Exception while reconciliation with child table attributes

I developed scheduler task that take information about users and create reconciliation event with multi valued field "Roles" that consist of "Role" field and "App" fields. Primary reconciliation work fine and resource added to user, but when i update user in target system and run my scheduler task - exception occured:

Here is code from scheduler task:
try{ if(!reconOperations.ignoreEvent(objectName, attrs))
long eventId = reconOperations.createReconciliationEvent(objectName, attrs, eventAttributes);
List<HashMapWrapper> childList = port.getRolesForUser((String)attrs.get("Identity"),resourceProperties.get(LOGIN_RESOURCE_PROPERTY),

if(childList!=null && !childList.isEmpty())
for(int k=0;k<childList.size();k++)

reconOperations.providingAllMultiAttributeData(eventId,"Roles",true);
reconOperations.finishReconciliationEvent(eventId);
reconOperations.processReconciliationEvent(eventId);

Help to solve this issue!

First make one of the child form fields as Key Field!!!
List<HashMapWrapper> childList = port.getRolesForUser((String) attrs.get("Identity"), resourceProperties.get(LOGIN_RESOURCE_PROPERTY),
resourceProperties.get(PASSWORD_RESOURCE_PROPERTY));
HashMap[] childs = null;
if (childList != null && !childList.isEmpty()) {
childs = new HashMap[childList.size()];
for (int k = 0; k < childList.size(); k++) {
HashMap<String, String> child = new HashMap<String, String>();
HashMapWrapper childWrapper = childList.get(k);
HashMapWrapper.Map childMap = childWrapper.getMap();
List<HashMapWrapper.Map.Entry> childEntry = childMap.getEntry();
for (int f = 0; f < childEntry.size(); f++) {
HashMapWrapper.Map.Entry childParam = childEntry.get(f);
child.put(childParam.getKey(), childParam.getValue());
childs[k] = child;
if (!reconOperations.ignoreEventAttributeData(objectName, attrs, "Roles", childs)) {
long eventId = reconOperations.createReconciliationEvent(objectName, attrs, eventAttributes);
if (childs != null && childs.length != 0) {
for (int f = 0; f < childs.length; f++) {
reconOperations.providingAllMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", true);
reconOperations.addDirectMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", childs[f]);
reconOperations.finishReconciliationEvent(eventId);
LOG.debug("created: " + eventId);
} else {
LOG.debug("ignored: " + attrs.get("LoginName"));

  • Exception while working with Tibco adapter for Tuxedo!!

    Dear friends,:-)
    Greetings!
    I am facing an exception while working with "Tuxedo Adapter".
    I have installed TIBCO Adapter for Tuxedo on my machine which has both bea_Client and Server. I am trying to do a PurchaseOrder POC, which is already given in our TIBCO Adapter directory (C:\TIBCO\adapter\adtuxedo\5.3\examples\AgentBased\PurchaseOrder).
    The scenario goes like this, a request is sent from the Tuxedo client called clt, which invokes the Tuxedo service, which in turn sends a request to the adapter (“PublicationService”) through the adapter agent, and then the adapter publishes the data to the TIBCO environment. TIBCO BW receives the data using “Adapter Subscriber” and writes them to an XML output file named Get_output.xml.
    Problem in starting the Adapter - :(
    When I tried to RUN the make.bat which is placed at the “C:\TIBCO\adapter\adtuxedo\5.3\examples\AgentBased\PurchaseOrder” folder, it throws me the error.
    At the time of executing this script, “buildclient -o clt -f client.c”, it says that I don’t have a valid “TUXEDO SDK LICENSE”. The thrown exception is, "TUXNT_CAT:101: ERROR: You do not have a valid TUXEDO SDK license".
    Please tell me, is license Required to run the tux_client?
    also,please clarify, while configuring “tibco.env.WSNADDR”(i.e., Workstation Address of the Tuxedo server to connect to) I have given my machine IP ADDRESS with a unique port. i.e., //10.103.18.120:4020. I am not sure with this step. Please advice me!
    It would be great if you could please solve this issue.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Best Regards,

    Hi Venkatesh,

    Dear Wayne,
    Thanks a ton for your reply.
    Please clarify,
    buildclient is a Tuxedo command which is used to generate the Tuxedo client
    application. It needs Tuxedo SDK license, so you need to make sure the
    license is installed properly.
    Can you please let me know from where i can get the License? Can we download
    it online?
    [W] BEA provide a trial license in the product donwload site, but I am not
    sure Tuxedo 8.0 is provide or not. If you or your customer has Tuxedo
    installation, the license should alread be ready. It is located at
    $TUXDIR/udataobj/lic.txt.
    Running tuxedo client does not require SDK license.
    I am not sure how to start it. I am actually running the BAT file which has
    the following scripts,
    set TUXDIR=C:\bea\tuxedo8.0
    set WSNADDR=//10.103.18.120:4020
    set TUX_ADAPTER_HOME=C:\TIBCO\adapter\adtuxedo\5.3
    set TIBCO_RV_HOME=C:\TIBCO\TIBRV
    set APPDIR=%TUX_ADAPTER_HOME%\examples\AgentBased\PurchaseOrder
    set
    PATH=%TUXDIR%\bin;%APPDIR%;%PATH%;%TUX_ADAPTER_HOME%\hotfix\lib;%TUX_ADAPTER_HOME%\lib;%TIBCO_RV_HOME%/bin
    set TUXCONFIG=%APPDIR%\tuxconfig
    set ULOGPFX=%APPDIR%\ulog
    buildclient -o clt -f client.c
    buildserver -o server -f server.c -s POINFO -l
    %TUX_ADAPTER_HOME%\lib\agent.lib
    tmloadcf -y ubbagent
    tmboot ¨Cy
    Up to my knowledge, I hope TIBCO TUXEDO
    (ie.,TIB_adtuxedo-simple_5.3.0_w32_tuxedo80) acts as a TUXEDO_Server which
    receives the Request from TUX_BEA Client(Ex: C:\bea\tuxedo8.0).
    Or, does Tuxedo have a seperate Server installed on the machine other than
    TIBCO? please clarify.
    [W] I don't know the detail about TIBCO Tuxedo adaptor. Following
    clarifications for your reference,
    1. Tuxedo is an application infrastructure with framework for server and
    client. buildclient is used to generate the client binary and buildserver is
    used for application server linkage.
    2. I guess the TIBCO Tuxedo adaptor is a Tuxedo application client(or
    server?) which acts as a proxy process between TIBCO system and Tuxedo
    applications. So it receives request from TIBCO system and transform the
    requet to native Tuxedo data buffers and make the Tuxedo calls, then relay
    the reply back. So first you have to figure out the exact working model of
    it and check your Tuxedo applications.
    Your reply would be appreciated!
    Thanks a ton in Advance!

  • Hello Gurus..... ISSUE with child Table update

    I have an issue with child table update
    I have created a GTC with one parent table and two child tables. I'm able to update the parent table and the values are found in db, but the ISSUE is the child Table values are not updating the db.
    please give me a solution
    regards
    Srikanth

    If you are keeping referential integrity in the database, not in the application, it is easy to find the child and parent tables. Here is a quick and dirty query. You can join this to dba_cons_columns to find out on which columns the referential constraints are defined. This lists all child-parent table including SYS and SYSTEM users. You can run this for specific users of course.
    select cons1.owner child_owner,cons1.table_name child_table,
    cons2.owner parent_owner,cons2.table_name parent_table
    from dba_constraints cons1,dba_constraints cons2
    where cons1.constraint_type='R'
    and cons1.r_constraint_name=cons2.constraint_name;

  • Custom Target Reconciliation with child form entries in OIM 11g

    Hello experts,
    I have developed custom scheduler code to reconcile users from target system to OIM. In this code I am using the API createReconciliationEvent(java.lang.String psObjectName, java.util.Map poData, boolean pbFinishEvent). If the reconciled user does not have any child form entries(like roles and groups) then the user account is linked to OIM user profile but if the user has child form entries then user is not getting reconciled to OIM. In the logs it says...

  • Modify Primary Key Value while present in child tables

    Hi,
    I have one master table having primary key "ESTNO" and 10 child tables having ESTNO as the part of their primary key / composit key. I need to update the value of ESTNO in a master and associated child tables. what should i do to accomplish this...
    Regards.

    I think the trigger is the best solution to a bad problem. Having just tested it, I can confirm that putting the code in the AFTER UPDATE ... FOR EACH ROW trigger does not require us to make the foreign key deferred (at least in 9.2, I assume that also applies in earlier versions).

    I suppose you have no means to set the name explicitly. Rather something is wrong with your configuration.

  • Recreating a table with child table dependencies

    Hi.
    I have two tables P (Parent) and C (child), with foreign key dependencies. How can I recreate the P table without losing the child dependencies?
    Thanks in Advance.

    Well I got this as an interview question. So what I guess what it means is to recreate the table for administrative purposes (maintenance/defragmentation etc) and later recreate the dependencies in to the C table.If this is a good interviewer, they will be expecting you to ask some questions to find out the restrictions on what you're allowed to do.
    Obviously you could extract any dependency information from the data dictionary, so it won't be "lost". Then you could switch the database into restricted mode and/or shut down the listener. Drop any RI constraints, recreate table, recreate constraints, restart listener, take database out of restricted mode. However, this might be a catastrophic strategy from the perspective of the business - so if you try to answer the question without first asking questions (or at least starting with "there are various methods, depending on the restrictions you need to impose from a business perspective, for example ...)

  • Null Pointer Exception when working with editable tables

    We are using editable tables in various places in forms that are embedded in views in our application.
    A few weeks ago we have discovered that we receive an exception when first clicking into an editable cell (see below). I can't exactly pinpoint when this started happening (might have been when updating from Luna SR1 to Luna SR2 but I am not sure) but I am certain that we didn't used to have this issue in the beginning.
    Is this something, others are also experiencing? Is this an issue of forms that use DISPLAY_HINT_VIEW (we don't have any editable tables in popup forms)?

    I experienced the same issue with editable boolean cells.
    Left mouse click events produce the mentioned Exception, which causes the mouse down event to be lost. The mouse up event is still fired though, thereby it's possible that the value of another cell in the same row is updated as the contextColum, which is set by the mouse down event, hasn't been updated.
    Right mouse click events work as expected.

  • Regarding exception while reading with socketchannel class

    Hi all,
    I am facing a problem, Exception is not getting generated while reading from socket channel(SocketChannel::read()) when the TCP connection is dropped at the client side in case of informally exit (eg. when net connection is dropped or net cable is unplugged). Please note that the server and client are running in diffrent LANs in this case.

    I dont want to use read timeout concept because it makes server to slowOnly if you implement it incorrectly. In non-blocking mode the correct technique is to use Selector.select(timeout), and any SocketChannels whose selectionOps are OP_READ and which weren't ready when select() returned have timed out.
    You only have these two weapons: read timeouts and write exceptions. That's it. TCP/IP doesn't provide anything else.

  • Reconciliation with Database Table

    Hi all,
    Has anyone here tried creating Database Table resources and reconciling accounts off the data from the database? The reconciliation seems to be maxing out CPU on our Dev environment and we're not sure where the issue may lie. Our hardware is quite beefy too.
    -Tony

    I see about 2,5% CPU on Java and 1,5% on Oracle when reconciling 1500 users from a database table (IDM 5.0 SP6 on a Sun Fire 490). Maybe you can try a run without any customizations...

    I have created a DBAT connector for the Target Database that is having One Master Table and One Child table.
    The issue is that the Target reconciliation doesn’t work.
    If I run the reconciliation with a single target table it works fine (setting up a new connector for test) but if I run a reconciliation with a target that is having a child table as well it fails.
    Summry:
    Reconciliation of a target DB with Master-Child Tables is not working.

    i do following steps to update a record
    1) get the customerInfo objetc from session successfully
    2) get the customerAccountsSet = customerInfo.getCustomerAccounts();
    3) traying to add a new customerAccount say customerAccount1 to be saved for the first time without primery key in it

    5) traying to add a delete customerAccount say customerAccount3 with primery key in it

    can anybody tell me whats going wrong here.code for steps 2,3,4,5 is as follows in the same order
    2)Set customerAccountSet = (Set) customerInfo.getCustomerAccounts();
    3)customerAccountSet.add(customerAccount);
    4)customerAccountSet.add(customerAccount);
    5)customerAccountSet.remove(customerAccount);

    Hi Nitesh,
    1) Java stack should be up while trying to connect to R/3 backend.
    2) You can check the JCOs by doing the following:
                           Type the following url   http://<server name>:<port number>
                           Click on Webdynpro Console
                           Enter the user name and password.(You need the system admin right on the EP to do the same)
                           You can find the JCOs.
    3) Better you contact the basis guy who had created the JCOs earlier and get the JCOs tested.
    Hope it helps.
    Regards.

  • Parent child tables - how to maintain RI

    Here is my scenario:
    In our model, we have parent child relationship between tables.
    We are not sure how the parent tables are populated. If incremental update, it should be fine (assuming if needed rows will be inserted in the child table manually). If the tables are truncated and data is inserted again – that might be a problem since there exist relationship with child tables. What are the various options for handling such cases?
    Option1: cascade delete
    Option 2: ...?

    I'm not sure I understand the goal here...
    - Are you trying to design a data model? If so, wouldn't the business and data requirements tell you whether you need to truncate and reload the parent table or whether you can do an incremental load? It wouldn't seem to make sense to design a data model with no understanding of how the model is going to be used.
    - Are you trying to design a load process that works with an existing data model? If so, are you trying to design an incremental load? Or a load that involves a truncate and reload? Does the existing data model have foreign key constraints?
    Specifying the Oracle version and a bit of information about the application (i.e. is this an OLTP application, a data warehouse, something else) would probably also be helpful.

  • How to delete child table records while creation reconciliation event

    Hi,
    I developed custom scheduler task to create reconciliation events with child form information:
    if (!reconOperations.ignoreEventAttributeData(objectName, attrs, "Roles", childs)) {
    long eventId = reconOperations.createReconciliationEvent(objectName, attrs, eventAttributes);
    for (int f = 0; f < childs.length; f++) {
    reconOperations.providingAllMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", true);
    reconOperations.addDirectMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", childs[f]);
    reconOperations.finishReconciliationEvent(eventId);
    but when I delete roles from target system roles won't delete from OIM.
    How config recon Operations to do this?

    objName - The Name for the object for which the reconciliation is taking place
    parentRecord - A map containing the field-value pairs for the data received from the target.
    childTableName - The name of the multi-attribute reconciliation field that the data is for
    childRecords - A List containing the Hashtable objects. Every Hashtable will have field-value pairs for the data record pertaining to that attribute received from the target.

  • Issue to check in parent-child closure table attributes to OBIEE repository

    I use OBIEE 11.1.1.5 Administration Tool to open repository in online mode and set up parent-child hierarchy. There are no issues but after I check in changes to server, close repository and open it back from server, closure table attributes are missing.
    On the other hand when I save repository file locally, close it and then open offline, all mentioned attributes are there. Also all other modifications (except hierarchy) are properly checked in to remote repository.
    When I compare UDML from remote and local copy of repository here is part missing in remote:
    CLOSURE TABLE ATTRIBUTES( "xxx".."yy"."ORG_STRUCTURE_CLOSURE"."MEMBER_KEY",
              "xxx".."yy"."ORG_STRUCTURE_CLOSURE"."ANCESTOR_KEY",
              "xxx".."yy"."ORG_STRUCTURE_CLOSURE"."DISTANCE",
              "xxx".."yy"."ORG_STRUCTURE_CLOSURE"."IS_LEAF")
    When trying to build web report I get "[nQSError: 38107] Not all four columns are defined for closure table" (which is actually not surprising).
    Unfortunately I need to do this change in online mode without restarting obiee services.
    Any ideas how to force admin tool to check in all changes to remote repository?

    Finally I applied workaround:
    - modified hierarchy in offline mode
    - deployed repository
    Now when importing repo in online mode closure table parameters are in place.
