Error in loading blolb data

hi,
i have a form page where i am hard coding data into a table with the help of a process. I have a blob column in the table and i want to insert the data in to the column of blol.i am not able to do so. my table has following columns

and i am using the process

i removd all the database connectivities from the items directly to the table and hence i want to insert the data runiing the process. the blob data which i am trying to insert is not being inserted. i have all the items in a form which i created manually without any link to the table

Good morning,
I have found that working with BLOBs can be a bit tricky. When you first insert your record, initialize the blob to EMPTY_BLOB() and then do an update to your record, setting DOCUMENT = :P126_DOCUMENT
That has usually cleared any issues I've had with BLOBs.
