Hi,
I got the error message when I access the R12 login link. I tried to restart the application but it doesn't help. Do anybody know how to fix it? Thanks.

Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.

Can you find any details about the error in Apache log files?
Any errors in the database log file?
Please run AutoConfig and make sure it completes successfully.

i am getting the error message "Unable to execute function 'OBSOLETE' successfully" for a WAIT FOR EVENT workitem. because of this error the folowing steps are not getting executed.

Firstly please always tell us which release you are using.
Secondly, check the Outcomes tab of your wait for event step - you may have turned on the obsolete outcome accidentally.

Aerender error: "Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"

A BG Renderer user is getting this error when running aerender version 10.5.1x2:
"Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"
The render proceeds but the process never completes which is preventing the rest of the BG Renderer notifications from triggering. Any idea what this error means and how to fix it?

I guess we'll have to wait for Adobe to answer what could be causing the transmission to drop on Line 95. Todd's out of the office for a month or two, but maybe someone else can shed some light.

Authorware error "Unable to execute user code function this file may be damaged"

I'm having problem installing Authorware correctly for IE7 or IE8. I've installed the 2004 version an continue receiving this error.
After clicking 2 or three times on "Don't Show Further Errors" button, sometimes I see the page correctly but sometimes I receive this second error
If I click on "Continue" I receive this error
I've tried everything but anyway I receive these error
Any help would be apreciated

I am relatively sure that the problem can be found under the mime settings for the server.
Make sure that you added .u32 to the mime extensions as well.

Hi Everyone,
Whenever I install some new software in my new laptop I get this error:-

I have tried synchronizing the clocks but it doesn't remove the problem.
These softwares work on another laptop that i have, which also runs windows 7.
Can someone please tell me the solution as this is extremely urgent.

First Candidate Solution
The issue turns out to NOT be security rights on the Temp folder
ESET Smart Security HIPS Advanced Memory Scanner is the cause

Instead, I went and turned off all the ESS protections one by one and it turned out to be HIPS that is causing this false positive.
In fact, it is the Advanced Memory Scanner option under HIPS that is causing the error, while the application in question is legit (using Inno Setup and presumably trying to write to the user temp folder, not sure whether just logs or to execute from there)
Furthermore, Smart Security logs have no entries under HIPS even though I ticked "Log all blocked operations" under the HIPS "Advanced setup" - it was quite a journey to find out the cause :)

I just want to add, that by "Temporarily disable protection" and "Temporarily disable firewall", it doesn't work. You have to disable HIPS, as KristjanL said.

try to compile your programm from command prompt
change dir to hello.java directory
to compile programm type:
javac hello.java
if it will compile successfully run it by typing
java hello
if it will not be helpfull uninstall JDK 1.4 and instal JDK again. I'd recomend JDK 1.5.

And although 1.0 release says OL6.5 and later I cannot find the OL7 pacakges on the public yum server. The only ones I can find are http://public-yum.oracle.com/public-yum-openstack-ol6.repo which is clearly OL6. I tried them on OL7 and the install fails.

Right now I'm running OL6.6 with a RDO icehouse packstack install and I'm running into problems mounting volumes.

Unable to execute the sdt request java_ee operation

Hi Experts,
We are performing EHP1 SPS 3 upgrade from SP 14 stack in one of our dual stack system. During Configuration phase, ABAP Configuration is successfully completed but when it is going to Java part it is showing below error:
unable to execute the SDT request Java_EE operation configure on hostname avggstoh instance 02.
Initialization os sync events failed See following messages:
Preparing execution of modules INIT, EXTRACT, CONFIG, SHADOW_SECSTORE failed. See previous messages.
Java upgrade tool is running, but not started by this request handler. Please stop tool and try again.
We reset the installation so many times and tried again, but it always shows same error at same phase.
Even we have restarted the whole host in case some port was used. But it also did not help. For me it seems to problem on this host as one other portal system on same host has this error during EHP upgrade.
While same upgrade was finished successfully on other systems on different host.
If anybody has some hint related to this problem, then please let me know. Your help will be highly appreciated.

hi,
ya we resolved it successfully. in our case a lot of systems are installed on same host. And we found that our one of system was using the port 6240 which generally used by SAPehpi to connect to JSPM.
We shutted down the system and tried to restart the upgrade and it finished successfully. And even we did not faced this problem again in any of systems installed on this host.
So, please check all ports are free which are used by SAPehpi.

Unable to process function body returning query

I have a table called ACCESS. The table has two columns, PERSON_ID NUMBER (holds employee reference) and SQL_QUERY VARCHAR2(4000) (holds query 'SELECT COL1, COL2, COL3 FROM APEX_TABLE;' )
I am in the process of generating SQL Report. In the Create SQL Report (Page > SQL Report >Create SQL Report),
I want to dynamically fetch the SQL_QUERY from the ACCESS table something like the below one.

SELECT SQL_QUERY INTO strSql FROM ACCESS WHERE PERSON_ID=100;
RETURN strSql;
END;
I get the error Unable to process function body returning query when I try to run the page.
However if I hardcode the query in the PL/SQL block, it works for example:

strSql := 'SELECT COL1, COL2, COL3 FROM APEX_TABLE';
RETURN strSql;
END;

SharePoint Web Part: "Unable to Execute Service Method getLocaleStrings

When using the UCM Web Part to promote content from SharePoint 2007 to UCM 11.1.1.3, I am getting an error: "Unable to Execute Service Method getLocaleStrings"

Error while checking in a document: Unable to execute service

Hi,
I am using oracle UCM 11g. When i am checking in a document, i am getting error as "Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW_SUB and function validateCheckinData."
In stacktrace found this is caused by:
"Unable to find query or idc data source with 'DdeletedRows'. "
How to resolve this?
