Hi,
I faced the same issue.
I fixed it by searching the missing file (In my case MyEO.xml which is a removed file) using JDeveloper (Menu Search/Search Files...).
It found an occurence in the related .jpr file.
In the .jpr, I deleted the related lines:
<Item>
<Key class="java.net.URL" path="xx/oracle/apps/.../MyEO.xml"/>
<Value idref="15"/>
</Item>
That's it.

This is fun BTW. Two days and two different silly errors applying themselves arbitrarily. Yesterday was the network, today its this.

heres the fix i used for on a Mac
1. While in the Finder, select the menu command Finder > Preferences.
2. In the General panel, ensure the option "Connected Servers" is selected under the heading "Show these items on the desktop:", then close the preferences dialog box.
3. Choose the menu command Finder > Hide Others.
4. Close all open Finder windows to ensure you can see all items on your desktop.
5. If you locate what appears to be a mounted volume with the name "Users", Control + Click on its icon and choose the contextual menu command Eject "Users".
6. Add or update your article(s).
7. Cross fingers
8. If doesn't work ask for a refund

Error "a qualifying copy of logic or mainstage was not found"

Hi,
I write from Chile, South America. I hope someone of you can help me.
I have problems to install Logic Pro X, When I was installing the program (after downloading the basic content) battery I just MAC and this is shutting down (did not have the charger).
Then when I went back to try to install the progress bar always stays in "installing"
Manually downloaded the "ProAudioCoreContent 10, but when I try to install it tells me" a qualifying copy of logic or mainstage was not found "
Someone of you know that you can do in this case?
I hope someone can help me.

I try, try deleting any file outside logic pro X, but when trying to install again, the progress bar stays in "installing" and the processor running full.
As that is processing information, delete information that maybe I do not know where it is on the Mac.

Unable to access ANSWERS due to Request XML not found

Some of our users get a error msg "RequestXML not found" when they go to Answers. While in Answers they do not get the left frame showing My Folders, Shared Folders, etc.(they see an empty catalog). On the right hand side they see the list of subject areas, but when they select one, they get again "RequestXML not found" message.
Issue happens with both IE6 and IE7; works OK with Firefox. Oracle support has recommended to check IE's Proxy settings. This is not the case because these users have blank proxy settings.

I think it is related to time out settings of IE. Try reducing the security level of IE to the lowest level and try it out. Do the users, who get the error message, get it every time they log into answers? Or does this happen intermittently?

IWEB RSS error, the file is uploaded though...xml not found!

I get the folling error...
When I click on RSS Subscribe...
"....Not Found
The requested URL /public_html/Site/Blog/rss.xml was not found on this server......."
and yet the xml file is indeed there.
Any ideas?

What do you mean by "not take"? Would not upload?
Doesn't show up in your browser? Make sure you
clear your browser cache.
It took the server a few minutes to catch up - of course i refreshed....

Build error 'CFURLGetFSRef failed - maybe the output directory doesn't exist?' Eclipse

I downloaded and installed the Adobe InDesign Plug-in Editor as an Eclipse distribution, the InDesign SDK and XCode on my iBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.4.10. Creating an InDesign project works fine. I only have to drag-and-drop elements on a form and add some actions.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Ant Build working. I followed the video-tutorials on the Adobe labs site, but I'm still getting this error:
CFURLGetFSRef failed - maybe the output directory doesn't exist?
The error seems to be in the "/Adobe InDesign CS3 Products SDK/devtools/bin/odfrc-cmd" file. I guess it's a SDK problem.
Does anyone know what the reason is for this error? And maybe how I can fix it?

Microsoft.WebApplication.targets 182 5 error MSB3030 Could not copy the file because it was not found

We use Visual Studio Online and the integrated continuous integration (build server) from Microsoft. We have a solution that contains multiple projects two of which are latest MVC projects. I updated a bunch of our Nuget packages yesterday and now we are
getting a build error one of our MVC projects. Any help is greatly appreciated as I have exhausted my resources trying to understand why the error is occurring!
We use nuget for our external libraries, the solution and projects and set to use Nuget Restore (no packages persisted in TFS).
We updated Angular to the latest version using Nuget updates inside of visual studio. Here an excerpt from packages.config in the project file. The first block is what was found in the packages.config before the update and the second block is after the
update.

I looked at the change log of my check-in and noticed that the errors occur for Angular script references that were updated. New angular references (adds in the TFS changeset) are being copied without errors. Example: angular-animate.js was edited
in the Angular update in TFS but angular-aria.js is a new file in the package so new file in TFS.
Using Source Control Explorer I verified the location of the files, the new and the existing files from the Angular nuget package can all be found in the Scripts folder of the MVC project. I can also view the content of each file file without issue.
The references in the project file (csproj) are all consistent too, I can't see any differences between the files that cause failure and those that do not. The following block is a direct copy/paste from the csproj file

Hi Igor,
For your situation, make sure you checked in your source files after updating Angular. You can also check the whether the foders for the Angular reference are under source control in source settings tab of your build definition.
You can also build locally using MSBuild to see if the building works fine. We have to make sure local build succeed before VSO build since TFS build use MSBuild as its default compiler. Check the links below to see if they are helpful:

Outboung Campaing: Error Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. outbound Option not available

Hi everyone,
I'm running UCCX 8.01 + CUCM 7.1+ Cisco 7942 just for learning purpose. After creating the Outbound Campaign and imported the Contact List the call is received by the agent (call is state is received as Offering) but after press the Accept, Reject or any othe action button is received the error:
Error Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. outbound Option not available (attached to post).
What does this mean?

i found solution actually i installed forms 11g along with soa suite 11g which was conflicting because forms 11g was 11.1.2 and soa suite domain was 11.1.3
so i guess its a same issue conflict between PS1 and PS2

ITunes would not start... I got error: "applcation failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the appliacation may fix the problem." When I tried reinstalling it failed.

I recently connected my iPhone to my computer, iTunes would not start... I got error: "applcation failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. As the user in question, when I browse \\san.f.q.d.n\share$\username, the BACKUP directory exists, but there are no sub directories.
I manually created the sub directories, USERNAME\USMT - so the full path now exists: \\san.f.q.d.n\share$\username\BACKUP\USERNAME\USMT
I re-ran USMT but the process returned the same error.
If I specify other shares not on san.f.q.d.n but on san1.f.q.d.n or server.f.q.d.n or even workstation.f.q.d.n, it works fine.
Can someone provide guidance on how to troubleshoot this further?

In Windows, setting the Environmental Variable sometimes DOES NOT WORK.
The -Djava.io.tmpdir=C:\temp setting must be made in the server properties of the oc4j in order for it to work.

I Downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 6. I created an Interactive PDF Form and then tried to export the form to PDF. I get the following error. "Unable to view this file because Acrobat was not found."
What do i need to do to get this to work?

In the Export dialog, try turning off the box that says View PDF after Exporting. It may be on by default.
