Error in EMS - Test failed - BAM-00553: Resources start operation

All:
I am setting up a JMS Module with Foreign Server. I have created 2 Modules....the 2nd one is exactly similar as the first one.
I get an error: Test failed - BAM-00553: Resources start operation for destination jms/BAM01Topic failed when I do the Test for the EMS in BAM Architect.
I have restarted BAM Managed Server and also the WLS server...doesn't help.
Here are the config files:
This works:

  • SQL Developer Connection Error: Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Hi, I'm running the following setup:
    Mac OS X 10.8.4
    Virtual Box 4.2.16 r86992
Oracle Developer Days (don't know the version, just downloaded it)
    SQL Developer 3.2.20.09
Networking is host-only, I tried bridged but that doesn't make a difference for the problem at hand. I can ping my virtual box just fine, telnet to port 1521 looks good too:
    $ ping 192.168.56.101
    PING 192.168.56.101 (192.168.56.101): 56 data bytes

    $ telnet 192.168.56.101 1521

    Connected to 192.168.56.101.
    Escape character is '^]'.

    asdf
    Connection closed by foreign host.
When I create a new connection with sql developer, with the same hostname / IP (192.168.56.101), Port 1521 (didn't change that) and SID orcl, basic connection type, it can't even connect, throwing the error mentioned in the subject:
Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
I have looked at various threads in the forums here but I'm still stymied why the connection seems to be ok, yet sql developer has problems with it. If I create an ssh tunnel so sql developer only has to connect to localhost it works:
    ssh -L 1521:192.168.56.101:1521 -l oracle 192.168.56.101

    Hi Ali,
This may be of varoius reasons..
Is the database that you are connecting on the same PC?
    You have specified Hostname: localhost.
If not please replace it with the IP of that server.
Else please check whether the database listener is started or not. if not please start the listener.
Check the SID by tnsping command.
    Hope this will help you..
    Thanks

    Hi Kenny,
This error seems to indicate the credentials you've specified for the master repo are not working. Either ensure the login works at the repo, or rerun the installer and specify a set of known good credentials there.

  • Interface test fails during mapping - Resource not found

Just upgraded from 7.1 SP8 to EHP1 SP3. Testing of the existing interfaces has been successful. I have created a very simple HTTP -> RFC Sync interface to complete the testing. When testing it in the integration builder I get the following message.
+Unable to find resource 5e0ce8a0-b99a-11de-9eb4-c576ac120353 in the following software component versions: urn:xxxxx.com:PI71com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_ONE_.class-1+
I've checked cache status overview in the ID and ESB and the updates were successful. I've checked the cache (SXI_CACHE) and the objects are there - correct object ID's. I;ve also performed a full cache refresh and that works. I then recreated the objects under a new SWCV and Namespace and get the same problem. It looks like the mapping object cannot be found.  Checks of SDN and SAP help have mentioned a cache problem but we've ruled that out.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

I've just noticed something unusual about the entry in SXI_CACHE. Under mapping the type of mapping appears as 'JAVA_JDK'. When you click on the drop down box next to the entry the possible types of mappings are...
    R3_ABAP
    JAVA
    Xi_TRAFO
    XSLT
    RS_XSLT
I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. I've checked SDN and SAP SUPPORT and I can't find anything.

  • Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted error on ICS file link

When clicking a link to an ICS iCal file on a webpage the error console shows a "Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted" error. Can someone independently confirm this?
The file is downloaded, however, but it does not automatically open in iCal like it should. The console error is fairly new, perhaps in the latest update? We've been trying to get Safari to automatically attempt to open ICS files in Calendar for several months, with various headers and such, without seeing that error. Now we've got two problems.
I read a post somewhere that this error is related to downloading files with "fake" URLs. We have been trying to deliver an ICS file straight from a PHP script, but I have also tested a link directly to an actual ICS file and get the same error.
    Fritz

You can't download any file from any web page?

  • SQL Developer: Failure -Test failed: IO Error: Got minus one from a read ca

SQL Developer: Failure -Test failed: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call
    Hi,
I am sorry I know this is probably most frequently asked question, but I have no idea what I should be searching for.
I looked up the error above to see if i could find a solution, but unfortunately I did not.
Right Let me start of with I am a Total Noob.. well it terms of having to install Oracle 11g myself.
In my University they hosted a database, and assigned us a User & pass thats how I have been using SQL Developer,
but since I am not longer a university student. I need to use Oracle Database.
So I downloaded Oracle 11g Enterprise Installed it on my laptop that i don't use much.
    Name the Database: Rudu
It did all the installation, and seemed to have succeeded, I went on to the https://localhost:1158/em (Though am not sure why em? whats the deal with that? I thought it would be https://localhost:1158/Rudu) anyways....
Logged in using the System user.
Went to Users and created a user called: RUDUHR
Thought yeah its working... went on to my other laptop opened up SQL Developer.
Created Connection with the following Settings
    Con Name: RK
    User: RUDUHR
    Pass: TEST
    Con Type: Basic
    Role: Default
    Hostname: 192.168.0.8
    Port: 1158
    SID: Rudu
It don't work though Why is that??????
192.168.0.8 is laptop that has oracle 11g installed and running.
I even tried using SYSTEM user to connect, but same error
also tried changing SID to em, it made no difference I keep getting the error Status: Failure -Test failed: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call
So ya am clueless... LOL I only know how to create tables and stuff not how to configure a Database.
and just so you know I did forward the port on me router to correct laptop.

It don't work though Why is that??????
192.168.0.8 is laptop that has oracle 11g installed and running.
It is because you don't read documentation.
1158 is the default port for Enterprise Manager
1521 is the default port for Sqlnet.
    Your port number is incorrect.
Needless to say, you can create your tables in EM too.
As per the Forums Etiquette post (first link when you get to this page) it is recommended you read documentation before asking Yet Another Doc Question.

    TangoK, welcome to the forum.
This error message means that your hard drive is failing.  If you get it to boot, you should make a backup of your personal data.  You should replace the drive with one as large or larger for the System Recovery media to work.
For future reference, when requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  We would be able to furnish you with guides to help you Recover the system after the drive is replaced.

Seems like the same issue is still there, that WebLogic does not allow a connection consumer
to be created if it is not running from modules in WebLogic. (see http://dlc.sun.com/pdf//816-5904-10/816-5904-10.pdf section 8.2.4)
Maybe you can try, as a workaround, the synchronous delivery mode of the generic resource adapter,
which is not dependent on the interfaces described in section 8.2.4 of the JMS specification.
deliverytype=synchronousYou can also try posting this in the JMS forum - maybe TomB can put a light on the issue.

  • Failed to create resource - Error in Sun cluster 3.2

    Hi All,
I have a 2 node cluster in place. When i trying to create a resource, i am getting following error.
Can anybody tell me why i am getting this. I have Sun Cluster 3.2 on Solaris 10.
I have created zpool called testpool.
    clrs create -g test-rg -t SUNW.HAStoragePlus -p Zpools=testpool hasp-testpool-res
    clrs: sun011:test011z - : no error
clrs: (C189917) VALIDATE on resource hasp-testpool-res, resource group test-rg, exited with non-zero exit status.
clrs: (C720144) Validation of resource hasp-testpool-res in resource group test-rg on node sun011:test011z failed.
clrs: (C891200) Failed to create resource "hasp-testpool-res".
    Regards
    Kumar

    Thorsten,
testpool created in one of the cluster nodes and is accessible from both the nodes in the cluster. But if it is imported in one node and will not be access from other node. If other node want to get access we need to export and import testpool in other node.
Storage LUNs allocated to testpool are accessible from all the nodes in the cluster and able import and export testpool from all the nodes in the cluster.
    Regards
    Kumar

  • PCI-6052E resource test fails at startup

    Hello,
I am using a PCI-6052E board on an XP machine. The driver is 1.8.2.f0 and MAX version is 3.1.0.3021.
Every time I boot the system, the resource test in MAX fails: the DMA resources do not appear. The board must be reinitialized manually in MAX or through the DAQmxResetDevice function in any program. This works always well and the board can then be used properly.
I would appreciate very much any hint on how to have my board fully ready at startup.
    Thanks a lot.
    Pascal.

    Hello PascalP,
I have first some questions :
What do you mean when you say : "The driver is 1.8.2.f0 "?
Do you receive code error? If yes, can you please send it?
    Please do the following:
    1) When you boot your PC, launch Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). Under devices and interfaces -> Traditional NI-DAQ Devices, right-click on your PCI-6052 and select Properties. Note how many DMA channels are assigned to your board (may have up to 3 channels). Click Test Resources. If the device fails, please continue with (2); otherwise, open up a Test Panel and verify that it works. Then close out of MAX and try running the examples that uses the device to see if you still have the error. If you still see the error, please let me know.
    2) The device is not installed properly. Shutdown the computer, remove the card and reboot. Power down again, add the card, and power up the computer. If it still fails in MAX, continue to 3.
    3) Try switching PCI slots. You may also need to uninstall and reinstall the driver. Be sure to remove the hardware anytime you remove the driver.
    4) Try installing the driver and then adding the card on a different computer.
If after all of this you still have trouble, please let me know what has failed and what operating system you are using and give me more information about you PC.
    Hope this helps.

  • AppContainers_test fails with error during pre-test configuration checks

    Hello,
AppContainers_test fails with error during pre-test configuration checks:
"[FAIL] The machine is not properly configured for testing: the test directory "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\" is not ACL'd to allow execute permission for "APPLICATION PACKAGE AUTHORITY\ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES"
But that kind of permission for APPLICATION PACKAGE AUTHORITY\ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES was allowed, also i tried to allow full access, but error was the same.
In the test WindowsFilteringPlatform_Tests, the same requirement "REQ - Wfp-based products must not block App Container apps operating within their declared network intentions by default" was checked successfully.
How can i pass successfully AppContainers_test?
I installed lastest versions of QFE and filters on my server, but it didn't help.

    Hi M'Alerter,
I have the same issue, have you found a solution to your problem ?
    Cheers,
    Ghalem
