Error Message 4261 when burning cd's

Question

I have tried several different things to try to get this corrected. itunes will start burning a cd - get through 3 or 4 songs and then cancel the burn. The following is the diagnostics message:

The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4261(0x000010a5). It happened on drive F: HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B on CDR media at speed 16X.
I have updated all the drivers and chipsets, as far as I know. Please help!!!
