Error Installing Eclipse

hi all
have jdk1.4 installed on my m/c as well in classpath i.e.
.;C:\Java1.4\j2sdk1.4.0-rc\lib;C:\Jdbc\classes12.jar;C:\Jdbc;mysqlcc-0.9.4-win32[1].zip;C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin\javaw.exe;
I am installing Eclipse.
i m getting the error
MESSAGE Exception launching the Eclipse Platform:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not find framework

i have even used -vm option
C:\EclipseOrg\eclipse>eclipse -vm C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin\javaw.exe;
but not working , getting the error
A Java Runtime or Java Development Kit must be availabale to run Eclipse , No Java Virtual Machinewas found after searching C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin\javaw.exe
what should i do?

Probably the 2 different Java versions here are confusing Eclipse and causing the problem:
