Error while mainitain the pricing ( condition type - j3ap )

Hi,
While i am creating the pricing for an AFS material in T code mek1 ( condition type is j3ap ) i am getting the following error ::
Information 857    Report RV13F002 generated.
Information 711    No Screens are generated.
Information 857    Report RV13F003 generated.
Information 711    No screens are generated
Errors        806     Report RV13F004 has a syntax error
Information 711    No screens are generated.
What is these error?? what setting should i change to correct it ,.

To make the Pricing Condition types inactive in Pricing Procedure

Hi Experts,
I am facing a senario where, in a sales order, pricing procedure, if one of the pricing condition type does not exist, then two other condition types (even though they are determined by condition records), should be either made inactive or should not appear in the pricing procedure.
Example: If I have 3 condition types in Pricing Proc say
YYY1, YYY2, YYY3, then the scenarios are
a. If one of the condition types YYY1 is not determined, then, YYY2 and YYY3 should not be either determined in the sales order or should be made inactive. This same logic applies to both YYY2 and YYY3.
b. If all three condition types are determined in Pricing Proc of the sales order, then, the price should be considered.
If it was just YYY1 then, I could have done it in VOFM by writing a routine and assigning it to YYY2 and YYY3 in pricing proc. However, the scenario is to check the other condition types as well and make YYY1 inactive if any of the other condition type does not exist. Both condition types are determined after YYY1 which is another difficulty.
I tried creating a dummy condition type and assigning it to Pricing Proc (at the end of Pricing Proc). For this dummy condition I put in a pricing requirement which checks for all three condition types and if one does not exist, then it make other conitions inactive.
However, this does not work in VA02 and VA03 as XKOMV is either not getting filled up or even if is getting filled, it is not having the condition type. It some times has condition records, and sometimes not... (not very sure why)
So, I was thinking of using user exit for the same. However, I was unable to find a suitable user exit for the same where KONV table can be read or XKOMV can be filled.
Can you please suggest if any user exit can be used for this or if we can implement it in a different way?

I think you can use condition exclusion functionality to select best pricing condition from a set of conditions in pricing. You can compare conditions in many ways.
I believe you can plot a solution with little research. The below link is for your reference.

Error in BDOC while uploading the pricing condition record to ECC from CRM

Hi all,
I have created a condition record for ECC pricing condition type (I have maintained all settings required for maintaining ECC condition type in CRM 7.0) in CRM 7.0. But theis condition record is not uploaded to ECC. I have checked BDOC, it is showing with error status for BDOC type "CND_M_SUP". The errors are as below.
1. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064
2. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064

A service caused/ reported an error.

Hi,
sBDOCs are not used in ECC to CRM or CRM to ECC data replication scenario. You can either ignore the error or disable mobile bridge.

Error while creating a pricing condition record.

Hi
I am trying to use the Material Group 1 (MVGR1) field from the field catalog to create a pricing condition table(9 series). I was able to create the table with MVGR1 as one of the columns but when I try to maintain condition records in the table, System gives me the following error. I have maintained certain values in the config for material group1. there is neither F4 values for the field Material group nor I can type in config values of MVGR1 in that field. I am getting this error. Any help on how to get past this issue will be highly appreciated.

Check the entry and make the necessary corrections. Note any relationships between the individual fields. Entries in other fields may also be incorrect.
Example: There are two fields for maintaining the country and region. These fields are linked. The country chosen would be permitted if it were by itself. So would the region. But the region may not be in the the country chosen. In this case, an error message is issued. The country should then be corrected, not the region!

Error while posting in accounts: Condition type does not exist in COPA

Hi,
I'm trying to post an invoice into accounts but I'm constantly encountering a Error message as : Assign condition type in COPA.
This error is appearing whenever I'm assigning the pricing procedure and KOFK account entries to a new sales organization.
The error does not appear for my previous Sales org. Also I check with the COPA settings, it does not allow us to enter the condition type mentioned in the error.
Could anyone suggest a solution

Dear Customer,
To solve error KE391, the corresponding value field assignment
must be done in transaction KE4IM.
Currently, the value field assignment is available for this
condition type in transaction KE4I (SD conditions assignment).
In this case you have to maintain the assignment to a value field in
transaction KE4IM. After including the corresponding assignment in
KE4IM, the error KE391 should not come anymore.
Please, check this.

I am using a bdc. when i try to edit any of the item condition value (KBETR) and also if i try to insert a new condition , I am getting error as " Message_type_X " and the message no :00341, and the BDC is terminating at the point.

Error While maintain VK11 Create Condition Type

     Due to I created new sale area in system and user want to maintain condition type "MWST" for new sale area . In config I set criteria for maintain condition type "MWST" is Sale Org / Channel /Division
     When I access tcode VK11 for set tax code of new sale area , System show error "Conditions cannot be created in division 30"
     Message no. VK078
      Diagnosis
     You have attempted to create condition records for division 30. This
          function is not allowed because in sales organization 2301 no division
          was assigned to division 30, which is used in a sales document.
     System Response
      It is not allowed to create conditions for division 30 (sales
          organization 2301).
     Procedure
     Check whether you have selected the right division and whether the
          divisions have been assigned correctly in Customizing.
     First time I think that config wrong about new sale area but I test in create sale order for new sale area so It can create normally

Conditions cannot be created in division 30
You need to assign the Division 30 to Cross Division 00 in VOR2.

Additional Pricing Condition Type Determination in Returns Oder

Hi Guys
I am working on Returns Sales Process, but I have stuck in pricing?
The thing is I have to determine the additional condition type based on transaction type .i.e. returns order when I create the returns order with ref. to sales order the pricing condition types which is present in the sales order has been copied but the additional condition type is not determined automatically?
I have created the 2 pricing procedure one of sales order and other for returns order.
Can anybody help me out?

All you have done is right. just assign the other pricing proceduere which you created for the document re.
To the combination of sales orgdistribution chaneldivision + cpp( in customer master)+ dpp( for the document re )
So now when you create with the re doument you will automatically get that pricing procedure.

Use of conditino category in pricing condition type

Hi,
Can anybody please guide about the exact use of condition category in the pricing condition type. In text it is mentioned that it is used for grouping of similar condition types but what exactly is the requriement for this? Does it have any control function like the feild condition class has( like for example grouping in this is used in redeterminations etc) ?
Please guide about the use of this feild and if maintained or not maintained then how will it matter?

It serves some purposes.
1. It is used for the classification of condition types. During implementations, consultants classify the condition types into condition categories (Prices, Discounts, Taxes) and later use these categories to print the value of condition types in the forms. Coding based on condition categories reduces the effort instead of hardcoding on the condition type.
2. They also have some inbuilt property for some of the condition types like VPRS, SKTO etc where the categories are important for the behaviour the condition type, the way they are expected to behave.
3. Some of the condition categories will be applicable only for some specific processes and not for all the processes. for example e during downpayment.
But the complete function of this field can be only learned over a period of time when we implement new functionalities for the business.

Header pricing condition types

Hi,
In a purchase order header pricing condition types are appearing twice .
Ex: JCDB    254
      JCDB     20
      JCV1    345
      JCV1     30.
first condition type (ex: JCDB 254) is calculated on net price
second cond type (ex: JCDB 20) is calculated on handling charge.
Only for this particular PO we face this problem.
How the pricing condition types are calculating twice?

To be able to call a function module in an update work process, you must flag it in the Function Builder. When you create the function module, set the Process Type attribute to Update with immediate start
Alternatively u can use this function module.

Getting error while creating the variable of Schema Element type

Hi everybody,
For creating a variable of schema element type I am doing the following steps...
Select 'Variables' after right clicking on bpel process. IN this window, go to 'Create VAriable' then select 'Element' type. Now in Type Choose, I expanded the my imported schema files. And selected a element type, then click ok to create this variable... I am getting the message...
IN ORDER TO SAVE IMPORTED WSDL/SCHEMA FILES, YOU MUST HAVE A PARTNER LINK LOCATED UNDER THE CURRENT PROJECT DIRECTORY.
What is mean by that.
I have imported the schema files in project. AFter that I have imported them into the WSDL also. Now why I am getting error while creating the variable. However I can create variable directly in .BPEL file then everything is fine. And it is working also. But what is mean with the above error? Why I am not able to create variable through GUI?

The idea is that the jdeveloper is not very good working with directories with spaces on the directory name. If you move all your work to a directory without spaces, it will work smoothly. At least, it had worked for me.

Pricing : Condition type value need tog get from the lowest of 4 other cond

Hi,
I have one requirement in one pricing procedure.
I need to calculate condition value of one condition type from the lowest value of other 4 condition tyeps. These condition types values are not defined as a subtotal.
So if I decide to write a formula on condition values, is there
any way to select these values and choose the lowest of them?
Please also advice if there is any other way such as condition exclusion
or so?

As you have mentioned you can use condition exclusion for such a requirement.
here is a detailed description of how you can achieve this: use the menu path IMG> Sales & Distribution> Basic Functions> Pricing> Condition Exclusion> Condition exclusion for group of conditions.
When you execute this IMG acitivity you get a window with three options
1.Define Condition Exclusion Groups
2.Assign condition types to the exclusion groups
3.Maintain condition exclusion for pricing procedures
We will use these three options one by one, we start with the first
1. Define an exclusion group, lets say EX01 and give a description
2 Assign the four condition types that you want to compare to this exclusion group under this option
   lets say EX01 ZK01
               EX01 ZK02
               EX01 ZK03
               EX01 Zk04
3. under this third step, select the pricing procedure that you are working on and from the left margin click on 'Exclusion'. click on 'New Entries' and make the following entries (example)
         Sno.   Cpr         ExGr1
          10      A            EX01                leave ExGr2 blank, Save your entries
