Export license number

Hi All,
When printing the proforma invoice the Export license number is missing. License number is maintained for the products. Please help me out by providing solution

Hi ,
Try out a different approach, this may help you out:
1. go to the print program .
2. search with the text element which contains the variable (used for printing lisence)in the form.
3. will will find the element in a write_form statement.
4. for that write form fn module find the loop...endloop.
5. declare a counter after the loop statement & assign it to 1.& increament it by 1 before endloop statement.
6. fetch the export lisence & store it in the variable which you pass to the form.
7 .check for counter = 1,
if sy-subrc <> 0.
free that variable.
pls donot use sy-tabix instead of counter.
Hope this will work.

We are not using full blown foreign trade. I just recently set up ECCN codes to be used on the above forms for exporting (we have home grown SAPScripts). Now I am being asked to have a way to store the Export License Numbers by material (it is item 22 on the SED). Any ideas?

Is there any standard SAP table which stores the license number assigned to a delivery item

Hi Experts,
This is in relation to license number assigned to a delivery item under ‘Export License Log’. Our scenario is for delivery of type NLCC created for an inter-company stock transport order. (i.e.not a sales order case where the license may get copied from sales order to delivery through copy control)
As we understand, for legal control – relevant scenarios, export license for each item shall be determined afresh every time the delivery is accessed. (Depending on legal regulation, grouping, destination country, export control class, delivery partners vis-à-vis license master customer assignments etc.)
To print the license text on one of the delivery output types, we want to access the license number for each item. (determined under export license log)
Our question is: is there any standard SAP table which stores the license number assigned to a delivery item?
We have checked some of the license tables (T606*, VAEX, EMXX etc.) but couldn’t get any specific table storing delivery-item-specific license data.

The export control log can be accessed by going to delivery Extras-> Export license log
We need a table that stores the determined license for each item in a delivery document ( as shown in the below screenshot)

Vendor Master - Export License - MEK3

All,
We have 3 raw material vendors for which we have an export licence. Is there a way to record these in the vendor master ? This would have to affect the conditions leading to the determination of the tax key.
We tried the info records, but these are overruled by the conditions in MEK3.
- We have no material tax indicator MM03/OMKK
- Plant indicator is set OMKM
- Plant indicator is assigned OMKN
- Account Assignment indicator is set OMKL
- Assignment of Tax indicator to Account Assignment Cat. is done OMKO
MEK3 Taxes: Plant, Account Assignment Origin and Region leads to wrong tax key as there is no distinction between local suppliers and local supplier with export license.

For a vendor master record all the important controlling parameters are controlled by the account group which you are assigning to the vendor master recored.the controls of the account group are
Number assignment:whether you can maintain an external number or internal number assignment.In your issue of internal and external vendor you can maintain different account groups for bot and thus assign different number ranges to them
Field Selection: Account group determines whether a filed in vendor master should be hidden,displayed,required entry or optional entry
Partner Roles::Account groups determine which are all the valid partner roles for a vendor ,eg: order recepient,invoicing party etc
Status of Vendor: Account group determines whether the vendor is one time vendor or regular vendor
Vendor subrange::
We can delete vendor master record using transaction OBR2

I am creating new material in R3 side and transfered to GTS system.
Please let me know License assignment for this new product in GTS is automatic process or manually we need to assign the license for each material

License to product is not assigned rather it is determined thorught Licesne determination procedure set up in GTS.
If set up is done and transaction doc from feeder system lands to GTS the license dtermination set up determine the license for a prodcut.
Basically based on Legal Reg + Country of Destination + ECCN license type is determined.
You have to carry out following Config set up for license determination .
First you have to classify your product for ECCN:
Under Numbering Scheme.
1. Define Numbering Scheme for Exp List
2.Assign Numbering Scheme of Exp List for License Maintenance
3.Assign Numbering Scheme of ECCN for Legal control
Under Classific. Master Data GTS Main menu
1.Change/Define Control Group
2.Change/Define Pecularity Code
3.Maintain Export Classification number
4.Classify Product for ECCN ,Control Group and Pecualrity Code.
License Determination Set up
Gen Settings-->Legal Reg
1.Define Legal Regulation
2.Define Legal Det Proc.
3.Activate Legal Reg
Legal Control Services
1.Assigen Leg Det Proc
2.Activate Legal Reg For Exp/Imp
3.Def Licensetype Det Proc. Assgn Det Strategy

GTS Extractor for export license

Dear Experts,
I had a situation where in I need to send the Export license information from GTS system to BI system, can you please provide me with any of the standard extractor that SAP had provided to transfer this data.
I found a standard report (Stand alone report) on GTS side to look at this data.
Report name : /SAPSLL/CONLCLIC01
T-code : /SAPSLL/LCLIC04
But is there any extractor that SAP has provided in its business content. So i can transfer the data to BI system.
Just an info. This belongs to compliance management section of GTS.

If you want to implement export control, you need to understand the government regulations from the country where the shipment is originating from. Then you need to set up your legal regulation, country groups, number schemes, and license types to follow those regulations. Plus you need to set up quite a bit of master data once your customizing is complete.
Also, since an STO is technically a PO, standard GTS functionality only runs legal control on the delivery associated with the STO. The STO does not run through legal control. You would either need to customize your system to run an STO through export (there is an OSS Note for this) or have import legal control turned on.

Reg Deemed Export License

Dear Gurus,
Greetings!!!
I have a requirement regarding Deemed Export. When I create deemed export order, after that I need to inputs customer license, after that I need to delivery.
System will allow without license to create delivery. But my requirement, without license system should stop to create delivery for deemed export process.

In
standard SAP system will allow you to create a delivery even you dont have the License number, as license is only referenced in ARE3.
In order to create a ARE3 a license is a must and when the goods are leaving from the premises then ARE3 should be there.
May be you can identify a field in delivery and make it as a mandatory where you can enter the license number

Export License Report w/ attached Part Numbers

Hi all,
I am trying to get a full license report including part numbers to export to Excel. When I use the Display Existing Export License transaction, I can search for all licenses for a single part number at a time, but I cannot get a report that will display all parts attached to all licenses.
The existing report shows Legal Reg - LType - License Nnumer - External License Number - etc.
What I would like attached to this is the list of part numbers that are on that license. Does this exist? Is there a table I can search or cross reference in SE16?

Hi Ben,
You can try the following tables to achieve what you are looking for:
(1) Table /SAPSLL/LCLIC contains header data of the licenses
(2) Using the /SAPSLL/LCLIC-GUID_LCLIC, you can go to table /SAPSLL/LEGCON which gives you the Assigned documents for the given license
(3) Using /SAPSLL/LEGCON-GUID_POBJ, you can access to table /SAPSLL/CUIT which gives you data of the Assigned documents items
(4) Using /SAPSLL/CUIT-GUID_PR, you can access to table /SAPSLL/PNTPR which gives the material number used in the Assigned document item.
You will need to fiddle with the GUIDs to navigate between the different tables...

Photoshop CC is the equivalent of CS7... and it is available ONLY by paying for a monthly subscription... your CS6 serial number does not work for CC

How do I enter a license number in Final Cut Pro X?

I am taking a class that includes a license for Final Cut Pro X. I was given a license number by my teacher and told to "download Final Cut from Apple and enter the license number". When I download the trial I don't see any way to upgrade it to a full version with my license number, and the only other option seems to be to click "buy" in the App Store to get the full version.
What am I missing?

What do I do If I have received an invalid license number from Adobe to activate my trial version of Photoshop Elements 13

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13 on line and received an email with the serial number to activate my trial copy on a Mac.
When I enter the serial number to license my trial copy, I get an error message saying that " this is not a valid license number for Photoshop 13.
I have followed all instructions on Adobe's troubleshooting pages. Same result.
I have reinstalled the trail version. Same result.
I have contacted Adobe through chat and for the past three days I keep getting the message "chat not available".
I have called the Adobe sales department. They confirmed that the serial number I registered is the correct licence number but told me they cannot provide product support.
I have posted a message on this forum. No response.
Before I ask for a refund any futher thoughts on what I can do next?
