Once every day the server reports the following error and cannot recover (needs restart):

I have just reinstalled the server and imported the processes I had created earlier, but no custom setup within the "stomach of JBoss/LiveCycle".
Does anybody knwo what I can do to rectify/localise this error?

Extended periods of server inactivity when using JBoss
Application Server configured with MySQL (the JBoss
turnkey). The exception is raised by background
processing during internal database management. Its
presence is expected: Idle connection with the
database times out and causes the TCP/IP connection
to close. Exceptions typically occur after 8 hours or
more of inactivity in LiveCycle ES.
[Exceptions seen on JBoss/MySQL and start with:
java.sql.SQLException: No operations allowed after
connection closed. Connection was implicitly closed

The document also says
This exception does not
impact the LiveCycle ES
server processing and
can be ignored.
However, I also need to restart the server to get it working again.

Can Anyone guide me for above Errors. How can I resolve the same.

A quick search of Oracle Support shows that there are a handful of bugs that match ORA-07445 with an argument of kkpamDInfo()+38.
Whether yours is already identified and patched depends on the exact version of 11.2 and the specific circumstances.
If you're on 11.2.0.1 then this might be part of what sounds like quite a big bucket of such errors - Bug 9399991 relating to errors and dumps with SQL against partitioned tables.

Error while using sybase trigger with the CMP entity bean,ejb version 2.1

Hi All,
I am using ejb version 2.1 and using entity bean (Transaction required) ,i am trying to update data in sybase(ver 12.3) database table
I am using session bean(Transaction required) to update the multiple entity beans in a while loop.It is working fine .But when i am trying to run it with the trigger which updates multiple tables in different sybase databases on update of each entity.Then it throws NoSuchEntityException and it rollback the whole transaction.
My trigger has only few simple update statements and the trigger runs fine without my CMP entity bean.is the CMP does not support the update triggers in sybase or is it the problem with the transaction.

If you can have a look at a cmp example in the samples that ship with the server. My guess is that the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml file is missing the <persistence-use> element which for 810 would look like:

I seem to recall that the elements might be slightly different in structure for the wls700 version of the DTD, so please check that (I cannot, I'm at home and don't have everything here).
Give that a try and see if it doesn't solve your compilation failure.
Also, the compilation should not be throwing a null pointer exception in a case like that, I consider that to be a bug.

Error while deploying the trigger

In the trigger given below I want to append the data from all the table columns , to convert the numeric data to string i am using to_char function , but when i try to deploy the trigger i am getting the error.
What could be the problem here?

Error while firing a WD Exit Plug in Portal :(

Hello All,
Am new in WD and created the Quiz Demo Application referring to help.sap.com.
I have added a URL to the Exit plug as:
wdThis.wdGetQuizInterfaceViewController().wdFirePlugGotoUrl("http://toyouamit.googlepages.com/home")
The application is working fine when run while deploying (from NWDS). But when run from the WD iView, the exit plug gives the following error:
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Exit-Plug must no be triggered with an URL when running in portal. Use portal navigation instead.
In attempt to resolve this we have created an URLiView but in vain!!
Please guide

Form Navigation problem while firing Database trigger

Hi,
A Database trigger is made to fire when a field is updated via forms and the trigger will give an error if the user is not authorized to modify the data. Everything is working fine and the trigger gives an error as palnned. After the error is thrown, we are unable to navigate between the forms and in addition we are uanble to perform any sort of actions like querying, deleting and cancelling. On Occasion we get errors like I/O buffer error and the errors keep on changing for every update. Plz help me to resolve the issue.

In addition to the Error Message you are getting, it would be helpful to know which version of Oracle Forms you are using and how your application is deployed (Client/Server or Web). If you app is web deployed, then also include the Java Runtime Environment version and your web browser and version.

without checked the whole document .... you've defined all paramaters as datataype charecter instead of character.

Error in Forms while creating the trigger- WHEN-CREATE-RECORD

Hello,
Right now I am using 11g client side and 10g database.
I am constantly getting an error while creating triggers in 11g.
I have created a sequence in SQL developer using the following code:
create sequence loc_id_sequence
start with 14;
After creating the sequence. I am trying to write the PL/SQL code in forms builder for the trigger WHEN-CREATE-RECORD
declare
loc_id number;
begin
loc_id := loc_id_sequence.nextval;
end;
But I have been getting the following error constantly. Can anyone please help me?
"Error 0 at line 5, column 4
SQL statement ignored".
Can anyone please tell me why I am getting that error

In fact, even I thought there might be some problem with the connectivity with the 10g database and 11g client but the other DB related code works.
I just have the problem with using sequence for the trigger WHEN-CREATE-RECORD.
In fact I also tried using WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE smart trigger instead of WHEN-CREATE-RECORD for the same sequence. But even that doesn't work.
Do u have any idea of what that error means?

Error while compiling trigger/procedure for a table in which attribute is r

I have table
desc pappu
name varchar(10);
start varchar(5);
end varchar(5);
One of the attribute is end which is also a reserved keyword in oracle.I want to create some procedure/trigger which use the attribute end but i get errors while compiling that "
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "END" when expecting one of the
following:
<an identifier> <a double-quoted delimited-identifier>
The symbol "<an identifier> was inserted before "END" to
continue.
Any workaround for this.

Error while creating sequence - related to xdb installation?

I'm getting the following error while creating a sequence -
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20000: Trigger xdb_installation_trigger does not support object creation of
type SEQUENCE
ORA-06512: at line 32
oracle xml db was installed on this instance.
Is there a way around it? We want oracle xml db installed but we still want to be able to create and drop sequences!
