Error Message in CS6 Indesign

When i place a pdf in Indesign CS6, I get an error message:
"Cannot cropt to Trim box. Either the trim box is not defined, or is empty"
Any ideas on what this is referring to or what causes this issue...

When you place a PDF, there's a little checkbox in the lower-left: "Show Import Options." Check that box when placing your PDF. In the "General" tab of your import options dialog, you'll see a "Crop to" dropdown. There are a bunch of options. I'm guessing that "Trim" is selected by default. We have no idea how that PDF you are trying to place was made - but it certainly sounds like the trim box is not defined. If you have no idea what any of those crop options are, read up on 'em. If you don't care - try Bounding Box (the normal default), or Media.

Error Message with Adobe Indesign CS6 on Mac

Hello,
I just downloaded Adobe Sets CS6 on my Mac.
All other programs works with no problem except for InDesign CS6.
It pops up a message saying Errors if I tried to open InDesign CS6.
What should I do?

Error message when installing Indesign CS3 trial. I need help ASAP

I have searched the forums and adobe.com and have tried everything that I saw. None of it worked for me. I have tried and tried to install Indesign CS3 trial. I keep getting the error message: Indesign has encountered a problem and must close.
I have windows XP and plenty of RAM. What can the problem be? I have done everything I can think of to do. I added more memory and did everything the forums said to try. I really need this for my class. I am getting behind. I cannot afford to buy the program. Please help!!!!!

If you scroll down you'll see there's Windows info there, too. Aside from being sure the fonts are activated, you might try renaming the Sing folder, which should be in Program Files\Common\Adobe.
You could also try Help > Configure Plugins and disable the Sing.apln, but I don't know how you can get there if the program won't start. Maybe going to the Adobe InDesign CS3\Plug-Ins\Text folder and changing the name from SING.apln to SING.bak would do the trick.
If it's really the SING problem, that ought to fix it, but you won't be able to work with Oriental languages.

Error message Photoshop CS6 won't start in Windows 7

I am unable to start Photoshop in Windows 7 (64 bit Home Premium). I gegt an error message saying Photoshop CS6 won't start and telling me to close the program. Is this a common problem and is there a solution? I have tried opening the program in safe mode and tried a clean boot all without success.

Error messages when opening InDesign files

I have CS5 through the Adobe Master Collection but since last Monday whenever I try to open a document... either by File > Open or right clicking on the file, I get an error message saying I don't have the following:
TEXT.RPLN
GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN
GRAPHICS.RPLN
XML.RPLN
HYPERLINKS.RPLN
FORMFIELD.RPLN
DOCUMENT FRAMEWORK.RPLN
DYNAMICDOCUMENTS.RPLN
SHAREDCONTENT.RPLN
I have seen online and through the help desk and they said to try this page and I don't know what I should be looking out for to download.
Online chat said to come here for answers and until I sort this out I can't do any Indesign work.
Can anyone help?

I downloaded CS6 and everytime i try to add a shape I get a program error message

Why would you respond to a post in which an expert asks you to provide system info without doing so?
I hope updating to 13.0.1 as Chris has suggested fixes the problem for you, but if it doesn't would you please consider providing all the detailed info you'd wish someone asking YOU for help would give. Maybe even post a screen grab showing the error. No one has a crystal ball here. Even if they did, it would read out...

Error message when opening Indesign CS3

After using Indesign CS3 without trouble for several years, today I reloaded it onto a new PC (generally identical to the old; a little more powerful) but when starting it up, keep getting the message 'Error 45. Error String - Object invalid'. Reference is made to line 387 and then line 345. When a new document is opened, the programme just hangs. I have never experienced anything like this before.
I have removed the programme from the system (Win 7) and reinstalled it but the error continues.
Any ideas?

My recollection is this is a Suitcase error. There was a thread about it here a few months ago, I believe, and I think an update to Suitcase fixed it.

Printer Error message in CS6

I am running CS6 on my Imac with 10.9.2. I just upgraded to Mavericks last week and I now cannot print from Photoshop to my Epson 7890 (or any printer, actually). I get the following message: "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have relaunched Photoshop multiple times and restarted my compter, checked all of my printer settings, all with no positive results (Illustrator CS6 seems to work fine). I looked on other forums with this same message, but all of the participants seem to be running on CC. I do not know if this makes any difference? I could re-install but would only do this as a lst resort. Thank you!

Error message photoshop CS6

.i am using iMac maverick 10.9 and photoshop CS6 trying to print and this error pops up There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents. i have reinstall my drivers and reset the photoshop preference. can anyone please help me. i contacted adobe to honest they were not that helpful

Keep getting error message and told "Indesign Needs to Close" with no other information

Hi All - I recently upgraded to Indesign CC and have nothing but issues. The program constantly errors out and says it "needs to close" with no other explanation. I finally was able to finish my document by constantly restarting my computer and am now unable to export to PDF. Just keep getting that error. After a dozen tries it did finally complete export but the file is absurdly huge and I am unable to drop it into my printers ftp:

Error message installing CS6

I have just installed the Master Collection CS6. At the end of installation, it showed a few as successful, but also had "Some items for the following products could not be installed successfully: En Au Sg Pr Ae Fl Dw Fw Id Pl" I have run the updates, and have opened each of the programs... and haven't gotten any errors during this.
Any ideas why the installation error(s) came up?

Thanks to your directions, I have found the compressed files, copied them to a normal folder, then started with this one.
Let me know if there is something that needs to be done to make it right….

Error message 1334 during InDesign download

Full text: "Error 1334, the file '_9286D2A8AF78417EA49CE08BB20D1EB9' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab.

Bridge error message in CS6

Bij het openen van de Bridge worden de foto's getoond en stopt met een foutmelding " adobe GS6" is onverwachts gestopt ?

While having very less experience with Web Gallery I used Bridge CC (same output module as CS6) to create one with 42 files in a journal with filmstrip without problems
The preview only is capable of showing 20 max but saving the file to my drive I had no problem viewing it in my browser with all 42 files.
I have a Mac with OSX 10.8 and Bridge CC
Can you provide more details about your set up?
Did it work before?
Are all the files able t pen and view in PS, are they not to big, what file type and size are you using?
