Every time I plug my iPhone 5S to the USB port in my car, it asks if I "Trust this Computer." I tell it to trust the computer, but it keeps asking me the same question every time I plug it into the car, which is getting annoying.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

If you are still having issues or continually prompted to erase and sync, you may want to try restoring your iPhone to factory settings before moving your data over (either via syncing or manually):

K9AGM2 Mother Board, Related to the USB Ports
I have had this Mother Board for about 3 years now and ever since I have had it. I can't seem to get any speed out of the USB ports. They all seem to be 1.1 and they should support 2.0. I downloaded Live Update 5 and installed some drivers and carp like that. I scanned the drivers for virus and so on and I still can't get any speed. I try and copy files from my HDD to a USB 2.0 SATA Drive and I can't get any thing better then 4.x to 5.x Mbps. and using USB 2.0. I should be able to get 480Mbps. I didn't see any thing in the Bios to change it or to set it. It seems to be running at 1.1 speed.
Does any one have any ideas on how to get these USB ports working up to speed.Sorry, No that didn't work. and from what I been reading that 480 Mbps is not a theoretical. From what I have fount that the drivers are not setup and that the drivers should say USB2 in the descriptions and they don't on my PC. I have 4 other PC's and they all have USB2 in the descriptions in the Drivers list. So for some reason this PC has defaulted back to USB 1.1. and I don't know why.
I tried to update the drivers. I tried to remove them and reboot. and I still get the same results. when I try and copy 2 gigs worth of file from my HDD to my Flash Drive and it says I will take 3 hours to do that. Then I know there's some thing wrong. I tried the same thing on one of my other PC's and when I copy 2 gigs worth of files from my HDD to my flash drive and it it only take 5 sec's. Again. There's some thing wrong with this PC
I'll have to call MSI Support on Monday. Unless you have any ideas, I been searching for some results on google.com my mother board didn't match with what they have. What I did find, that it has to relate to the PCI Bus. And I updated those drivers with Live Update 5. -
My iPhone 5 Bricked after plugging it into the USB port on my AT&T car charger
I plugged my factory USB cable from my iPhone 5 into the USB port on my AT&T car charger and it killed the iPhone 5 dead. I guess I thought since Apple is making a 30 pin converter and that all of my other apple products work this way that it should work...I guess I was wrong!

How to plug a hard drive on the USB port of a Time Capsule. TC in bridge mode

I would like to connect a hard drive onto the USB port of a Time Capsule. This is for saving files (different frome the Time Machine savings). I am struggling to get it working it seems that I can see the HD when under "drives or discs" (running Snow Leopard in French) from the AirPort Utility but I can't access to it.
The TC is in bridge mode.

Can you see in the internal disk of the TC in the finder?
What format are you using on this disk? Try and format it HFS+ if it isn't already.
If you plug it directly into the Mac it works ok??
The other issue is the need for a powered hub on the TC due to the low power it gives the internal port.. or lack of bios compatibility with a range of usb hub chips. Try a powered hub as that can also help. -

It sounds like your iPhone 4S is not charging when plugged in. I found an article with some steps that might help with this. I run SmartBoards connected to iMacs running 10.7 and 10.8 throughout my school. On one of these computers the mouse has recently started freezing the minute a SmartBoard is plugged in to the USB port. The mouse 'runs' to the bottom right side of the screen, a cloud often is under the pointer, and it is not longer interactive. You can move the mouse upward a bit with the cloud following some of the time but it does not work. Once the SmartBoard is unplugged the mouse works normally. This particular computer worked fine with the SmartBoard until recenlty. Any solutions or ideas?

ipod 4 is displaying blue frozen screen and black screen with apple logo. I try to turn power off but as soon as it goes out it automatically reboots. Plugged it into the usb port on my mac and it doesnt do anything. It doesnt appear in Itunes. Help?
Let the battery fully darain. After charging for an least an hour try a reset and restore. Use Recovery mode if necessary.

My Iphone is not being recognized in Itunes on my laptop. It is charging, so the USB port is working. My Iphone does work on another Laptop in the house and My wifes Iphone is being recognized on the same laptop that mine is not. Any suggestions?
The key bit of information here is that one iPhone works on the computer in question and another does not. So it is unlikely that AMDS is not running or there is a driver problem; if either of these was the problem neither phone would be recognized in iTunes.
Unfortunately, I don't have an answer either. Except to verify that both iPhones (the one that works and the one that doesn't) use the same cable and the same USB port.
Also, are the two iPhones the same model and same iOS version? -
I have a macbook pro4.1 and the sound chip in it failed. My speakers and microphone no longer work. Does anyone know of an external speaker and microphone set that plugs into the USB port so I can continue to use both of these functions and not have to pay to have the entire main board replaced. Preferably something under $100.
I don't think you're likely to find a set of external speakers that come with a microphone and plug directly into a USB port. There are USB audio cards that look like tiny flash drives but have microphone and headphone ports in them, to which you can connect a typical two-plug Windows PC headset with a microphone, or else you can connect external speakers and a stand-alone microphone. Those adapters typically cost under $10. I don't know anything about the quality of sound that can be expected from them.
I have a Griffin iMic, which is much the same idea but larger, a bit more expensive (retail~$40), and perhaps delivers somewhat better sound quality (I hope so, but I don't know because I've never had occasion to try one of the little ones).

My computer has Bitlocker encryption. When I plug in my iPod Shuffle to the USB port, iTunes does not recognize it. When asked to encrpt the Shuffle I say no, but still not recognized. When I encrypt it, still not recognized (even after it was restored by iTunes). Any suggestions please?

After ejecting a disk plugged into the USB port using Finder, I am now getting "The disk was not properly ejected" message. This didn't used to happen. How can this be corrected?
When you right (control) click on the disk and click eject "disk name", do you pull it immeadiatly or wait a few seconds for it to unmount? Try waiting and see if you get the same message. If you do, when the disk is connected go to applications/utilities/disk utility, after opening DU, select the volume in question from the left side bar and try a permissions repair, you may also run verify disk and see if it comes up with any errors (they will be in red)

When I plug my ipod into my desk top my computer will not recognize the ipod in the usb port. I checked my usb port with one of my flash drives and it works fine. My ipod is in stuck in recovery mode, so has to be gone thru on itunes. Please help me
Yes, I think so... But what's odd here (to me) is that it actually matters what song the iPod was playing before being connected to that USB port. What happens if you connect the iPod when it is not playing any song? It seem like either the car audio system knows where to look for the iPod's song files, or it doesn't.
If you have a USB flash drive, try putting a few song files on it, and connecting it to that USB port. That's probably the primary reason for that USB port, so customer can attach USB flash drives with song files. If that works, and you can properly browse and play songs from the USB flash drive, you should just get a $5 8GB USB flash drive, fill it with your "car songs," and leaving it connected to the car audio system. That would be more convenient that remembering to connect and disconnect your nano all the time, and less wear-and-tear on the nano.
