Error in receiving data with synchronized 5 USRP2 boards

I am trying to synchronize 5 USRP2 boards and receive data. It works when I choose 'Now' in 'apply timestamp' of 'niUSRP Set Time'. However, when I switch to 'Next Timebase Edge', why doesn't it work? It always comes to be the errer of 'A stream command was issued in the past'. Is it caused by hardware or software? How to fix it?
The test file is in the attachment.
I am also very sure that I have synchronized the boards with a signal generator and a waveform generator. The signal generator generates a 10 MHz signal with amplitude of -5.4 dBm. The generated signal then goes through an amplifier to have a peak-to-peak amplitude from 2.5V to 3V. After that, the output is connected to REF CLOCK ports of the receiver boards through a splitter. The waveform generator creates a square wave with Vpp = 5V, Vp = 5V and frequency of 1 Hz. It connects to PPS IN ports of the receiver boards via a splitter. All cables have the same length.

The challenge is likely the string input at the top of the VI where you select "on next time base edge. Use a comma separated list with each device that has external inputs to PPS. I.e. the first ip address in the list is device 0. So if I had an ip list of 4 boards and the first and third where attached with an external clock (with the other two MIMO cable teathered) then the string would say 0,2 .

The set time vi depends on where it is placed in the task as to which setting you need in the Enum. Now is required before the task is started because even though you have supplied an external source we have not looked at what it is at this point.
After the task has been started Next timebase edge becomes a valid choice because we are now looking for a timebase to use. This makes the below code perfectly valid as an example of what I mean.
I hope this explains the issue

  • Error when extracting data with extractor 2lis_04_matnr - NEED HELP ASAP !!

    Hi experts!
Got an error when extracting data with extractor 2lis_04_matnr.
    System says (short dump):
    DUMP TEXT START----
    Runtime error:    CONNE_IMPORT_WRONG_COMP_TYPE
    Exception:   CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR
Error when attempting to import object "MC04P_0MAT_TAB".
The current ABAP program "SAPLMCEX" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed. This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program. When attempting to import data, it was discovered that the data type of the stored data was not the same as that specified in the program.
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR', was neither caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure  "MCEX_BW_LO_API" "(FUNCTION)".
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:  When importing the object "MC04P_0MAT_TAB", the component no. 5 in the dataset has a different type from the corresponding component of the target object in the program "SAPLMCEX". <b>The data type is "D" in the dataset, but "C" in the program.</b>
    DUMP TEXT END----
Please, can someone explain me how to solve it?
    Really need help ASAP!
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi,
    Check this note: 328181
So you need to delete entries in SM13/LBWQ for application and also detup table content.
And then refill teh set up table.
If you are in production clear the entries by running collective run no of times for this application 04.

Thanks for advance for help .
    Best regards,

    Hello,
LOAD TABLE command was not public - full syntax was never mentioned in any SAP guide on help.sap.com or Market Place (except SAP HANA Pocketbook-DRAFT). Therefore it is SAP internal syntax that can be changed anytime. And I guess this is what happened. Command is either deprecated or having different syntax.
If you need to import CVS file I would suggest to use official way - either IMPORT command (which was also not very public before but since SP03 it is mentioned in SQL Script Guide) or best using SAP HANA Studio import functionality (just be sure you use CVS as type of file).
You can find explanation of both ways in this blog:

Moreover there is no field for Receiving Date in BAPI Goods Movement Header Structure.
Could someone please explain why the date is being reversed as 20.10.0422 instead of appearing as 22.04.2010 and the solution for this problem?

    Hi,
Its a best practice to use the code given below in the unload event of the page or the code can also be written in a button press event so that the disposing is ensured manually(If sessions are in use).
    boReportDocument.Close();
    boReportDocument.Dispose();
    GC.Collect();
Note: boReportDocument is the object of ReportDocument.
This code disposes the report object after using it.

  • SQL Error when adding data with UDO + Form

    Good morning, friends.
Initially, I apologize for any mistakes in my English.
I am developing an addon for a client and now I came across a problem that started happening about 5 days ago:
I customized a MasterData postcodes in B1, I created a UDO (oCNSTCEP) and bind to a form created by the Screen Painter. It is noteworthy that this program has been operating without any problems in the customer environment for at least 3 months. Finally, for reasons unknown to the system now has to give the following message when I insert a new record:
[Microsoft] [SQL Server Native Client 10.0] [SQL Server] Conversion failed When converting the nvarchar value 'oCNSTCEP' to data type int. (CINF)
The strange thing is that the record is written into the UDT corresponding to the UDO. But the error message is given, giving the user the impression that the routine was not completed successfully.
Yesterday you told me what is happening the same error in another form, ie, the way any given recording through UDOs are giving problem.
I searched for this post in SDN and the maximum that I discovered is that it could be happening because of the variable @ object_type in SBO_Notification be as int instead of being as nvarchar (20). I checked the stored procedure and @object_type is nvarchar(20) type.
I would like to help for a solution to this problem. Since now, thank you!
    Sincerely,
    Junior

The error is coming from the stored procedure and is easy to fix,
Anywhere where you check the @object_type, you need to put the value in single quotes.
e.g if your stored proc includes both of these:
    IF @object_type = 17
    IF @object_type = 'oCNSTCEP'
It will fail with the error you mentioned. But if you have:
    IF @object_type = '17'
    IF @object_type = 'oCNSTCEP'
    It will work.

oh I thought of recon. Yes, you have to supply the same date format which is defined in Target Date Format for provisioning. can you update target date format as dd-mmm-yy. Even the given format is same, try once
even verify the parameter Database Date Format parameter for provisioning. It should also have the same value as Target Date Format

  • Error when synchronising data with Active Directory - URGENT

    Hi,
We are currently running on ECC 6, and have a CUA implemented. I am attempting to synch my user data on the CUA with the Active Directory, I'm only updating the SAP database and not writing back to AD.
I have mapped the fields in LDAPMAP, and using the find function through transaction LDAP I'm able to read the data for the relevant fields so the AD user id does have the correct read access to AD
However when I run the RSLDAPSYNC_USER program, the user is created but only the Surname field is populated. Does someone perhaps now what could cause this problem?
    Thanks in advance
    Sujeet

I think I know what you're problem may be.. There is a hard limit or 1000 results for a LDAP search against active directory. And I think you're hitting this limit. One way to test is to narrow your search to one small OU with only 10 users in the OU.
This setting can be changed at the controller and is called "MaxValRange". here's a link to more info <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315071">http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315071</a>
Before you make this change on your domain controller I'd try narrowing the search to a single OU first.

  • Error while receiving data from infrastructure navigator server -- 5.8.3 against distributed vCenter 5.5

    Details...
    New install
vCenter 5.5 build 2026576 in a distributed install, Server A MS SQL only, Server B SSO and web client, Server C Update manager and inventory, Server D vCenter service
    VIN 5.8.3.140 build 2170967
I looked at and tried the recommendations in KB2044117 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCAQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fkb.vmware.com%2Fkb%2F2044117&ei=LZ2dVP_4BcOnNum9gNAK&usg=AFQjCNFJUvvafrHpq5CluejRiVwWD0ZgCQ&sig2=dbADxFpPJ5giAHdYEz_vkA&bvm=bv.82001339,d.eXY
    No good.
I did take a look at /var/log/vadm on the VIN and see several lines of "TCP Connection(xxxx)-Server B's IP com.vmware.vcext.vim.VcConnection -- Connecting to vCenter at Server D's IP" So it looks like it sees the request from the WWW client but then is trying to go to the vCenter service and not back to the WWW client.
I ran into the support assistant not being supported in a distributed vCenter install, and am left wondering if the same is true with VIN...
It also leaves me in a "tough spot" in that the uninstall instructions require access to a working web client interface to VIN which I do not have...
Any ideas as to what else I might try here?

    Solved but not happy!
VIN is not compatible with a web UI that uses standard ports, i.e. TCP 80 and 443. No notes (at least that I seen) in the documents stating this as a requirement.

  • Error while posting data with BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST

    Hi All
I am using BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST to post documents but getting error as 'The document has too many line items (maximum number = 997). Even though my input file has only 900 records.
I tried reducing it to 600 . Even then I am getting same error.
Has anybody come across this , message class BK (829).
I have traced that this message comes from function module  K40C_DOCUMENT_CREATE which is being called internally in the BAPI.
Please help me on this , its urgent.
    Thanks & Regards
    Babita Sharma

Change your code to create 400 line items for each document number. I mean, 1 header for 400 line items.
That way you will have one structure HEADER and 400 lines in table ITEMS.

  • SQL Service Broker 2012: the connection was closed by the remote end, or an error occurred while receiving data: '64(The specified network name is no longer available.)'

Anyone can help with the below issue please? Much appreciated.
We have about 2k+ messages in sys.transmission_queue
Telnet to the ports 4022 is working fine.
Network connectivity has been ruled out.
    The firewalls are OFF.
We also explicitly provided the permissions to the service account on Server A and Server B to the Service broker end points.
    GRANT
    CONNECT ON
    ENDPOINT <broker> <domain\serviceaccount>
Currently for troubleshooting purposes, the DR node is also out of the Availability Group, which means that we right now have only one replica the server is now a traditional cluster.
Important thing to note is when a SQL Server service is restarted, all the messages in the sys.transmission queue is cleared immediately. After about 30-40 minutes, the errors are continued to be seen with the below
    The
    connection was
    closed by the
    remote end,
    or an
    error occurred while
    receiving data:
'64(The specified network name is no longer available.)'

We were able to narrow down the issue to an irrelevant IP coming into play during the data transfer. We tried ssbdiagnose runtime and found this error:

P  29830                                 Could not find the connection to the SQL Server that
corresponds to the routing address tcp://XX.XXX.XXX.199:4022. Ensure the tool is connected to this server to allow investigation of runtime events
The IP that corresponds to routing address is no where configured within the SSB. We are yet unsure why this IP is being referred despite not being configured anywhere. We identified that this IP belongs to one of nodes other SQL Server cluster, which has
no direct relation to the source server. We failed over that irrelevant SQL Server cluster and made another node active and to our surprise, the data from sys.transmission_queue started flowing. Even today we are able to reproduce the issue, if we bring
back this node [XX.XXX.XXX.199] as active. Since, its a high business activity period, we are not investigating further until we get an approved downtime to find the root cause of it.
When we get a approved downtime, we will bring the node [XX.XXX.XXX.199] as active and we will be running Network Monitor, Process Monitor and the SSB Diagnose all in parallel to capture the process/program that is accessing the irrelevant IP.
Once, we are able to nail down the root cause, I will share more information.
