Error when comiling formula in OFA 6.3.4 web client

When using OFA 6.3.4 for web we get the following error message displayed :
The formula, xxx, could not be compiled. It will be removed from status
Pleas contact your database administrator.
It is no error number displayed, just the error message above. The error message is showing up first time
we access OFA web client in the browser, please let me know if you know something about this error conditon.

What you need to do is that loging on as an administrator and compile it.

Error when i create a BP - Person in IC Web CLient

Hi,
In Our Business Process: When call comes to Contact center, the agent can create a new customer (Person and Organization) in through ICWeb client.
We configurated our account identification profile assigning z grouping to z default role in the account creation and Role BUP001 for creation of contact person.
When we create a organization in IC WebClient is created correctly but when you want to create a Person, the systems shows a dump

Doing this also i am not able to create new customer person.
Does anybody know about how can i resolve this problem?

Hello Laura,
The error ""Source type \CLASS=CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY is not compatible, for the purposes of assignment, with target type \CLASS=CL_BSP_WD_VALUE_NODE" is casting error.
When we create person / account it is value node untill mandatory fields are entered in account details screen. When "Grouping" value can be changed it is value node, when it is disabled it is model node. So if there is a variable declared CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY and it want to get value node there can be type casting error.
Please check in ST22 with more details, there can be custom coding.

I try to install the CRRedist2008_x64.msi in our web server. And its ok. But my problem now is the report i created in VS 2003. The error now is:

Error when Posting a Captivate 5 Aggregator Project on Web Server

I created a 3 module aggregator project with a preloader jpg file using Captivate 5 and published as both a zip and html file. When I play the html on my local machine, it plays fine. But, when I have one of the web developers upload the zip files to the server she says that she gets a flash player error when she tries to test it. I've used the aggregator in Captivate 4 with no problems (when using AS2) so I'm not sure what could be causing this error. Does anyone have any ideas?

I asked her to try again and here's what she said she did:
I unzip the online library folder, double click the onlinelibrary.swf file(the standard.js file is in the same folder), got the popup window as follows
After I click ok, it play the movie. Then I upload the file to server, but it does not work(frozen the server). So can you remake it again as the rest of all video works just fine. BTW, I use flash player 9.
Apparently, she tried it first on her machine which has flash player 9 and then only uploaded the single .swf file to the server. I was told by another developer that she needs to add the standard.js code to the html file. It appears she doesn't want to do this so I have to compile all the .cptx files into one. So, it looks like you were right about her testing locally, but she's also not uploading the files correctly on the server.

Got errors when trying to open word document with Office Web App Server and customized WOPI host

I am configuring the Office Web App Server with our ASP.NET MVC WOPI host based on this example. https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/office/Building-an-Office-Web-f98650d6. While both the OWA server and WOPI server has been set up and I can use Excel and PowerPoint
app to open and edit xls and ppt file now, there are problems opening word documents no matter I enable or disable the editing function of OWA server.

I have tried several file so I thought it is not the files' problem. Also I didn't find any exception in the log of OWA server.

When i change the sm59 connection not to use ssl. it give me a pop up screen . and asks me to enter user and password...

SVG Security Error when using a swf with svg in a web application

Anymap works fine when generating the swf, it's great !
But when i try to use the swf in a web aplication, i have this error : SVG Security Error, check the web server cross-domain policy file allows access.
I copied the .jpg and .svg at the good repertories.

FTP Error when trying to "put" a file to my web site

When I try to put some files to my web site, I get an error message:"FTP Error occurred - cannot put <filename>. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem."
Other files I can upload without a problem. All are .htm files.
I have also found that I can "put" a file if I have not edited it. After I edit and save it and try to put it, I get the FTP error.
Some files I can upload even if I have just edited them.
I have found a "work around". If I edit and then "save as" with a new name, I can put the new file to the web, rename it and it works fine.
The work around is a hassle but it works.

It most definitely sounds like a server permissions issue.
If you want to verify before rattling the code mokey cages at your hosting company, download another FTP application, like the Filezilla client (not from the Sourceforge link), and test it.
If you have to do the same thing in FZ, or any other client, your hosting company will need to give you the correct permissions so you have the proper access to develop your site.
I'm 99% sure this has nothing to do with DW in and of itself.

Error when accessing Direct Access Infocube (SAP BW) in WEBI

Hi all,
I'm using SAP BW as the DataWarehouse and here I have created a Direct Access Infocube that is reading data directly from datasource in SAP ERP.
I have built a query on top of the Infocube and I'm able to run the query and extract data when running the query through BEx Query Designer and SAP BW Portal.
The BW system is connected to a SAP BO system and I have connected a Webi report via BICS connection to the query.
The BO system is setup so that all BW users is replicated into SAP BO and the authorization in SAP BW is the one controlling the access to the data users are able to view in BO reports.
When running the Webi report with a development user (SAP_ALL in BW system), the Webi report is able to extract data.
When running the Webi report with a business user (that only have relevant roles to view data from relevant Infoproviders, among other the Direct Access Infocube), we get the following error message:
This means that when running Webi that is loading data directly from SAP ERP, via an Direct Access Infocube in SAP BW, a normal business users with reporting/read authorization, IS NOT ABLE to access the data.
Does anybody know what kind of authorization that is needed to get this report to work? Or does anybody have seen similar issues or errors before?

did you make sure the universe is done correct ?
in terms of connecting to the cube take a look at this material and certain elements such as navigational attributes and authorization are not possible to resolve when using the cube

The problem is because the files in read only mode. Remove the read only property of the file from its properties. The issue will be solved.

I decided to test this with the publish/subscribe messaging. Something I thought would work is not. Here is the simple example;

Simple right? Well, this generates a fault;

I had to re-install my CS 5 Web Premium as i had to refresh my window. I try to update after activating. Then it says the product is not valid! God knows what's wrong with ADOBE!

The messages you are receiving indicate that you are trying to install an upgrade version. You are being asked to enter the name and serial number of the older product that you are upgrading from in order to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

2) Will I lose all of the data that previously existed in this instance of DRM?

Please do a fetch from the database and then change the information in DRM console for the CSS parameter. This error I received only due to the CSS details in DRM 11.1.2.

Error when opening Crystal Report in VS 2010 IDE

I recently began receiving the following error when I attempt to open a form containing the crystal reports viewer.
An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime. Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redestributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required. Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information.
I am able to run the reports from within the development environment but cannot open them in the forms editor. I have installed Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 SP1 and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 hoping that would solve the problem but to no avail. I have tried to reinstall multiple times and continue to receive the error.
I am running on Vista (32 bit). The project target framework is ".NET Framework 4, The platform target is set to x86.
I also now receive errors when I try to run reports after deploying to client PCs but I don't know if that is related or not.

Uninstall CRVS2010 that you currently have installed.
To remove the assemblies from the GAC use gacutil. Google will get you a number of links on how to.
