Error when applying Maintenance Pack upgrade from 10.3.1.0 to 10.3.3.0

I'm using smart update util to upgrade my 10.3.1 weblogic installation. In Oracle Smart Update util I selecte Maintenance Packs->Update and it bring up a BEA Smart Update application which finds 10.3.3.0 as the upgrade option.
After selecting this option, clicking ok and accepting the defaults the upgrade operation starts. About halfway through it fails with a Fatal Error message. Looking through the bsu.log I found this error:

The file does exist at that location: /weblogic/utils/bsu/upg10330/libjni.so
Also failing in the middle of the upgrade messed up the weblogic installation - I had to revert to a backup I made before starting the upgrade.
Any ideas as to why this fails ?

Maybe it helps checking read permissions of /weblogic/utils/bsu/upg10330/libjni.so file and directories...

Please check worker logs file for error details.? Did you check alert.log? Did you try to restart workers via adctrl utulity?

Yes, the column name is correct. When the error happened, I fond that the content of the BR688701_01.dms is:

Error when executing Prepare in upgrade from R/3 4.7EE to ECC5.0

I am trying to upgrade R/3 4.7EE to ECC5.0 DB :Oracle:OS:Windows.I am executing the Prepare.bat fron upgrade Master and I choose the EXIT option at the last.After that from cmd I ran java -cp <UPG DIR>\ua\ua.jar UaServer ,but after that it is not asking any password for administator.I am trying to login to the Upgrade console from http://localhost:port but it is asking administrator password.My question is in my case why it is not asking any password though
I am getting Uaserver started message.

Hi,
After entering EXIT, from command prompt you would need to go to "ua" foler and the execute the following command.
java -cp ua.jar.UaServer
then it will ask for administrator password.
And then the Ua server will be started.
Leave this window as it is.
Open another window in command prompt.
then execute the command
java -cp uagui.jar.UaGui.
This will open the upgrade assistant. Enter the Host name and then the User name as Administrator and the password.
This should help you in resolving the issue.

Most of your questions have been answered already, but here is a complete summary of answers to all your questions.
Q 1.1). As i am on R12.1.1 with default database (11.1.0.7) i would choose patch E -> section B. And apply the following patches
A 1.1). "path E -> section B" is the correct path for you.
The database patches required for 12.1.3 are the same as for 12.1.1, so they should already have been applied, but since it is possible that new patch requirements were released after you did the 12.1.1 installation you should re-check that you have the required patches.
The quickest way to find out which patches have been applied is as follows; (note, since the output of opatch changes between versions you might need to fine-tune the first command to get the desired results)
a) Retrieve a listing of existing patches
opatch lsinventory | grep 'applied on' | awk '{print $2}' > appliedPatches.txt
b) Create a file (newPatches.txt) with a listing of the new patches that need to be applied
c) cat newPatches.txt | grep -v -f appliedPatches.txt
You will get a list of patches that have not been applied.
NOTE: Not all database patches are necessarily relevant to your environment, but since is it difficult for an Apps DBA to determine which patches are not relevant then it is strongly recommended that you apply all the patches.

A 1.2). This patch is an 11i patch which is only required when you are upgrading from 11i to R12.1.1. You don't need this patch.
Q 1.3). Do i need to set the initiialization parameters??? As i am already on R12.
A 1.3). The "_disable_fast_validate=TRUE" is a compulsory setting that is required for certain types of upgrades. If you don't set this parameter then you could encounter problems during the patch.
You must unset this parameter after the upgrade.
Q2). 10g AS preparation.

You need to confirm that the patches listed in the "Apply Any Additional Patches" (in both notes 437878.1 and 728531.1) have been applied. Use this command on the web server to create a file with a list of applied patches;

A3). All of question 3 is 100% correct

Error when applying opatch

Recently upgraded from Oracle 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5 & since then i cant run OEM, so oracle suggested Apply Patch 8350262 to your Oracle Home installation using OPatch.
OS : Windows 2003 32 bit
DB : Oracle 10.2.0.5

Do you mean this "The patch is also included in 10.2.0.5 database patch 5 and 10.2.0.5.3 (PSU3)" which is quoted in (DOC ID 1222603.1), if so, i have downloaded. However, can you give me patch # for 10.2.0.5 version in order to double check , may be by mistake i download wrong version.

Dear All,
I am getting following error when opening the "General Supplier Data" from Pre-Select Supplier.
Error Message: "Error message: Error when applying a XSLT transformation: No valid XSLT program supplied"
I have already read the related threads on SDN and checked the SAP Note 883896 and others. Even tried running the program UXS_DEL_NAVIGATION_NODE and UXS_ADD_MISSING_XSLT_NAME. But not able to solve the issue.

It would be lovely to know what your talking about. Upgrading from Snow Leopard does not involve discs.
Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

Also my mail works fine, and if i bypass everything and sign in tomy apple id in settings it will work!

Please check material master - view 'Bases data 2'.
There is checkbox 'No link'. You can activate this checkbox if you are not storing any drawing/designe docuemnt for this material.
Try to do this and check out again.....

Ki235 Error When PGI After Ehp6 Upgrade

Hello
What would cause KI235 error when PGI after ehp6 upgrade? We are upgrading to ehp6 and are receiving this error when PGIing delivery. It only does this in the upgraded client and not in non-upgraded client. The automatic account assignments match exactly in both clients and are not missing or incorrect.
Also check OKB9 setting it is perfectly ok.
