Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT- RECEIVE 1

HI,
While am trying to Configure the HTTP Content Server, its throwing a message as
Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1
ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.
Pls help me out.

It's an rather old thread, but if you allow to pick up on the question which security directory:
I guess the sec directory was meant, because this should usually be the place where certificates are kept by default.
On the other hand it could be the security directory on the content server itself:
\usr\sap\ContentServerSID\security for example
Just a guess.

I executed the transaction SE37, and running the "function modulo" HTTP2_GET. In second step i fill one URL external valid in filed "Absolute URI" Ex: http://www.sap.com
This is the error that it appears:
IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR
When i execute through the program SAPHTTP.exe its function perfectly.
Any idea ?

It seems to me that, as you are saying, I should have some proxy name and service set somewhere else? what do you mean wiht truncated FQHN?

SXI_CACHE Error : if_http_client receive http_communication_failure

I am trying to do a Cache refresh in SXI_CACHE and i am getting an error. The error i am getting is <b>if_http_client receive http_communication_failure</b>
i have maintained in pipeline url of XI-Business system as
<b>http://<hostname>:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry</b> in SLD
I went throught some of the forums and i tried executing
SAI_CACHE_REFRESH ,but i got an error
Program terminated with exception 'CX_AI_CACHE_XMS'

Go to SMICM and check the http services are running correctly or not. Here it should be http port.
Also you can check SICF services. And deactivate and activate again..

I have 2 WFE behing F5 that handles ssl termination too. I have a site abc.xyz.com.
At aam i have
http://abc.xyz.com in default zone and https://abc.xyz.com in internal zone.
AT sharepoint content source; I have both http and https of the above site version.
DNS entry of abc.xyz.com is pointing at VIP in f5 which load balances this site at 2 different ips assigned to each web front end server.
Now when i run search in this content source, searchable item populates but there is error for http request telling An unrecognized HTTP response was received when attempting to crawl this item. Verify whether the item can be accessed using your browser.
Why is this happening?
Is it because requests are coming to f5 as https but search is returning it as http? Will SSL termination removal from f5 solve this issue which i really don't want to do? Will pointing dns entry to two ips in wfe instead of f5 VIP will work?

I have seen a similar post from you, my understanding is that when you ran search in your content source, there was an error. You can take a look at the following thread:

Earlier iTunes (and supporting applications) need to be completely uninstalled before you can install the new version. Here's the complete Apple info on this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
Mobile device application will most likely fail to uninstall, so you would need to visit its location(s) and manually delete the files THEN folder(s). The location of the folders is documented in this link from Apple.

Error when trying to run IF_HTTP_CLIENT- RECEIVE()

I nedd to retrieve a file from any given URL (i.e. http://www.google.com/images/nav_logo4.png) and save it.
I thought that calling if_http_client->receive() method would be ideal, but when I call it I´m always getting exception 'http_communication_failure'.
Transaction SMICM looks good...what else should I check?
I give my source code:
data: client type ref to if_http_client,
      content type string.

How can I download my copy of CS5.5 Design Standard? I keep getting HTTP errors and/or access denied messages.

Alex5555 where are you downloading the installation files from? Have you tried utilizing a different web browser? Is your web browser configured to accept cookies?

HTTP 404 error on ASDM access

I have a cisco ASA 5510 runing IOS version 7.2(5).
I am using asdm-647.bin file for accessing asdm.
But when i do https:\\<ASAIP> , it takes me to user authentication. on entering the username password it gives me the below error.

Oracle IAS 9.0.4 servers are configured to serve up webforms. The Server is configured to run only forms.Is it possible to run report files from this SERVER.

A: Yes
For the error FRM-92101 when using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT, check that the CLASSPATH contains the necessary jar files rwrun.jar and zrclient.jar .

Keep Receiving: Error is: 'Insufficient access rights to perform the operation' When running script

Hello. I have a powershell script I run in our domain to disable AD accounts. Part of that also removes the users from all AD groups. That part of my script however keeps throwing up this Error is: 'Insufficient access rights to perform the operation'
error.
Now from our Exchange server if I run this script with powershell, things work fine. But running it on the domain controller is when I get this error. Thoughts?

Error target device access failure

After my return from a week vacation I have not been able to get my MAC Mini server (late2009) to start up. Now I'm able to run a test, which is running right now, but have received error "target device access failure".
Any help or how I can start up my MAC mini will be greatly appreciate it.

You're not really working with a 10-hour timeline, are you? You can only fit about 60-70 minutes of video on a standard DVD -- maybe twice that on a dual layer disc.
In any event, the best way to find out what's going wrong and when is to use the troubleshooting steps in the FAQs to the right of the forum.

BTW, you're not combining MPEGs and AVIs in the same project, are you?
You definitely want to convert those MPEGs first to AVIs so that only DV-AVIs are going into a project and that project. It will certainly save you a lot of heartache (as well as having to deal with strange interlacing issues) later.
