Error in MM01 Transaction

Hi All,
when i type transaction code "MM01" the following error is showing.
"Message No: CZ314 : Batch definition level not known system inconsistency"
can any one please give me solution for that.

For Material Valuation
IMG --> Materials Management > Valuation and Account Assignment> Define Price Control for Material Types
Also check whether you have defined the plant or company code as the valuation area in Customizing under
Enterprise Structure> Definition -> Logistics-General> Define Valuation Level.
For Batches
Logistics - General --> Batch Management -->Specify Batch Level and Activate Status Management

    Can't read your code, but what you need would be something like
    CALL TRANSACTION ... USING bdcdata MESSAGES it_messages UPDATE ...
    In messages you will have both succesfully performed steps (field MSGTYP = 'S' ) and the ones which failed (MSGTYP = 'E'),
    so simply loop at that table and create error log based on that messages, then download it.

    Using MATERIAL as BLANK
    Industry sector as Mechanical Engineering and
    Material type as Spare Parts.
    I am getting error like Record 02  01 does not exist in table T133A.

         You can do Edit -> Modification Operations -> Switch Off Modification assistant and then try changing it.

  • Errors in Call Transaction

    Hi all,
    In my program I am trying to handle errors in call transaction method using bdcmsgcoll and format_message.To check this I have given some false data like trying to create materials which are already in mara tables. The data is not updated in the mara tables but No error messages are populated into the bdcmsgcoll structure. The status of all messges is success. How do messages get populated into bdcmsgcoll ?
    I am forwardimng my code too. Can anyone please explain me what's happening ? For what type of errors, Error messages get poplated into bdcmsgcoll ?

  • Error while executing transaction in logic editor

    Hi all,
    When i try to execute a transaction in logic editor in my system i get the following error.
    [DEBUG]: Transaction Complete.
    [ERROR]: Error executing transaction Status (403):ok
    But when i try to exectue the same in a different system,the transaction is sucessfully executed.could anyone help me out with is issue!

    U better try to clear the cache enteries and try this.it may help

    We are facing below error while sending transactions,
    We are able to send successfully OAGIS file to supplier using custom documnet over internet, but in the reports after couple of sceond it showing one blank error.

  • Settlement G/L account Error in CJ88 Transaction

    i am receiving error in CJ88 transaction when I am trying to settle cost. I have created default settlement rule on WBS by enhancement, The G/L Account is also balancesheet account. Error message-- G/L account is not assigned to controlling area.

    Can you  elaborate the error in detail,
    You want settle the WBS to GL right?
    The GL which you are setting the same GL is getting error.
    You have checked the GL in FS00 or FSP0, If you have not checked in FS00 then check in FSSo whether it is extended to Company code.

    Please check the nuber ranges whether that has been selected as external for the Invoicing.
    If external then please check whether the said no range starting from 51 is included in the external no assignment or no?
    If not then yiu may have to add the same no range and then check.

    I have an package with source , data flow and destination to execute on begin and commit.
    in the below i have just used for questioning purpose with diagram removing my Data Flow task explaining my problem
    on execution, i get error as
    [Execute SQL Task] Error: Executing the query "COMMIT TRAN DimCompanyCode" failed with the following error: "The COMMIT TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet"
    property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.
    as mentioned , i have checked the ResultSet, parameters , connection establish.. all are fine.
    Kindly advice on what has to be done.

  • Conversion error in J1IEX transaction

    HI all,
    We are doing upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. After upgrade, when we tried to execute the tcode J1IEX, it returns the following error.
    That is, in J1IEX, we select Capture Excise Invoice -> Goods Receipt -> GR number. After entering this GR number and pressed ENTER key, we get the following error.
    " Conversion error
    Error analysis
        The program has been interrupted and cannot resume.
        Program "SAPLJ1IEX" attempted to display fields on screen 0200.
        An error occurred during the conversion of this data.
    How to correct the error
        There was a conversion error in the output of fields to the screen.
        The formats of the ABAP output field and the screen field may not match.
        Some field types require more space on the screen than in the ABAP
        program. For example, a date output field on the screen requires two
        more characters than the corresponding field in the ABAP program. When
        the date is displayed on the screen, an error occurs resulting in this
        error message.
                      Screen name.............. "SAPLJ1IEX"

                      Screen field............. "J_1IEXITEM-AVB_CREDIT_QTY"

    Is the DYNPRO_FIELD_CONVERSION error in J1IEX transaction (field conversion error in AVB_CREDIT_QTY field under "Exceise Invoice" tab) due to the negative value passed to this AVB_CREDIT_QTY screen field.
    If so, how to correct the negative value problem?

  • TIME_OUT Error in calling transaction IP10

    I would like to ask help from you guys, i am currently handling an error when using transaction IP30 (RISTRA20). The program returns an error (Message No. 00341)stating that the "texts from the batch input are not output. Only a placeholder".
    Hope anyone can help me figure this out.
    Note: In Transaction IP30, Transaction IP10 is being called. The error arises at this point.

    I dont know what transaction are you talking about...
    But if it is TIME_OUT.... you need to check for any OSS Notes available for this problem.
    If not send a product error message to SAP.
    There cannot be anyother solution,,,, if it is time_out.
