Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.
If the issue persists...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

I can't find preferences for the notes app. and every once in awhile some of my notes just disappear at start up, I see the name and then it refreshes and they are gone, very annoying. Can anyone tell me why it does this and how to stop it? thanks

Most of the time I get The Connection Was Reset. Can someone tell me why this happens?
When I click on Firefox or when browsing or going from one site to the other I get "The connection was reset" then have to click on Try Again.

THE CONNECTION WAS RESET again this morning. I even get this message when I click on the Firefox Icon to get on the net. When for example I download something then it returns me to their site I get The Connection Was Reset. When I uninstall a program and it sends to to their site in order to answer as to why I am uninstalling their program then I get The Connection Was Reset.
Every time this happens I have to click on Try Again and find this to be annoying.
This does not happen once or twice a week, it happen ALL THE TIME.
This morning I went to Safe Mode and followed the instructions on INTERRUPTED OR RESET CONNECTION which tells us what to do but this did not work either.
Would be great if someone was able to let me know what to do in order to prevent this message appearing all the time.Do not know how to delete this reply. I replied instead of editing my question. I have edited the above now.

Are you trying to open the App Store or www.apple.com/store? Either one you need Internet connectivity.
It might be that you have restrictions enabled as well. -

What exactly happens when you try to update the iPod? What does the error message say?

I upgraded to Mountain Lion yesterday, but since doing so I find that my 1Password app will not work. I have checked for 1Password updates but there are none. Is there a compatibility issue
Hmmm...I'm using 1Password Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) with a fresh install (scrape and pave) of Mt. Lion on my iMac and it's working fine.
I use Dropbox to sync 1Password so for my fresh install I simply downloaded 1Password from Agilbits website and installed it.
Have you tried reinstalling 1Password? Depending on how you purchased it, download it from their website or from the Mac App store to reinstall/replace it. (IIRC v3.8.x comes directly from Agilbits and v3.9 from the Mac App store.) You shouldn't have to uninstall it, the new download should overwrite the existing copy.
As with anything else, be sure to run a backup first!

Try to go to Settings and then Store. Tap to your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. Now choose to check your payment information and when you're done tap Done. I had to rewrite my three digit code of the credit card and now it works.
Oh, I also activated Genius for Apps but I don't think it makes any difference. -

.mac mail - I still use my .mac email address to access itunes, icloud, etc. Every once in a while, apple sends me confirmation, reservation, etc. emails to the .mac address. Can someone tell me how to access that email account?

Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses). Literally EVERY time I open an existing document that I created myself before InDesign brings up the "Save" Dialog when I close it. I'm working with the Creative Suite like forever already and only had that sometimes, very rarely before (up to CS6). Now at my new job with CC set up this phenomenon appears. ALL files are saved on local hard drive!
Any idea or is InDesign now set to ask all the time?
Thanks for any tips!I totally understand version issues, BUT I did create tons of new documents in CC2014 already and still every time I've been ask to save it only when opening and closing them! Like I said it happens EVERY time and I'm working constantly with InDesign. Up until now I only kinda accepted what it is and didn't have time to deal with that problem...
