EXPORT chart (graph) to JPG, GIF .etc

Hello.
I have a problem with this. I want to export chart into SMARTFORM, but must have JPG or GIF picture. the question is - how export chart, graph to picture format?
Tkanks very much.

hi daniel,
you can export picture in smartforms but it must be in bitmap format so u must change the format and then in your samartform creare new node or do right click create->graphic and give the name of that graphic and object 'GRAPHICS and ID is BMAP, for exporting the grachic use the transaction se78. if it is use full for u then plz give reward points.
Thanks

I'm guessing your problem is caused by code validation errors: orphaned division tags for example, or mismatched code and document type (i.e.  XHTML /> mixed with HTML > style closures).
Start by using the code validation tools below and fix any reported.  You'll need an Internet connection for this:
    HTML Validator - http://validator.w3.org
    CSS Validator - http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/
    HTML & CSS Tutorials - http://w3schools.com/
If this doesn't solve the problem, you will need to post a URL to your live page so we can see your code and images working together.   Or at the very least copy and paste your HTML and CSS code into a reply using double arrows >> Syntax Highlighting > Plain.

  • Display a schematic view with icons (jpg, gif, etc).

I'm trying to display a schematic view and use icons to represent the difference objects in this schematic view.
For example: to show a 3 phones conference call. The description will be the phone number (or person's name) and the icon will be the person's face or company logo.
I have tried to use JLabel, and JButton but then I have to use a Layout. Without a layout the are one-on-top of another.
I tried to use setLocation and it doesn't look to have any effect on the location of JLabel or JButton.

  • File associations within ITS / WAS ... jpg, gif, etc.

Hello ... I'm finding is that when you click on a jpg attachment in the portal, it does NOT use the local windows file associations to determine what program to open the file with.  However, once you select a program to open the file, the portal will continue to use that program, regardless of what the Windows defaults are.  In this case I'm using a SAP GUI for HTML transaction Iview (QA33) in NW 2007s SP12 and IE 6.0.  Although this is SAP GUI for HTML, it does fire off a Java applet when I display attachments (using classes Download.class and Execute.class among others).  Where is this file association information stored?  In the portal?  Browser?  JVM?  Java stack?  I know it is a client specific setting somewhere because different programs launch on different workstations.  I'd like to be able to modify and/or set defaults for this association ... any help greatly appreciated!!

    Hello Timothy,
I think you may be referring to the ITS download and file type association.  Please see note 1058218 for more information about this and the execookie.txt file.  Thanks.

  • How can we put .ICO file on JButton instead of JPG or GIF etc. files

How can we put .ICO(Icon file) file on JButton instead of JPG or GIF etc. files
    Regards
    Satinderjit

    Short answer:
You don't. ICO files are a native windows format.
    Workarounds:
    1) Convert your files to GIF.
    2) Search for a library that can load ICO files.
    3) Write a library that can load ICO files.

  • How to export chart for publication?

How to export a chart created in Numbers for publication (either as TIFF or JPEG or PDF)?
    Thanks

Thank you for the response. In the meantime, I figured out the following. There is no way to just export the chart itself without exporting the whole spreadsheet including the chart.
These are the steps I took to generate the chart in different formats.
    1. I first changed the View in Numbers to 'Layout'
    2. Moved the graph so that it was situated completely within a page all by itself.
    3. Exported the file as PDF.
    4. Opened file in Preview
    5. Used 'Rectangle' selection tool
    6. Used the tool to select the Chart/Graph
    7. Chose copy from Edit Menu
    8. Created new preview document by selecting 'New from Clipboard' under File menu
    9. Next chose Export
    10. Chose format for Export (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, etc) and Resolution requested by publisher of Journal.
    11. Saved!
    Cheers

  • Help with exporting gradient background as jpg

Hi there! I'm totally new to this forum & very new to
fireworks, so go easy on me!
I am designing for QVGA smartphone/PPc screens & find
that when I create a gradient in fireworks MX (version 6) &
then export it as a jpg, on the phone/PPC screen the gradient is
filled with big blocks of colour rather than smooth transitions
between them, making the overall effect more like lines or blacks
of colour than a smooth gradient. I am exporting the jpgs at the
    highest quality settings (100%).
Can someone help? Is it just my lack of technique when
blending colours? If so is there a tutorial somewhere? Or can I
export in a different format? The screens I design are controlled
by an xml layout file, & will accept .jpg, .gif & .bmp
    Thanks!

Yes, as I mentioned earlier in this thread, the bit depth
    could be the
issue. Try setting your monitor to 16 bit and experiment with
    gradients
at that bit depth. Keep the color range and the tonal range
    less extreme
(light blue to dark blue for example, rather than white to
    dark blue)
similar an you might be able to get something a little more
    pleasing.

  • Cannot edit JPG, GIF files stored in a SharePoint 2010 picture library

Created a SharePoint 2010 picture library to store .jpg, .gif images along with other types of images which were created using Adobe photoshop, Tiff etc.
Upon clicking on the .jpg, .gif files for editing purposes, they open in the browser instead of Photoshop so I cannot edit these files for this reason. Other types of image files are editable but not the jpg, gif files. File associations are already
in place for these files to open in Photoshop. Please advise.
    Thank you,

You can change the default application that opens while you click open document using DocIcon.xml which is present on the web front ends. Please look at this link which explains what you need to update in order to take care of your requirement.

  • Exporting Charts as images

    Hello everyone,
I have a little script that generates a GUI with text reports, but also some charts for things like free/used HDD space.
Is there a way to export these charts to a .jpg file so that I can include them in a HTML report?
The only thing I found on the net was a Module called PowerBoots which seems like it was able to do this. But its no longer available.
    Any ideas?

    Hi there,
Try SaveImage Method on your chart object: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd456181.aspx

  • Exporting charts?

Has anyone figured out a way to export a chart as a .jpg? I tried to export as a PDF and then save the PDF as a jpg but I can't get the background cell lines not to show - so those end up getting in the way.

    Hello
Assuming that Graphic Converter was delivered with your machine.
    Select the chart in Numbers.
cmd + C to copy it into the clipboard.
    Open Graphic Converter
File > New > from the clipboard
then Save as a JPG file.

But this invokenode doesn't exist in labview 6i : here's what I found in labview 6i
Does anyone knows how to use this one ?

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

I would recommend you use Write PNG File.vi instead of Write JPG File.vi unless the place you are using it cannot handle PNGs.  The PNG will be much better quality and should be about the same size for this type of image.

    Hi,
Chart Web Parts are useful for visually representing data in line charts, bar charts, and other views. Charts enable you and other users to view performance information at a glance.
In SharePoint 2013, chart web part is one of the discontinued features. We usually use Excel Service to replace it, however, Excel Service is only available in Enterprise edition, so we need to figure out coding methods or third party tool if you are using
    Foundation edition.
