Ext for: Dynamic Dropdownlist Search Page

Question

Hi there,
DW CS3, PHP MySQL DB on Win XP Prof.
On one of my web sites, I have a recordset.
I want do do a search over 3 or 4 drop down lists.
The values in drop down list number 2 must be the result of
the choice in drop down 1; 3 must be the result of choices made in
2 and so on until you have a result. As I understand it, the page
refreshes after each choice to have a auto populated drop down list
based on the choices of the previous page.
Can anyone please point me to something like this?
