Error: MigrationPermanentException: Warning: Target mailbox unlock
Hi,
I'm migrating some users from one Exchange 2013 SP1 CU6 database to another one. Some users fail with warnings:
Error: MigrationPermanentException: Warning: Target mailbox unlock operation was not replicated. If a lossy failover occurs after the target mailbox was unlocked, the target mailbox could remain inaccessible. Error
details: Mailbox changes failed to replicate. Database doesn't satisfy the constraint SecondCopy because the commit time 7/12/2014 4:22:54 PM isn't guaranteed by replication time 7/12/2014 4:14:25 PM.
Part of the problem is likely that on the passive DAG member, the Microsoft Exchange Migration Workflow service keeps crashing and restarting.
I migrated probably 300 users no problem prior to CU6 (we were on CU4/SP1), this issue now happens on 1/10 migrated users. As far as I've seen, this causes the users no issues what so ever, however I haven't had a fail over to the passive DAG member since
these migrations.
Simply re-running the migration jobs don't help. Thinking of CU7 but can't see anything in the release notes mentioning this at all.

From your description, I recommend you run the Resume-ClusterNode cmdlet to resume the node from the paused state or brings back drained workloads to the node and check the result.

Based on the description, the mailboxes moved successfully with warning seems normal, is it right?
What's your Exchange version?
I searched and found that the issue you experienced with moving mailbox is a known issue in Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3. I recommend you install the latest rollups.
If your Exchange version is Exchange 2010 SP3 or later, please check if there is any issue about AD replication. By default, moving mailbox in the same site, the homeMDB attribute change will be replicated to all DCs immediately. But the inter-site is 15
minutes.
If the issue persists, please check if there is any related events in the application log.

a) Do the directory where you extracted your software (Disk1) and under Disk1 you should see following folders. Is WT.zip present ?

b) As Courtney mentioned, you ignore a pre-req failure and i suspect that you do not have glibc package on your host.
Go through the requires packages from -http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/install.121/e22624/preinstall_req_packages.htm#CHDEHHCA

Hi,
I am trying to install Oracle 10.2.0.1(64 bit) on RHEL 4.0(2.6.9-5.ELsmp). When installation was on linking stage i got three error messages which are given below.
(1)Error in invoking target 'install' of makefile '/oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_2/ctx/lib/ins_ctx.mk'.
(2)Error in invoking target 'agent nmo nmb' of makefile '/oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_2/sysman/lib/ins_sysman.mk'.
(3)Error in invoking target 'all_no_orcl' of makefile '/oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_2/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk'
Due to this errors, installation of Oracle was not successfull. Can you please tell me what is causing this errors?
I have followed all steps given on following link eventhough it is throwing these errors.

RJivMake sure you have followed all steps according to the platform's install guide and you have met all prerequisites (verify all required install packages and in case you have done so, don't skip the prerequisites warning). It could also be an issue with the 64 bit library path.

During installing Oracle 8i EE on mandrake Linux 7.0, at the point of linking oracle protocol support 8.1.6.1.0 ,while Linking in progress I got the following message box

Fatal error MapiExceptionNoSupport when moving mailbox
I am running Exchange 2010 SP3 UR7. I am migrating all Exchange 2010 mailboxes from an older Exchange 2010 mailbox server to a newer Exchange 2010 Server and all have been migrated except for one mailbox.
The local mailbox move request for this one mailbox continually fails. The error message is "Fatal error MapiExceptionNoSupport has occurred". I ran a New-MailboxRepairRequest and it did not detect any errors. I have done the following all of which
has failed:
1. Upgraded the servers to Exchange 2010 SP3 UR7.
2. Created a new mailbox database on the source mailbox server and tried to move the mailbox to it. This failed.
3. Ran an Exchange 2010 "New-MailboxRepairRequest" command on the mailbox. No errors were reported.
4. I successfully am able to export the mailbox to a pst file. I don't want to delete the mailbox, create a new mailbox, and import the pst file into it because this will break the user's Outlook profile, meeting requests, and message replies.
The only other things I can think of trying is to remove all the contents of the mailbox, try to move the empty mailbox and then import the pst file back into the mailbox. Another is to try an offline defrag on the database with the eseutil command. I am not
sure if they will help or not. I came across the ExFolders tools that lets you “clear permissions” but in looking at the permissions of the mailbox I see no issue and I am not sure what permissions I should clear.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply. I ran Exfolders and I did find other SID's in the freebusy data folder so I did a "clear permissions" in Exfolders to reset it. I checked the calendar and those permissions were fine. Unfortunately it
still fails. It fails at 95 percent as it did before. I tried to move the mailbox to a database on the same source server and it still fails. Here is the log.
Any other ideas of where I can check?

but now it throws another error saying that
The log says "ORA-12003: materialized view "SYSMAN"."MGMT_ECM_MD_ALL_TBL_COLUMNS" does not exist" during the OMS Upgrade using graphical mode.
We are not sure if that Materialized view ever exists on it or not.
Please advise

I'd then run Test-Servicehealth to check services are all responding.

Mailbox move completes but get "Failed to reset the target mailbox after the move" 481/481
moving a mailbox from exchange 2013 to exchange 2010: it completes but the process tries to reset the target mailbox as a final step about 481 times then gives permanent exception error:

Target mailbox reset operation was not replicated. Error: TargetMailboxConnectionWasLostPermanentException
Anand_NI have tried moving several different accounts, none of them admin accounts, all getting the same error. I am logged in as domain admin with full rights to exchange. The issue occurs when moving mailboxes from exchange 2013 to exchange 2010.

If any more information is necessary please request and I will provide, as you can see there is more than enough memory and disk space for the installation. The only exception being that I am using a different 'oraInventory', 'gridhome', and 'oraBase'. I have looked closely at the output and the problem seems to be a file called 'ljavavm12', I have highlighted the line in bold above in the log output. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

for anyone else having the same problem, here is how it was resolved:
ljavavm12 is part of libjavavm12.a, for some reason this file was not copied into the $GRID_HOME, after doing so make went through fine.

I tried to compile my .sln with VS2010 but I had this error.
error MSB4057: The target "PlatformPrepareForBuild" does not exist in the project.
It occurs only compiling with win32 configuration but not with x64 one.
Ideas?
