Error while installing EMGrid Control 11g

I am installing EMGridControl 11g in a linux machine. In the installation procedure it fails at Repository Configuration. The error thrown is:

   The line "skipping bad jar, '/u01/binaries/wls/wls1035_generic.jar'" is the one that's worring me. Can it be corrupt? Or it is something else?

Its too early to conclude the issue is a bug with out looking into the logs. For the same reason i requested you to open an SR so that we can have a look at the logs and identify the cause. If you are Oracle employee then you can share the VM details else we need logs to debug this further. If any one from your company can open an sr and share logs then that will be helpful. Can you also check if the shiphome that you downloaded is all correct and checksum/byte matches to what is mentioned on OTN.

Error while installation Grid Control 11g

Hi all expert,
I want to install OEM Grid Control 11g for studying purpose depending on link [http://oracle-base.com/articles/11g/GridControl11gR1InstallationOnOEL5.php|http://oracle-base.com/articles/11g/GridControl11gR1InstallationOnOEL5.php] . But I can not apply "WDJ7" patch because I don't have Metalink account. So I go to the next step to install Grid Control 11g. Everything is successful until Configuration assistant "Repository Configuration" operation. Error while Installing Oracle Client 11g R2 64 bit on Windows 7 Enterprise 64

I tried to install 32 bit drivers after installing the 64 bit drivers. The installer won't let me do it, claiming that [INS-32025] the chosen installation conflicts with software already installed in the given Oracle home. How can I get the 64 and 32 bit drivers to coexist?

Message indicates attempted installation in existing Oracle Home. Choose a new home and location for the 32-bit Client.

I am getting following error while installing Oracle Identity management suite 11g (Oracle Internet Directory & Oracle Virtual Directory) on Red Hat Linux 5.0.

Hi Chinta,
Pl. check for all gcc and glibc OS packages compatibility with your your OS. This will solve your problem.
Also check that you are not installing a 32 bit IM software on a 64 bit machine or viceversa.

I tried installing oracle 11g in centos using Tim's tutorial and i all went fine initially i got the oracle 11g installation GUI and i got an error while starting database configuration.
The error was : TNS failed
and i got two options in that dialog box "ignore" and "abort"
after press ignore a few times.the installation finished successfully.
When i opened terminal and typed
sqlplus SYS as SYSDBA
it asked for password
when i gave the password again it showed the error TNS failed
kindly help me solve this.....

Error while installing OEM Grid Control

I am getting error while installing OEM Grid control (with existing database) at OMS Configuration. So, I cancelled the installation and deleted all databases and started the instal again. I am still getting an error at OMS configuration.
I am trying to read through the threads here to see if anyone has solved it. I see a lot of threads on this topic but not sure how you guys resolved it.
Can anyone help here.
In the oracle installer, I see the message : The c:\oraclehomes\agent10g\cfgtoollogs\configToolfailedCommands" script contains all commans that failed, were skipped or cancelled ....
--in this file, all I see is:

i followed the link and all the instructions things seemed to go well: it still asked for two files i did not have or could not locate: first its asked for generalstub, then it asked for seedstup and then generalstup again. at this point the installation was at 67% and had passed the link succesful stage and was at the setup succeful stage. when i clicked ignore on generalstub, seedstup and then generalstup again it quicly moved to 100% and never took me to the stage for me to run oraInstroot.sh and allroot.sh
the configuration assistant stage never cameup and it skipped to the page Specify Repository Database Configuration
where it asked for repository database hostname port, service/sid and SYSMAN password and also manament service security password. whe i input all the infor mation it will give errors. i have tries deleting all oracle 3 or 4 times and all files that oracle has and repeated the process and am always stuck here.

Error while installing ofm_frmrpts_win_11.1.2.0.0_32 Oracle Forms 11g

Dear Oracles,
I am facing problems while installing Oracle Forms 11g
I read many documentations - and follow many pages during installing - but the same error appears every time
I installed Oracle Web Logic Server wls1035_generic.jar perfectly, and then create a web logic domain through Fusion Middleware config wizard
and test the web server through
http://localhost:7001/console

and then installed Oracle Forms and Reports 11g R2 using ofm_frmrpts_win_11.1.2.0.0_32 3 - Disks
I chose Install S/w only - it was installed successfully
then I opened Configure Classic instance and follow wizard
It stopped at creating domain
every time i try it.

Error installing Grid Control 11g

Hi. I'm trying to install Grid Control 11g without success.
I'm using SuSe Enterprise 10 sp3, already installed weblogic 10.3.2 and created a database instance for repository without problems.
The installation process fails when reaches the 'OMS configuration' step. Here's the last part of the omsca log file (log says to check the 'omsca_20110209122055.log' file for more info, but it points to itself):

Error while installing web tools.

I am currently trying to install E-Commerce and Web CRM on a Windows Vista desktop PC, that we are going to use as a Demo PC for potential customers. It is just a demo, so everything is being installed locally on the Demo PC. I run into an error while installing the Web Tools
After the Default Install and before I precede to the Advanced install, I browse to - localhost/B1webtools - and rather than load up the webtools license key request page, I am getting the following error.

The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler.
I didn't run into any errors during the default install, and it appeared to function just right.
Does anyone know what would cause this error???

Okay so I changed my Application pool and it solved that error. Now I'm able to get the page that has a link to the request license page, but when I click on that link it gives me this error:
