Error while loading Transactional data from NW BW Infoprovider

I am trying to load the transactional data using the delivered "Transactional data from NW BW Infoprovider" package and getting error message Error occurs when loading transaction data from other cube .

We are implementing BPC Consolidation for NetWeaver 7.5, and we're facing the following situation:
We have loaded master data from 0RC_ACCOUNT (group account) to our dimension C_ACCT without a problem, but when we run the loading package from an infoprovider 0FIGL_C10 (Transactional Data), the following error message appear:
Dimension: Member C_ACCT: 000 not valid
We already check data in source InfoProvider and there's no record with 000 account value.
Any suggestions?

     I'm spacing some error while loading the data to data target.

Hi,
I think you are facing an invalid character issue.
This issue can be resolved by correcting the error records in PSA and updating it into the target. For that the first step should be to identify if all the records are there in PSA. You can find out this from checking the Details tab in RSMO, Job log , PSA > sorting records based on status,etc. Once its confirmed force the request to red and delete the particular request from the target cube. Then go to PSA and edit the incorrect records (correcting or blanking out the invalid entries for particular field InfoObject for the incorrect record) and save it. Once all the incorrect records are edited go to RSA1>PSA find the particular request and update to target manually (right click on PSA request > Start update immediately).
I will add the step by step procedure to edit PSA data and update into target (request based).
In your case the error message says Error : Record 1 :Value 'Kuldeep Puri Milan Joshi '. You just need to conver this to Capital letter in PSA and reload.
Edit the field to KULDEEP PURI MILAN JOSHI in PSA and push it to target.
Identifying incorrect records.
System wont show all the incorrect records at the first time itself. You need to search the PSA table manually to find all the incorrect records.
1. First see RSMO > Details > Expand upate rules / processing tabs and you will find some of the error records.
2. Then you can go to PSA and filter using the status of records. Filter all the red requests. This may also wont show the entire incorrect records.
3. Then you can go to PSA and filter using the incorrect records based on the particular field.
4. If this also doesnt work out go to PSA and sort (not filter) the records based on the particular field with incorrect values and it will show all the records. Note down the record numbers and then edit them one by one.
If you want to confirm find the PSA table and search manually."
Also Run the report RS_ERRORLOG_EXAMPLE,By this report you can display all incorrected records of the data & you can also find whether the error occured in PSA or in TRANSFER RULES.
Steps to resolve this
1. Force the request to red in RSMO > Status tab.
2. Delete the request from target.
3. Come to RSMO > top right you can see PSA maintenace button > click and go to PSA .
4.Edit the record
5. Save PSA data.
6. Got to RSA15 > Search by request name > Right click > update the request from PSA to target.

This should solve your problem for now.
As a long term you can apply some user exit in source system side or change your update rules to ensure that this field is getting blanked out before getting loaded in cube or add that particular char to permitted character list in BW.
RSKC --> type ALL_CAPITAL --> F8 (Execute)
OR
Go to SE38 and execute the program RSKC_ALLOWED_CHAR_MAINTAIN and give ALL_CAPITAL or the char you want to add.
Check the table RSALLOWEDCHAR. It should contain ALL_CAPITAL or the char you have entered.

Error while loading the data from text file

Hi,
I got an error " Data Value Encountered before all Dimensions selected" while loading the data from the text file.
Can any one please suggest me the solution.

Possible Solutions
Make sure that the data source is valid.
Is a member from each dimension specified correctly in the data source or rules file?
Is the numeric data field at the end of the record? If not, move the numeric data field in the data source or move the numeric data field in the rules file.
Are all members that might contain numbers (such as "100") enclosed in quotation marks in the data source?
If you are using a header, is the header set up correctly? Remember that you can add missing dimension names to the header.
Does the data source contain extra spaces or tabs?
Has the updated outline been saved?

I am loading transaction data which got terminated giving processing overdue error .
While analysing i found there are lot of records in psa marked in red .
Please suggest how to resolve and to load valid records.

Correct the error records in PSA.Error will be in different ways (Ex Special chars, unit conversionu2026etc) so try to find the cause of the error and correct it.
Before this make the QM status (in target) and technical status (in monitor screen) of error request to red and delete the request from target. Then only you can change the records in PSA.
After correcting click on the tab Process manually in monitor screen or go to manage of the PSA (data source) click on schedule immediately. Error request will be updated again.
I am loading transaction data which got terminated giving processing overdue error.
Just wait for some time until it is loaded.
Still it is not resolved See the error criteria in monitor screen status tab.
Normally this type of message comes due to internal table space. Try to reduce the packet size and increase no of packets. Consult the basis persons to increase the table space and clean the logs.
Delete the request from the target and load again.

BPC Error while loading master data from SAP BW

Hello Guru,
I have NW BPC 7.5 installed on BW server. Currently i have started to work on one application where i have to load master data first. I am loading master data for cost center.
I looked into the process chain "BPC: Import BW InfoObject master data" and i found that few processes are in GREEN color and few are in RED color (Display). is that correct or not ? then as per some of the thread i went to "BPC: Convert BW infoObject master data" --> SOURCE_TYPE = IP and added one parameter "FORMULA_FILE_NO". Then i saved this process chain and activated it.
I created transformation file in BPC and it got created successfully but while i try to load packages it throws me error.
Q. Do i need to have entire process chain with all processes in GREEN to have the master data in BPC ?
Q. Do i need to activate any BADI's for this or not ?

Error while loading the data from excel to database.

Hi,
I am using PL/SQL developer to load the data from excel to database. I will set the data source in the control panel and will proceed through ODBC importer in pl/sql developer to import the data.
What exactly the error is when i click the filename to view the result preview it shows an error as:
The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.
Kindly help with solution.

Hello;
That error message comes from Microsoft, so something in you Excel sheet is the cause.
Its a pain but I would check properties of each column in case Excel decided to add something, a comma for example.
Do you have a column over 255 characters? Look there first. If any length is greater than 255 it will crash and burn.
Or convert it to a CSV and create an external table.

Hi Rizwan,
you didn't mention the error message in details. there could be a few places to be checked:
- check if BW itself source system is active and in tact and reactivate if necessary
- check if update rule is active and reactivate if necessary
- check if ODS is active and reactivate if necessary

Please check the data whether it is in a correct format using the "Preview" option in the infopackage.
Check whether all the related AWB objects are active or not.

Error while loading master data from R/3

            I'm just trying to load master data for the infoobject of type "0BUS_AREA", but i have got data into PSA, but not got into char, i have got an error stating that
Record 1 :No source system ID exists for source system (logical system) RD1CLNT100
In tran structure there are two objects not being populated 0LOGSYS & OSOURCESYSTEM, which might cause the problem.

           Thanx for your replay, in that one column is there, "source system id" but it is empty, how to generate that two digit source system id and also there are three kind of tabs like
"Release IDs that are in use" "Suggest Source System IDs" & "Maintain Logical Systems"
         How to use and which one to use, and how to follow step by step to run loads once again by populating "OLOGSYS" & "OSOURCESYSTEM" ?

Error while loading text data from R3 to BW

Hi,
After mapping my DataSource created in R/3 system to my Infosource, I was taken to the maintenance screen of the transfer structure. I proposed the transfer rules. But my traffic signal of my transfer rule is not turning green. If I continue to activate my transfer rules and then tried to schedule for data load. I encounter an error during extraction.
I received a message in the AWB when trying to schedule the load.
"Assign a language field to IOBJ 0LANGU; longtext"
When I tried to schedule the load(by pressing continue for the message)
I got the following errors:
Transfer errors:
--Data Package 1: Arrived in BW;Processing:Too many error records - update terminated.
Processing errors:
--Data Package 1(2821 Records):Errors occured
Update(0new/0changed) Errors occured
Record 1:COSTC45: Data record1('EI3 E'):Duplicate data record
Similarly several records listed.
Please help me solve this issue. Thanks.

DTP Error when loading Master data from DSO to InfoProvider

u can push data from psa to ods, for this goto the psa in rsa1>psa>goto that request>rightclick>select " schedule update Immediately ", then data will moved from psa to ods.
or
In ods > delete the failed request>goto the processing tab-->select 3rd option " psa and then subsequentially to data targets ", --> schedule the infopackage.

Problem in loading transactional data from to 0MKT_DSO1(ods) to 0MKTG_C01

Hi,
I am trying to load lead transaction data to the standard Crm lead management cube from ODS.There is a problem while loading transaction data from 0MKT_DSO1(ods) to the infocube 0MKTG_C01 as the field 0STATECSYS2(CRM STATUS) is set to 10 in ods -meaning incorrect transaction. This feild is not there in the infocube.
There is a routine in the cube that deletes data records with (0statecsys2) set to 10.
THIS field is not coming in the transaction.
so, where can i see the master data in crm source system? and why is that feild getting set to 10 ?

The data is duplicated and it is not cumulating.
Am i missing anything on this.
