 We tried to execute a Web Report by clicking on Push button by generating a Javascript code using wizard in Javascript Web Item. Here is the full description of the error,

We suspect the error is with the SAP generated Javascript code, if anyone facing the same issue and solved the problem please share your information.

To add more to what Vijay has described, we are trying out the following.
We have a Web template that has 4 drop downs, an execute button and a report item. Based on the values in the drop down, we would like to set the report dynamically in the report item.
We have tried this using the Command Instructions and it has worked successfully. If the execute button has a command instruction to set the report in the report item at runtime, this works perfectly. If we replace the command instruction with a Javascrip generated by the wizard, we get the error described by Vijay.
From what we could gather, the addParameter and setChildList set of Javascript APIs are generated correctly to build the hierarchy as described by the command instructions. Unfortunately at one level that has the REPORT_DATA_BINDING node, the generated Javascript results in the following

whereas SAP requires the following
<param name="REPORT_DATA_BINDING" value="" index="1">
As this is all generated by the Javascript Wizard, we feel it is a bug.
It would be great if somebody can try this out on their system (We are using SP11) to indicate it its a consistent problem or something that we are only facing.

Hello, I am trying to complie some C code for some applications I am working on in labview (I am using Labview 2012 64bit).
When I try to build my code in Visual C++ 2010 ( I have set it up to be able to use x64) I get the following fatal error:
nivision.lib(StartupShutdown.obj) : fatal error LNK1112: module machine type 'X86' conflicts with target machine type 'x64'
Which I understand that .lib does not have a 64bit compatability. However, if I were to use 32bit code, how can I link/emulate it to my 64bit labview? Is there a good tutorial on this application? The problem is the rest of my application uses and requires 64bit labview, so I am stuck in this enviroment.

The LabVIEW API in Vision Development Module has functions that let you get access to all those parameters as well as the raw image data pointer. A common design is to query those items on the LabVIEW diagram and then pass them to your DLL. This would mean you wouldn't need to make any calls into the Vision DLL from your C code.
As for examples showing how to use shared variables, keep in mind that it isn't just like doing a function call. The more appropriate way to think of it would be communicating with another VI by getting and setting controls and indicators while it runs. You could put all your arguments into a shared variable and set a boolean indicating it is ready, then wait for another boolean to go high indicating the other code has finished and placed its results in another shared variable. Your application code interacts with the shared variables just like a control/indicator/local variable. This of course is a simple description and I would not be surprised if there are well-defined frameworks/examples searchable in the forums that use shared variables in this manner.

Im trying to setup the opencv for c++ in visual studio i have completed setting it up. when i run the sample code i get the error as

I have set also x64 instead of win32 default but still its not working the lib of open cv are all 64bit

I am getting the following error while executing BW report in BEx Analyzer:

Please help me to resolve the issue.

I had a request who works fine since one year and these last two days i have a CX_SY_EXPORT_NO_SHARED_MEMORY.
I tried many things like rebuild indexes, reload stats oracle .. but these actions didn't solve my problem.
I didn't want to modify parameter via RZ11 because this request was working fine before and the system is stable (no more user or more activity than the past)
I solved the situation by a deletion of Olap cache.
So:
Try to delete the OLAP cache by the RSRCACHE and reload again yu request (but be care because yu will erased the cache for all Bex request..)

I am working on an interface which picks up file uploaded in a XI server and process it. The Function module used is a Z function module, developed locally.
I am uploading an tab limited file in XI server and a background job processes the file. The tab limited file contains Payelement Transaction ID as primary key. And after validation of elements like WBS element, cost center etc the file is posted using BAPI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST. And all the Payelement Trans Ids are also replicated in a Z table, with there status viz. Success or Error or Warning.
After background job was completed, we found in Tcode SXMB_MONI that the file was in error.
The error message was :
Error during proxy processing An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists.
But to my dismay, I found that some of the Payelement Trans Ids were posted for a document and are also replicated in my Z table.
From the error it seems that we are inserting a record that is already there in the document. I have checked in for BAPI's input parameter, there is nothing duplicate.
Note: Insertion in Z table is made after the BAPI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.
Can you help me out in this issue as it is now getting into veins

Even we have faced this kind of issue. In order to solve this just write the following code:
1) Before inserting records in to Z table, write one select query on that table with primary key fields in where clause. Pass the value that are returned by BAPI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST to the key field.
2) If sy-subrc = 4, insert records in Z table else Continue and dont insert records in this table.
This will solve your problem.

Okay, folks, after a 3 1/2 hour phone call with a (very patient) telephone support person at Blackberry, here's what I learned.
You can check your USB drivers this way:
Plug in your phone into your USB drive. Assuming your Blackberry is "seen" by your computer...
Go into the Device Manager on your computer (control panel)
Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers item on the bottom of the list
Right-click on BlackBerry Smartphone and choose Properties
Click on the Driver tab
Click on the Driver Details button
You should see one driver. I saw two. The one the BlackBerry likes is the RimUsb one.
So here's what NOT to do: We tossed the entire driver that was the "extra". This effectively made using my mouse and keyboard impossible, as they are USB, and sent my poor husband into the basement to find a million-year-old keyboard (and then a mouse) with the old fashioned kind of connectors (PS2). Bleh. Don't do that.
Here's what I did that worked (not saything this will work for you -- this modifies the Registry so better do a system backup with that backup and restore if you're nervous about this sort of thing):
From the start menu, choose run, and type regedit to get into the Registry editor.
Follow this file path: Computer, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SYSTEM, CurrentControlSet, Control, Class
Click on: {36FCE60-C465-11CF-8056-4445535400000}
If there's an item on the right called "UpperFilters", delete it. (see pictures)

 Now the problem is solved. I had also created a message with service market place for the above mentioned problem.
Solution: While upgrading the TREX, it has overwritten the "TREXIndexServer.ini", we restored it from the backup & the error was resolved.

I have checked the support package level which is 15 for BI 7.0 . I am quite sure that that it is
not problem due to support package.

While checking DTP I have found following message
The selection criteria for the DTP to be activated overlap with the selection criteria of DTP DTP_D5XAEHUGDAMPMWNH63Y1SZX6C in field , for example, with regard to value . Delta transfer from a source object to a target object is only allowed to transfer each record oncce. However, this cannot be guaranteed if two DTPs have overlapping selection criteria with the 'Delta' extraction mode.
System Response
You cannot activate the DTP with the current selection criteria.
Procedure
Restrict the selection criteria so that they do not overlap with the selection criteria for DTP DTP_D5XAEHUGDAMPMWNH63Y1SZX6C.

Request 0 of type 38 failed with server error - but it worked anyway

I'm trying to modify the rights that a certain group has on a certain folder. When I modify the rights (in Assign Security in the CMC) and click OK, I get the error:
An error occurred at the server during security batch commit: Request 0 of type 38 failed with server error : You do not have sufficient rights to make the requested security changes
However, when I click cancel and View Security, I can see that the change actually worked. Why do I get this error? Is there some right that I need to be assigned in order to stop getting the error?
I'm logging in with a test ID that has the following rights on the folder:
     Add objects to the folder
     Copy objects to another folder
     Delete instances
     Delete objects
     Edit objects
     Reschedule instances
     Schedule document to run
     Schedule to destinations
     Securely modify right inheritance settings
     Securely modify rights users have to objects
     View document instances
     View objects
The test ID has the following rights on the group:
     Add objects to the folder
     Delete objects that the user owns
     Edit objects that the user owns
     View objects
We're using XI 3.1; I've gotten the error when testing this in both FP 1.6 and FP 2.3. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I just realized that I need to correct what I said. The rights that the ID has to the group are as follows (more rights than I mentioned originally):
Add objects to the folder
Delete objects
Delete objects that the user owns
Edit objects
Edit objects that the user owns
Securely modify rights users have to objects

ERROR: Parameter type of 'ReturnMessages' must be a build-in type

Hello!
I create an outbound and inbound flug from a view to another embedded controller interface view. The plug has couple parameters type string. But there is a parameter named "ReturnMessages" which hold an array of errors. The type of this parameter is ArrayList of java.Ultil.ArrayList.
When i do a build, it gives me an error: Parameter type of 'ReturnMessages' must be a build-in type. The build-in type is the primative type like string, int, date, ... but not ArrayList.
1) How do i fix this issue?
2) Is it some kind of bug of the NDS tool? I use the SS15 support pack. The reason i wonder if it is a bug or not because the tool does allow me to pick a parameter type ArrayList and it gives me an error saying that i can't use it.

I think EP6.0 wont support it for ArrayList.
But there is a workaround for this.
For that you can use String(All Error Msgs) with delimiters(@@@). But in the response view, create a StringTokenizer using this String with Delimiters.
Ex;-
StringTokenizer st = new StringTokenizer(String errors,"@@@");
Correct me, if there is another solution for this.
