ABAP code.
So, the last way out is the custom-specific authorization object, and as I mentioned before, the authorization object P_ORGIN was already used in other ERP modules; e.g. FI, MM, SD & CS,
( Note : I haven't started yet implementing this solution.)

Where to maintain Turksih translation for customer specific status?

How was your New Year?
I am kindaa of stuck at maintaining translations from English to Turkish. To maintain translation e.g. For Ee grp I go to Table T501 > on the menu GOTO > Translate > select the language > enter Turkish words. but for the following the translate option is coming dim for me. I don't know if there any other place to maintain it. I am having trouble with the following:
- customer specific status Table: VV_T529U_1__AL0 or Prnl mgmt. > Pernl. admn. > Custm proc. > Create cust. Spec. status
- Marital status V_T502T or Prnl. Mgmt. > Prnl. admn. > Personal data > Personal Data > Create Marital Status
- Pay scale type V_t510A or Prsnl mgmt. > Prsnl admn> Payroll data > Basic Pay > Check Pay Scale Type

I was able to do the translation for customer specific status and MArital status. For this, when logging in change the language to Thai > Use Tcode SU3 > on the second tab change the language to Thai. from here, everything comes in Thai. you can easily maintain it from there using your table or through SPRO.

There u will gat the program of that T.code
double click on that one then in the menu bar go to utilities -
> attributes,
Form there get the pakage of thet program
then go to SE80
There in the left and side expand modifications and enhancments in the right side enter pakage name then u will get all the user exits related to that particular tarnsaction

Availability checking user exit at sales order level

1)I want to make Confirm quantity to zero in the sales order level
2)The block confirmation is set to VBEP-BMENG to "0" for each item where VBEP-LIFSP =Z1
Is ther any related USEREXIT in the sales order to make confirm quantity to ZERO
(VBEP-BMENG=0)
Ragumay be you can try putting some logic is MV45AFZZ in USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
or in the exitSDTRM001 - Reschedule schedule lines without a new ATP check.

Unfurtunatly, not all the modification are registered in the log. For ei., You can track the systema status modification, the PR generation, etc. What fields change are you trying to modify?

User List for a specific Authorization Object

i am looking for a way to get a list of all users assigned to a specific Authorization Object with specific values. The FM 'authority_check' is the other way arround and not that what i need. Do someone have an idea.

Problem in filling Custom segment data using User Exit for ZORDERS05
Hi,
I am using Process Code SD10 to generate the custom Idoc ZORDERS05.
The function module used is IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP.
I am able to succesfully generate the Custom Idoc (VA02->Extras->Header->Edit) but unable to populate the custom segments in the IDOC.
I have tried to write the code in User Exit EXIT_SAPLVEDC_003 -> ZXVEDU15. But still I'm unable to populate the Z segments.
Even though I place a break point in the FM or in the User Exit during the generation of Idoc the control doesn't stop in FM nor in the User Exit.
I am unable to understand how to go about this.
Can anybody please help me with this?

Yes that configuration has been done and I am sucessfully able to generate the IDOC.
But even though I know that in FM IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP, I have to write code in User Exit EXIT_SAPLVEDC_003 to populate the Z segments; I'm unable to understand y the control doesn't pick the FM and Exit.
Right now I have code in the Exit to fill Z segments.

Creating line item for a sales order in user exit
Hi
I have to create a line item through user exit "userexit_save_document_prepare" when saving the sales order.I am doing this by appending a row to the internal table XVBAP in the user exit.
The row is getting appended to the internal table but the line item is not getting created in the sales order .I dont getting any error also.
Can anyone tell me what could be the reason for this and is there any other means by which i can create a line item through the user exit.You have to set the creation flag UPDKZ to 'I'.
to correctly use the user exit refer to OSS note 0381348 Using user exit, customer exit, VOFM in SD.

Syntax error on include of Function Module (user exit) EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002
When I do a syntax check in the a routine within inlude ZXRSAU02 of FM EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002, I get an error. This object has been in production so I must be doing the syntax check incorrectly. The error is 'Field i_t_data is unknown. It is neither in one of the specified tatble nor defined by a 'DATA' statement. This is strange because this field is defined in main body of this user exit. Please advise the correct way to do syntax check.

The reason for this might be, though it is used in main body- check the main body is not in the routine. Check the field is declared globally, if not try to check the field assigned to what type, & try to re-assign to same one(like your target place where to update the values, continue to Declare& add accordingly.)

Filling custom VBAK field in user exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001
Hai Experts,
I created code and activated the user exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001.
Via an iDoc i want to fill a custom field which is in VBAK.
EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001 has an changing parameter type dxvbak, after user exit is triggered for the right segment, the custom field is not update in the database tabels!.
Do i need to take further action?!
