Extract data on report between last 30 days from current date.

Hi Experts,
Ealrier i had provided user promt to select the date range, now i need to schedule the report for this i have to set the date between last 30 days from current date.
How can i add this in formaula on record selection.
before:
{pm_process.pm_creation_date} in {@Start Date to UTC} to {@End Date to UTC}
I tried:
{pm_process.pm_creation_date} in CurrentDate() - 30 to CurrentDate()
But this is diplaying me only data of 30th date from current date.
Please advice.

Hi Brian,
Thank you!
1. I have not created any function for {pm_process.pm_creation_date} in [CurrentDate() - 30 to CurrentDate()] i am just adding this on Record Selection and its not helping.
2. {pm_process.pm_creation_date} in Last30Days; this is throwing below error.
please advice what to be done?

  • Validation for posting date is less than 7 days of current date

    Hi
I want to create a validation wherein  system will validate every entry that whether posting date is less than 7 days of current date. If it is than check in a set is that user id available if not than show error message.
If someone have any idea on this logic pls share with me.

    Hi,
That's certainly possible via usual OB28 validation. Define your prerequisites for the posting date (you will have to do it via user-exit (bkpf-budat greater then sy-datum less 7 days) , and check whether the user is in the set.

  • "Expected Close" date needs to be 30 days from opened on day

    Hi all,
We are trying to auto-populate an opportunity field ("expected close") with a date that would be 30 days in the future from the opportunity field "opened on" date. We have the opened on date already set so that it auto-populates with the date that a new opportunity is created.
This is what we have tried so far in the opportunity field edit area:
    [<CloseDate>]=Today()+30
Any ideas as to why this isn't working, and ideas on how to make it work are appreciated!!

    Yes this works.
Go to the Admin Section, Application customization, pick the field that you want to update (in our case Opportunity),
Click Opportunity Field Set-up, pick the field that you will update (in our case Close Date) and click "edit".
In the Default Value add this: Today()+30 (or however many days you want (in our case "30"days from created date))
    click "Save"
Log out and log back in to see if update has happened.
    GOOD LUCK!!

How to calculate a number of calendar days from a start date (e.g. 60 days from 3/10/2012)

    DT,
If the starting date is in Column A, and you want to calculate what the date would be 60 days later, in Column B, write in Column B:
    =A+60

  • Sqlldr - can you skip last row from a data file

    Hi
I need to skip last line from the data file when I load the data into the tables. Is that possible to do using sqlldr, if yes How?
Also, the first row in the data file, which has a single column needs to be loaded into all the rows of the table. How can i do that?
    Example
    020051213
    1088110 0047245 A 000000000000GB 00000496546700
    1088110 0719210 A 000000000000GB 00001643982200
    1088110 0727871 A 000000000000GB 00000083008900
    9010163
The first line needs to go into all the rows, and the last row needs to be skipped. Remaining can be loaded normally. I think this would take multiple loads. Can anybody please help.
    TIA

here i am sending a control file sample which use the when clause
    in sql loader
    load data
    infile 'load_4.dat'
    discardfile 'load_4.dsc'
    insert
    into table sql_loader_4_a
    when field_2 = 'Fruit'
    field_1 position(1) char(8),
    field_2 position(9) char(5)
    into table sql_loader_4_b
    when field_2 = 'City'
    field_1 position(1) char(8),
    field_2 position(9) char(5)
    )

  • How to calculate number of days from a date field

    Dear BW Experts.
I have a field 'Create Date' in the BEx query. Now we need to create a variable which should give the number of days from the date of running the query (sy-datum) to the Create Date.
This will help the users to get records which are say, 30 days old (Sy-datum - create date = 30) or 10 days old etc.
Could you suggest as to how to create this variable.
    Thanks,
    Sai

    Hi,
Step 1: Create variable on "Create Date" with User entry processing type
Step 2: Create a restricted KF for Sales & restrict it on "Create Date" to get "Sales on day"
Step 3: Manipulate  the values of "Create Date" on which you could restrict  "Sales" again and again to get other values
Step 4: Create one variable (ZPUTMNTH) for u201CMonth to Dateu201D with processing by u201CCustomer Exitu201D. This variable was created  on u201CDateu201D characteristics.
    Step 5 : Goto C-mod t-code and use EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001
to calculate "month to date" user input is "Calday" Key Date
    WHEN 'ZPUTMNTH'.
    IF I_STEP = 2. "after the popup

  • Subract n days from a date

Using 2004s service pack 10.  Is there a way to subtract x number of days from a date using a formula?  I saw an earlier post that said to use function module RP_Calc_Date_In_Interval but when I search for this it says it doesn't exist.  Is it called something else in 2004s?  Is the only way to accomplish this using a function module?

If formula variable does not work and if the "no of days is a fixed number", then next alternative is to have a routine in transformation and make the subtraction.

    Dear,
Define no 'fixed day' and 'additional months'. Go to payment terms section and enter 90 in 'No. of days'
