Error in server console.

Hi Folks,
I am getting this exception while running the weblogic server.
it seems to be issue with the spec-version:null. could you please shed some light if you experienced this one earlier.

Your error has nothing to do with spec-version:null. If you correctly specify the java enterprise application specification and implementation versions in your application's manifest/DDs then it won't be printed as null. Looks to me that your ATG application is not properly assembled or deployed and because of it ProfilePropertyServlet is failing. You can check your server logs and post any other errors that you might be getting during server start up.

after finishing the installation, i started the Admin Server and afterwards started the admin server console.

If you want to have an weblogic environment with one domain having server spread across different physical machines , then you will have to perform the installations of the weblogic server separately on all the machines . Also make sure that the version of the Weblogic server you are installing is same across the machines and the directory structure is also exactly same.
In short you will have to perform the below steps :
1 : install the weblogic server on all the machines with exactly same version and same dir structure .
2 : Create domain on MachineA providing all the details of the Managed Server and different machine hostnames.
3 : Start the Admin Server on machineA and then shut down it.
4 : execute the WLST pack command on MachineA creating a domain template JAR file.
5 : copy the create jar file on all the Machines ( B , C , D ) you have to distribute your domain.
6 : Execute the WLST unpack command on all the machines ( B , C , D ) .
7 : Execute the WLST nmEnroll () command on all the machines ( B, C , D ).
8 : Start the Managed Servers on all the machines ( B , C , D )

Director and Server Console Throw Error on Start

Hi all,
It seems that out of the blue we are now experiencing errors whenever we try to open director or server console. The error that we are shown is:
handler feature warm up
We have tried restoring the server backups from a day that it was known to be working. It acted as a temporary solution. There have been no changes to the system configuration or code base, and we then get the error again after a few hours.
Any thoughts on what the issue may be?

This one works for me too.
But I'm still wondering why this work for me for couple of months without this element in web.xml and now suddenly need it.
Problem noticed in eclipse + tomcat so I figured that must be some changes in that configuration that causes need for declaring this listener in web.xml

Getting "The remote server returned an error 503 server unavailable" in azure web jobs

I have created one web
job - on demand schedule under azure web site. This web jobs contains .execmd(i.e.)
Console Application.
I am retrieving the data from SQL Azure database and uploaded the data in sharepoint online lists. (i.e.)I have uploaded the data to several(7) lists in each subsites. I have 3 subsites.
I am getting this error "The remote server returned an error 503 server unavailable", while uploaded the data into lists.

Hi,
Per my understanding, there is an issue when uploading data from SQL Azure database to a SharePoint list in Online environment.
For narrowing down the issue, I suggest you create a Console Application in Visual Studio without accessing the SQL Azure database and upload some sample data to the same SharePoint
list to see if the issue still occurs intermittently.

A number of problems exist including the notorious MacKeeper. Start by removing it according to the instructions below.
Follow these instructions to uninstall MacKeeper. They have been tested with the most recent version of MacKeeper. Earlier versions than the one released in 2012 require more extensive work to uninstall all its components.
If you actually used MacKeeper to alter your system, e.g. "remove excess binaries" or such, you will need to reinstall OS X as well as all your additional software. Uninstalling MacKeeper is insufficient to reverse the corruption it is capable of - once again, that is if you used it.
If you merely installed MacKeeper but did not use it to perform any particular action, the following instructions will suffice.
If you used MacKeeper to encrypt any files or folders, use MacKeeper to un-encrypt them first.
Quit the MacKeeper app if it is running.
Open your Applications folder: Using the Finder's Go menu, select Applications.
Drag the MacKeeper icon from your Applications folder (not the Dock) to the Trash.
You will be asked to authenticate (twice).
You do not need to provide a reason for uninstalling it.
Just click the Uninstall MacKeeper button. You will be asked to authenticate again.
After it uninstalls you may empty the Trash and restart your Mac. All that will remain is an inert log file that does nothing but occupy space on your hard disk.
An apparently modified Hosts file is another concern, which is apparently blocking Adobe software requests to contact its server for whatever reason it needs to do that. If you know the reason for altering Hosts then you can troubleshoot it on the basis of that knowledge. If you do not know the reason, it often occurs as a result of installing pirated or "cracked" software to circumvent its ability to contact an external host to verify their software was legitimately obtained. Don’t install browser extensions unless you understand their purpose. For Safari, go to the Safari menu > Preferences > Extensions. If you see any extensions that you do not recognize or understand, simply click the Uninstall button and they will be gone. For browsers other than Safari, perform the equivalent actions.

You need to be much more circumspect regarding the software you choose to install on your Mac. May I suggest that you review the following setting in System Preferences?

Can't configure Identity Synchronization for Windows through Server Console

Hi everybody!
I am trying to get Sun Java System Directory Server EE talking with Windows Active Directory buy my progress has come to a halt getting Identity Synchronization for Windows 6 configured and working. I would appreciate any hints!
Here are the steps I have taken:
1. I installed Directory Server Enterprise Edition 6.3.1 using native packages, no problems there (in terms of adding resources to directory, browsing them, etc).
2. I installed the Message Queue (3.6 05Q1) that is bundled with the zip archive of DSEE
3. I installed Identitty Synchronization for Windows (6), that is bundled with the zip archive of DSEE
4. Logged into Sun Java System Server Console as per instructions after install.
Here is where I am stuck!
I logged in, but something is really weird! Here is what my structure looks like in the default view:
domain name

++Server Group [desc: Directory Server 6.0 /opt/SUNWdsee/ds6]
++Server Group (1) [var/mps/serverroot]
+++Administration Server
+++Identity Synchronization for Windows [details are totally blank... even icon is an empty blue square!]
This is the second time I went through the process of installing all this stuff, I made sure to pay attention to the installation instructions as best as I could, but I am very new to Solaris and unfortunately am on an extremely tight deadline.
I am suspecting the problem has something to do with ports or directories, but my knowledge of Solaris is not even at a level where I can troubleshoot this by myself. Even if you have some advice that seems stupid to you, please let me hear it! I am pretty stupid, I might benefit from it!!
Please, if anyone has any hints or suggestions, I would love to hear them. Like I said, I configured all this while following the installation guides, but I am worried I missed something or misunderstood something.

Reinstalled this whole thing, and at least I got everything under one server group... still can't access ISW though... it is listed in the leftside pane, but when I click on it the rightside pane goes completely blank.

~If "run the Administration Server from the Server Group" means what I think it means, I can do that with no problem. I can double click on the Administration Server and configure various options, start/stop the server, etc.

It's like it's not making the connection to the ISW server (btw, it is listed as "isw-solaris1"... is this okay? "solaris1" is the hostname for this server). From what I understand after logging in to Server Console as Directory Manager, it should be asking me for a password to access ISW, but I don't any kind of login/password prompt.
I should be logging in to Server Console on the port I configured during ISW installation, right? In my case, port 1390.
We don't have a service plan and I doubt my company would want to spring the cash for it, so I'm pretty much stuck!!

Hi All,
I have created a report in deskI and trying to execute it through WebI on a large database, but it gives the below mentioned error after almost 30 min.
Error:- No server was available to process the request. Please try again later. (Error:RFC 00101)(Error:INF)...
When I run the same report on small database it works fine.
When trying to execute the same report through SDK also it gives the same error.
The SQL only execution timing when the report fails is about 23 min.
What is the reason for this error. can we fix it by changing some configurations on BOXI server.

Following solution might be helpful in resolving the issue.
To resolve the error message
Log on to the Central Management Console as administrator.
Click Servers > Desktop Intelligence Report Server.
Increase the following time-out parameters to at least twice the current value:
Minutes before Idle connection is closed
Minutes before an idle report job is closed
Click Update > Apply.
The report opens successfully.

1642 Error on Radius Console

In testing our new BM38 Radius servers I've noticed some strange error
reporting on the console.
If the shared secret is incorrect we get a 1642 error on the server console.
Likewise, if the password for the user is incorrect, we get the 1642 error.
Seems like the server should report back a more descriptive error, like
"Invalid secret" or "Invalid password" in either of these scenarios. BM36
would correctly report when a user typed the wrong password, any ideas how
to make BM38 behave the same way?

Uanble to open the App server console after installing the Oracle soa suite

Hello,
after installing the oracle soa suite 10.3.1.0 we are unable to open the application server console. it gives "page not found" error.
We have installed on a Win2000 server instance.
We have selected all the default values while installing.

We had the same problem today:
1. From cmnd line, from your ...\opmn\bin directory run "opmnctl startall".
2. That will tell you where the log files are and what they're called. If the log file error was like mine, "Could not reserve enough space for your object heap.", then you need to try setting your maxpermsize=128 in oc4j_opmn.xml and opmn.xml
This resolved the issue for me, hope it helps.

Installation error: Weblogic Server 10.0 MP2

Dear All,
Installing weblogic 10.0 MP2 gave the following error *"Exception in thread 'Thread 26' java.lang.OutOfMemoryError Java Heap Space"*
The installation progress bar stops at 92% . I tried to install many times and am not successfull.
Please help/provide suggestions on how to solve the intallation error.
Processor: Intel Quad core 64bit
OS: windows server 2008 R2 64 bit
Java: JDK 1.5 update 21 64 bit

The issue I am facing is with weblogic server 10.0 MP2 with java 1.5 update 21.Please note that I am not able to start the weblogic server and hence unable to create the domains(version:weblogic server 10.0 MP2).Please advice/suggest on what actions to be performed. Thanks.

Http500 when trying to access URL for Oracle Application Server Console

We have a new install of R12.1.0 on Windows 2003 R2 (32bit). The Applications seem to work fine. Users can access the R12 applications and submit jobs.
We need to configure a new oc4j instance, so we are trying to access the Oracle Applications Server Console for the first time. After entering the URL below, we encounter an Http 500 error. The Application server console service is running.

Admin server console forbidden

in weblogic 11gR , in user projects, base-domain when click on Admin server console, in browser I will have HTTP 403 Forbidden. And in cmd box of start Admin server I have :

If you have Configuration Auditing enabled ( Domain -> Archive Configuration Count value greater than 0 )
- "The number of archival versions of config.xml saved by the Administration Server each time the domain configuration is modified." -
you would have older / backup copies of the config.xml created ( in the domain_home / configArchive.
If you are only maintaining 1 copy of config.xml, it is more difficult to restore a working version.
Is the console enabled in your config.xml?
