Error seen in table used for creating report being sent to BW

we use customised table in creting a delivery report which is then being sent to BW. In order there is only one line item as well as in the delivery.. the item is warehouse managed material that is why in delivery, it reflects there that it picks from several bins/pallets to fulfill the ordered quantity... but when we run the order in a custimised table to create a report for BW.. it has more than 10 line items (only one material) compared to only one line item in order... all the line item in table does not fulfill the ordered quantity but they are in descending order... Is this normal/wrong? Why did it happen?

Hi Ashok,
this is easy to do.
Open Two SAP Screen with same user ID.
Run SQL trace using ST05 transaction.Open ST05 transaction in One and make
Trace on ,Run the report in another screen.
Once report run is over.End the trace process and click on display trace in same ST05 transaction.There is a click button on ST05 Transaction screen to start trace
process,End trace process and Display track process.
The SQL trace will give you all the table details which is used in that particular report.
You have not mentioned about the report name so I have suggested this way.

Error reading cluster table COIX for report 13BUD1A

Hi All,
We have issue when display report 13BUD1A using t.code CJE0 in ECC6 system. The error message appear as per below:-
Error reading cluster table COIX for report 13BUD1A (ID=13BUD1A KP 01RPSCO_X 0)
Message no. KH050
Diagnosis
The report structure for report 13BUD1A is stored in the cluster table COIX. An error occurred while the system was reading this data (ID = 13BUD1A KP 01RPSCO_X 0).
Table TKEB1 (Report List) contains administration information for report 13BUD1A. Consequently, table TKEB1 has an entry for the report, but table COIX does not.
The error may have resulted following a transport -- COIX has not yet been transported to the current client but TKEB1 is already there.
Procedure
If it is a transport problem, see if you can execute report 13BUD1A in client 000. If so, import it to the current client again.
If it is not a transport problem, delete report 13BUD1A from Tables TKEB1 and TKEB2.
Need you advice, how can we solve this error.

You can create an executable program which can have CALL TRANSACTION BDC code. And this can be run in background.
What do you exactly mean by Error handling for Items in table control. Can you give some more details.

Tables used when creating a sales return with and without refrence

                I am developing a report to display sales order and sales return created from one partiular storage location and for one particular division. I need to get the tables used when creating the sales order and the sales return's.
               For sale order I would be using VBAK and VBAP but for sale return with refrence and without refrence i am not sure which tables to look for.
