Error while populating a list

Question

Hi People,
I use oracle forms 10g.While i was trying to populate item in poplist i was thrown with following error as,
Error,
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'ADD_LIST_ELEMENT'
and I have written the following code in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE,
declare
     cursor c is select ename from emp;
     ena emp.ename%type;
begin
          for ena in c loop
add_list_element('block3.list5',1,ena,ena);
          end loop;
          end;Can u pls help me to find out what could be wrong.thanks in advance.

     cursor c is select ename from emp;
   begin
    for ena in c loop
      add_list_element('block3.list5',1,ena.ename);
    end loop;
  end;
or
declare
     cursor c is select ename, rownum rn from emp;
   begin
    for ena in c loop
      add_list_element('block3.list5',ena.rn, ena.ename);
    end loop;
  end;
